Task 2. Develop a schedule of rhythmic gymnastics classes for three months for children of any age category.

Musical and rhythmic activity is one of the central components of aesthetic education, plays a huge role in the comprehensive development of the child, which is determined by the specifics of dance art and the specifics of childhood.

Music and choreography are an important factor in the aesthetic impact on children. The connection between music and gesture, music and movement is inherent and organic to the nature of the child. Musical and rhythmic activity is not only a pleasant pastime for the child, but also a huge process in which the child develops emotionally.

Choreography is the most beautiful of the arts, forcing a person to experience a whole range of feelings and emotions. The Swiss composer and teacher Emile Jacques - Dalcroze, who created the system of musical and rhythmic education, argued that through communication with music and dance, children learn the world and themselves, and dancing helps to reveal themselves emotionally in a musical game, in creativity, in independent activity , educate attention, will, sociability. Movements to music create a positive mood, which helps to improve posture, coordination of movements of arms and legs, and ease of running and jumping is developed.

Children involved in dancing are distinguished not only by their posture, but also by neatness and tidiness, elegance and good manners.

A sense of responsibility, so necessary in life, moves children involved in choreography forward. You can’t fail, be late, don’t learn, don’t fulfill, don’t finalize because others are dependent on you.

Thus, if a child has a developed sense of rhythm, an ear for music, if at the same time he is mobile, emotional and artistic, loves music, and most importantly, has a desire, then choreography is simply necessary for him.

  5. The development of the respiratory, circulatory, cardiovascular and nervous systems of the body.
  6. The skills of emotional and independent expression of movements to the music are formed.
  1. Rhythmic gymnastics lesson plan

The rhythm lesson includes the following sections:

  1. Warm-up (warm-up)

Warm-up, provides warming up the body, preparing it for the main physical activity. The introductory part consists of exercises that directly affect the entire body of the child. These are movements of a dynamic nature: walking, running, jumping, exercises for correcting the arch of the foot, general developmental exercises.

  1. Main part(exercises in the initial standing position).

Consistent "study" of the muscles of the neck, arms, arms of the trunk, legs.

At the beginning of the main part, exercises of a different nature follow: exercises for the neck muscles - tilts and turns of the head, exercises with the shoulders together and alternately, raising the arms up, to the sides,. The next series of exercises is load. It offers intensive exercises: various inclinations, body swings, lunges, squats. They are selected in such a way as to evenly “load” all parts of the body. This series of exercises takes place at a fast pace.

  1. Running and jumping

The main part ends with dance and running exercises. It takes place at an intense pace, one exercise is quickly replaced by another. Then 1-2 breathing exercises are provided, allowing you to relax a little and restore your strength.

  1. Parterre. Exercises in starting positions sitting and lying down. - (complex study of all muscle groups)

This is followed by a parterre series from the initial positions of lying and sitting. This group of exercises is designed to develop the flexibility of the spine, strengthen the muscles of the back and abdominals, and the muscles of the legs. All exercises are recommended to be performed at a moderate pace, as they require the most energy. The complex ends with exercises for breathing, relaxation, flexibility, performed at a slow pace. Flexibility exercises are very effective at the end of the complex, since well-warmed muscles are most elastic.

  1. Final .

Recovery, relaxation exercises.

Rhythmic gymnastics ends with relaxation exercises. The purpose of which is to provide maximum rest for children in a short period of time. These can be exercises from starting positions standing, sitting, lying down. They contribute to the rapid recovery of the body and prepare it for further activities.

Music and rhythm games for schoolchildren

These musical and rhythmic games will be useful for teachers of rhythm, music, choreographers working with children's primary education team.

Emile Jacques-Dalcroze (the founder of rhythmics) proved that it is possible to translate musical rhythm into the plastic movements of the human body, realizing that the rhythm of music is closely connected with the motor, muscular reactivity of a person. Dalcroze formulated the purpose of his system as follows: “The purpose of rhythm is to bring its followers to the fact that by the end of their studies they could say not so much “I know” as “I feel”, and above all to create in them an irresistible desire to express themselves, which can be done after developing their emotional capacity and their creative imagination.”

