We train the lower resonators  (pronounce the vowels "u" and "o" in a long and low tone):

  • In a standing position, put your hand on your chest. Make a yawn with your mouth closed, lock the larynx in the lower position. Breathing out, say "y" or "o", try to feel the vibration of the chest. If this does not work out, you can artificially cause vibration by easily tapping the sternum with your hand.
  • In a standing position, put your hands on the chest. Leaning forward, exhale and say long and long vowels “y”, “and”.
