One of the main objectives of such an informational chaos is to break all the lattice, leading the press and other themes interested in the relatives of the killed military who, who has not yet received compensation for silence, could tell a lot of interesting things.
Following the results of the new OSINT investigation (exploration of open sources), the international intelligence community Informnapalm mined evidence of a remarkable distortion of information on the Russian contractor from the 17th OMSBR from Chechnya, killed In the east of Ukraine in August 2014 ( see Part I.