Musical literacy should be explained in an accessible way, so that it would be interesting for gifted children and for those who are not involved in music understandably. Children learn the time signature by jumping over a rope that moves according to a given time signature. I propose to learn the duration of pauses through the musical game “frosty”, after which, apply and consolidate the knowledge gained in a dance sketch. We study such a topic as: “Introductory and final chords” in games: “station” and “snowballs”. The “musical phrase” is perceived very intelligibly through such games as: “pass the ball” or “toy store”, a lightweight version of these games helps to learn the strong and weak beats of the beat. Children are very fond of playing the musical game "spider-butterflies", "locomotive", and the teacher, meanwhile, explains the dynamic shades in the music and the musical tempo.

Subject: MUSICAL PHRASE

Purpose: through the game, to let the students feel the “musical phrase”, its beginning and end.

"Ball" 1st class

Children stand in a circle, one in the middle with a ball.

On "once" - the ball is thrown to any of the children

On "two" - the ball is returned to the leader

On "three" - the ball is thrown clockwise to the next

On "four" - the child passes the ball to his neighbor on the left

On "five" - the child with the ball stretches out his hands with the ball (teasing the one in the center)

On "six" - presses the ball to himself

On "seven, eight" - they change places. End of phrase.

The game continues from the beginning. If the same children go to the center, you need to add one person, then everyone will visit the center. The game can be complicated, including two, three balls. The main thing is to introduce children to synchronicity.

"Toy store" 1-2 class.

Children are invited to come up with any shapes (toys, animals). Postures should be stable, not recumbent, since at the beginning of the phrase (on “one”) you need to take the first step. The teacher appoints a "buyer" (if there are many children in the class, then several). The task for the “buyer”: you can take only six steps along the “toy store”, at the expense of “seven” - he touches the figure he has chosen, at the expense of “eight” - he stands next to the chosen figure, exactly repeating it. The child who was hurt (bought) becomes a "buyer" and at the expense of "times" begins his steps in the "toy store".

The musical tempo can be moderate, for steps, or fast for jumps. The teacher can complicate the task by offering to move in different ways (penguins, chanterelles, bears, old people, etc.)

"Conductor" 3rd grade

To start the game, you need to learn the rhythmic pattern in four quarters.

"one two three pause" - four times. - Claps or three jumps in place.

"one two three four" - four steps forward

“one” - “two” - (half) - two long claps

"one two three four" - four steps back

"one" - (whole) - one long clap.

After the children remember the rhythm, we divide them into four teams. The teacher acts as a conductor, then anyone who wants to. The essence of the exercise is that the teams carefully follow the conductor's hands and perform the learned rhythm only on the command that the leader points to. The “conductor” has a lot of options, you can change the performers for each phrase, or several phrases per team.

Topic: Improvisation on a given topic.

Purpose: to compose an excerpt of the "polka" and dance it in a ready-made dance etude.

"Troika" 3rd grade

Children are built in threes in a circle. The teacher explains how to move in a circle while keeping the “triples” (those who are in the inner circle, the step is shorter, the outer one is longer). A moderate tempo polka is good for this exercise.

Introduction: hands on the belt, legs 6 positions.

(1-2 eights) We perform six jumps in a circle and three stomp in place - 2 times. At the end of the 2 "eight", the outermost of the three turn to face their central one.

(3-4 eights) the outer children perform six claps and three stomps - 2 times, and the central child performs any polka movements according to the musical phrase and tempo. At the end of the 4 "eight", the central one changes at will, either with the one on the right or with the one on the left of it. After the change has occurred, another child becomes central and the game is repeated.

"Repeat after me"

We divide the children into two equal teams. We line up along the edges of the hall.

Introduction - children stand with their hands on their belts, legs in 6 positions.

1 "eight" - from two sides the first children go to the middle of the hall (jumps, polka step)

2 "eight" - the one on the right shows movements for one musical phrase

3 "eight" - the one who repeats the same movements on the left

4 "eight" - they turn to their teams, who must repeat the same movements with a wave of their hand.

Then the exercise is repeated, for 1 "eight" those who were second go to the center, and the first go to their team and get up last. When the entire right column was in the place of the one who comes up with the movements, it was the turn of those on the left to compose the movements. It can be divided into girls and boys and give the exercise a competitive moment, take into account the quality of the movements performed and the synchronism of the execution.

Subject: MUSIC TIME. 4th grade.

Objective: To give students an understanding of the musical scales, and to feel their difference.

At the preparatory stage, the teacher suggests conducting, and then slamming two quarters, three quarters, four quarters. We discuss their similarities and differences. During the discussion, we find out that the beginning of "time" is always a strong beat, and then the slices are added accordingly. We invite you to come up with your own rhythmic pattern. If the rhythm pattern is correct, the class repeats it several times.

After that, we move on to the practical part. Using two jump ropes. The ropes are stretched on the floor parallel to each other, at shoulder distance. Always on the first beat(s), the ropes will connect and the rest of the beats will remain open. Thus, students must calculate the jumps so as not to step on the ropes.

Two-quarter example: Start inside the ropes, feet together.

"one" - jump legs apart, "two" - jump on one leg, or two together.

Three-quarter example: Start inside the ropes, feet together.

"one" - jump legs apart, "two" - jump on one leg, "three" on the other.

Four Quarters Example: Start inside the ropes, feet together.

“one” - jump legs apart, “two” - jump on one leg, “three” on the other, “four” jump legs together, you can add a half turn or a full turn inside the ropes.

For a given rhythm, you can come up with a lot of combinations, even with the inclusion of an element of gymnastics.

Number of players: any.

Children repeat words and actions after the teacher at a slow, medium, and then at a fast pace; starting to speak in a whisper, then in an undertone and very loudly. It is not recommended to repeat more than three times.

Four steps ahead
Back four steps
Let's stomp our feet,
Let's clap our hands.
We blink our eyes,
And then we jump.

2. The game "Repeat after me" or "Do as I do"

Number of players: any.

Everyone becomes in a circle, the leader in the center shows the movements to the music, and the players repeat after him. The music changes, and so does the host. The leader can be chosen by both the teacher and the children themselves.

3. The game "Brook"

Number of players: at least 9 people.

Players become pairs one behind the other, depicting a high goal. The driver, to the music, passes under the gate, choosing a pair for himself, then becomes ahead of all the pairs. Once again left without a pair, he becomes the leader. There may be several drivers.

4. "Game fashion rock"

Players stand in pairs in a circle facing each other. The host shows in advance the movements that will need to be performed to the music: side steps right and left for four counts (with a hit on “4”), then 4 steps back (with a hit on “4” and clap), then 4 steps forward , but returning not to his pair, but shifting to the left - to a new partner (partner). Then the movements are performed to the music.

5. The game "Stand in a circle for ..."

Number of players: at least 8 people.

Music sounds, children dance randomly, standing in a general circle. By the clap of the leader or the stop of the music, the players must reorganize into a circle from the number of participants that the driver calls, and dance again, but in a new composition.

6. The game "Forbidden movement"

Number of players: any.

Children stand in a circle to dance. The teacher says that he will randomly show movements to the music, which the guys will have to repeat, but one of them is forbidden, and it is not necessary to repeat it. The one who repeats the forbidden movement will leave the circle. Then one of the children can already drive, inventing a forbidden movement on their own.

7. The game "Big walk"

Number of players: at least 8 people.

Players become pairs in a circle. The host shows in advance the movements that will need to be performed to the music: the children, holding each other by the hands, walk in a circle of 6 steps, turn to each other for “7-8”, then diverge by 4 counts, clap 3 times, stomp 3 times and converge, shifting to the left - to a partner - a neighbor. Then the movements are performed to the music.

8. The game "Peeking"

Number of players: any.

Everyone stands in a circle, dancing to the music. And two sit on chairs in the center back to back, depicting a dance on a chair. The music stops, the dancers must turn their heads to the left or right. If they turn in one direction, they will go to dance in a circle, and a new couple will come in their place at the choice of the teacher. If those on the chairs turn in different directions, they will remain there until their head turns coincide. If, after the third time, the dancers on the chairs do not look in one direction, then, at the request of the teacher, they will have to free the chairs for another couple.

9. The game "Dance on a chair"

Number of players: any.

Children sit on chairs that stand in a row. The teacher also sits on a chair opposite the children and shows arbitrary movements to the music. Children try to have time to repeat after the teacher. The music stops, the teacher invites someone who wants to take his place.
The new driver shows his movements, and everyone repeats after him, then he vacates his place to another driver. Music may vary.

10. The game "Who is the first?" (with rope)

Number of players: any.

Children sit on chairs that stand in a row. Two drivers sit on chairs in front of them with their backs to each other at a distance and dance to the music. And on the floor under their chairs lies a rope so that, bending down, the driver can reach out with his hand and, while the music stops, pull the rope in his direction. The music stops and the one who first pulls the rope in his direction remains in place, choosing a new opponent for himself. Music can be different and not last long.

11. The game "If life is fun, do it"

Number of players: any.

The leader sings and shows what needs to be done, and the players repeat. Any movement can be.

(shows the first movement).
If it's fun, do it
(shows the second movement).
If life is fun, let the sun smile on us.
If it's fun, do it
(shows the third movement).

Then the leader changes. One of the children can be the driver.

12. Dance game "Let's dance"

Number of players: from 6 people.

The participants stand in a circle, and the facilitator asks them a question: “Are our ears good?”. Answer: "Good." Question: What about the neighbor? Answer: Better! Each participant takes the neighbors on the right and left by the ears, and everyone dances in a circle, saying: “We dance from the heart, from the soul! Our ears are good, good!” (2 times). And then the leader calls another part of the body, for example: elbows, arms, legs, knees, shoulder blades. Anyone can be the leader, but after all participants remember the rules of the game.

The second option "Lavata"

Number of players: any.

Leading: Let's learn the words to our song:

Together we dance tra-ta-ta
Our cheerful Lavata dance (repeat 2 times).

Leading: “Our hands are good! And the neighbor's is better! (All join hands and sing.)

And so on, each time changing the position of the hands. (“Head is good, ears are good, knees are good”, etc.)

13. Dance game "How can we dance"

Number of players: from 5 people (with a rope or skipping rope).

The players line up in a row. The music is turned on, preferably cheerful. The members begin to dance. At this time, any two pull the rope and go towards the dancers. The task of the players is to step over each time without touching the rope, which is raised higher and higher each time. The participant who lasted the longest is the winner.

14. Dance game "Dance of meetings and partings"

Number of players: any.

During the next dynamic dance, which children, as a rule, perform in a general circle, the host offers to choose a soloist and a soloist. As soon as they are in the center of everyone's attention, the leader will explain that this couple will not dance in the center of the circle for long. As soon as the music stops (and it will definitely stop after 20-30 seconds, the DJ will take care of this), the partner, to the thunderous applause of the dancers, will say goodbye to the partner and invite another soloist into the circle instead of himself. The music will sound again, and everyone will applaud the main couple in the updated line-up. But - again a pause, and this time the partner, to the applause of the audience, will thank her partner for the dance, and invite another soloist instead of herself. So in a solo pair, the partner and partner change in turn, and the intrigue remains: who will be next?

15. Dance game "Partners and partners"

Number of players: 6 girls and 5 boys.

The boys stand in a circle, so that they do not peep, with their backs to each other. The music turns on, and the girls begin to dance (run) in a circle around the partners or from partner to partner. As soon as the music ends, each girl must stand in front of her partner. The one who did not have enough partner leaves and takes one of the partners with her.

Second option: the partners are standing, and the partners are dancing around them.

Third option: "Musical chairs". There should be one less chair than the participants. The rules of the game are the same.

16. The game "Musical Objects"(hats, balloons, gifts, toys)

Number of players: any.

The number of items must be one less than the number of players.
Variant of the game: balls are passed to the music, and there are one less of them than the participants. The music stops and the one without the ball comes out. If the balloon burst, the player is also out of the game. Or, instead of balls, players pass and put on hats. Moreover, you can remove the hat from another player yourself, and not wait until it is handed over. During the stop of the music, the player who does not have an object in his hands leaves.

Second option: transfer one item. And during the stop of the music, the player who will have the item in his hands comes out. Whoever is the last to be left without an item will be the winner.

Third option: if you play with a gift, then it will be taken by the one who has this gift left at the end of the musical passage. So it can be interesting to give gifts.

17. Dance game "Aram-zam-zam"

Number of players: any.

The players stand in a circle and, under the guidance of a teacher, learn the movements: for the phrase “aram-zam-zam, aram-zam-zam” we do 3 claps on the knees with repetition; to the phrase “ghouls-ghouls-ghouls-ghouls” we do “rolly-polly” - rotation with arms bent in front of us in a circle away from us (fingers are gathered into fists); to the phrase "ram-zam-zam" - we repeat the first movement; repeat the first and second actions again with the words; then, on the phrase “arafic-arafic”, we tilt the body forward with arms crossed on the chest
(twice); then we repeat the actions on the phrase “guli-guli-guli-guli-guli-ram-zam-zam”. Having learned the words and movements, we dance to the music: in place, moving in a circle, in pairs opposite each other.

18. Dance Game "Holiday Train"

Number of players: any.

Children stand one after another, holding hands (on the hips of a neighbor). The teacher is ahead of everyone - the leader. Music sounds, everyone starts to move after the driver, repeating the movements that he makes arbitrarily, adding the phrase: “Left rudder! (turn left.) Rudder right! (turn right) Mountains! (

rise on toes.) Tunnel! (crouch or bend over.) Forward move! (Move forward.) Reverse! (move back.) Stop!” (leader changes.)

The second option is "Dance Snake":the driver on the go comes up with movements without phrases, and the rest repeat after him. When the music stops (after 20 seconds), the driver goes to the end of the snake, and his neighbor becomes the new driver.

19. The game "Freeze dance figure"

Number of players: any.

The host stands with his back to the players and says the words:

We clap merrily - one.
Great jump - two.
Spinning, spinning - three.
Freeze dance figure.

The players at this time clap their hands, jump, spin, and then freeze in place in a dance pose. The leader turns and chooses in his place the one whose dance figure he liked.

Second option: instead of the leader's words, music sounds - the children dance. The music is interrupted, the host chooses a new host.

Sections: Working with preschoolers

Most of the movements on which musical games and dances are built are basic movements (walking, running, jumping, jumping). They improve both in music classes and in physical education classes. Without teaching children the correct step and run, without strengthening the muscles of the legs and body in physical education classes, children will not be able to move well and expressively to peppy, marching and other music. The ability to teach a child to convey the nature of a musical work, its figurative content through the plasticity of movements to music (rhythm) helps directly in physical education, for example, in rhythmic gymnastics classes.

In classes with children of the youngest age (three or four years old), one must take into account that they still do not know how to perceive music, how to link their movements with it, which are distinguished by sharpness, impetuousness, and poor coordination. All this should be taken into account by the teacher. At this age, the child reacts to everything very vividly, craves new information and perceives it on the fly. It is no secret that the closest form of activity for children is play. And if the game or exercises are supplemented with simple verses, it brings doubly satisfaction. Simple metrization of words organizes attention, causes increased interest in what is happening, enhances imaginative thinking, trains memory, develops a sense of rhythm, ear for music and taste (if accompanied by music). At the same time, the ability to move correctly and beautifully is developed, strengthening various muscle groups.

We bring to your attention a number of exercises, games, rhythmic warm-ups and musical-rhythmic compositions, which, I would like to hope, will help teachers of musical education and teachers of physical education and rhythmic gymnastics in children's educational institutions in their work.

Let the life of our kids be surrounded by beauty and health.

Exercise - the game "Legs - palms"

(for the little ones)

Note: If the children are very small, then the words “right, left” can be replaced with “one, the other”.

"Red Horse"

(A musical and rhythmic game for little ones. You can perform the songs “In the garden, in the garden” to the music).

Physical Education for Toddlers

"Exercise with leaves"

Note: The teacher pronounces the words, he also distributes the leaves one at a time in each hand. Or, if the children are large, he chooses 1-2 children to distribute the leaves using a counting rhyme:

Autumn is coming to us again
Distributes leaves to children:
A piece in each palm,
Put them on the track
Play with leaves
Then give back the autumn.

"Rain"

(Rhythmic composition for children of the senior and preparatory groups of preschool educational institutions. Designed to develop a sense of rhythm, quick wit, coordination of movements).

Note: the text is pronounced by the teacher clearly, slowly, so that the children have time to figure out and coordinate their movements.

Winter fun games

"Snowman"

Note:

Option 1 - for kids

Option 2 - for the senior and preparatory group

"Game with Santa Claus"

(For senior and preparatory groups)

Note: Can be used outdoors in winter. For indoor play

You can use small balls or fake snowballs.

The proposed didactic material combines musical and didactic games for the development of hearing, rhythm, and musical creativity in children.

I sincerely wish that these games will help in working with children, diversify music lessons, introduce children to the world of music.

CARD FILE OF GAMES AND EXERCISES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SENSE OF RHYTHM

Compiled by:

Musical director

Ponomarenko M.V.

Methodological developments of musical-rhythmic games are aimed at developing: emotionality, sense of rhythm, sensation of musical form, perception, imagination. Musical accompaniment teaches children to be rhythmic, develops musical memory, hearing.

In music, the concept of "rhythm" can be understood as follows: long, short, medium-duration sounds evenly, alternate in an orderly manner, form colorful rhythmic patterns.

The proposed didactic material combines musical and didactic games for the development of hearing, rhythm, and musical creativity in children. I sincerely wish that these games will help in working with children, diversify music lessons, introduce children to the world of music.

SENIOR GROUP

(5-6 YEARS)

"MUSICAL THEATRE"

Preparatory work: selection of percussion instruments (tambourine,

Bells, xylophone, metallophone, triangle, etc.), as well as

Plots of fairy tales.

Target: activating children's interest in various types

tools. Formation of rhythmic thinking. Development

fantasy and memory training.

Game progress:

children have to tell a story using percussion instruments.

* Each participant of the game presents his instrument.

* The teacher offers a fairy tale plot, and the children select

an instrument that suits the sound of each character

fairy tales, and then the desired rhythmic pattern.

For example: Karabas-Barabas - tambourine,

Pinocchio - xylophone,

Malvina - bell

Pierrot - triangle,

Artemon - a ratchet for a strong beat.

* The text of the tale is voiced.

* The teacher takes away from the children all the tools that were used in the fairy tale. The children are asked to turn away and listen to the story told with the help of instruments (the events in it will be presented in a different sequence, which means that the children create almost a new story).

"FUN GIRLFRIENDS"

We are building a new house for them.

Having chosen a new "builder", repeat the exercise, tapping out the rhythm. The music director should draw the attention of the children to the fact that they will sing the song quietly, “thinly” from a different, higher sound.

As a complication:

1) both the children and the "builder" tap out their rhythmic

Party along the lines of the song;

2) The 1st "builder" knocks on the plank with a hammer ("Knock knock"), the 2nd -

Triangular wand.
