I checked myself many times: a correct sleep for 6-7 hours gives a lot more power than late falling asleep and rising. If I usually got up (after three times switching the alarms) at 7-00 and barely managed to get ready, now I began to get up at 6-30 on the alarm clock and without delay. The consciousness that the page needs to be written moved. But this motivation was in the very first days. Further, some latent desire arose to get up and go write a page. This is the same as you get up and feel the need to rinse your face with clean water.

Then I began to tidy up my morning. Started doing exercises. There was enough time, and most importantly, there was a desire to make a bed. She began to wake up a few minutes before the alarm. As a result, I moved the rise time to 6-00 and I’m looking for an alarm just in case. But I wake up 5-6 minutes before the call and even on weekends. Of course, in the evening I began to get in early. By 21-00 I try to finish all things and begin to prepare for bed, so that at 22-00 already sleep. It happens that I do not have time to calm down to 22-00, but in any case it is no later than 23-00. If I go to bed closer to 23-00, then in the morning I feel some drowsiness (as if I didn’t get enough sleep), but I still wake up to the alarm clock and get up without any problems.
Now I rejoice at the beginning of the day. My morning begins with a good mood. I have time not only to write the Morning Page, do exercises and make up the bed, but still have breakfast, get together and take my time to get to work. And I have enough time in the morning to plan the day and make a to-do list.

Any activity of this kind will not only help restore health and mood. If you can organize yourself and practice regularly, you will look much better externally, posture will straighten, excess weight will go away, you will become more graceful, more confident in yourself, the hormones released during sports will make you happier, you will feel your own inner strength. At this stage, you should already have the energy to move towards your goals.

Look around, you will constantly come across information on where to move on. For example, you still can’t survive the break with your beloved - go study. Start chatting with people who are interested in the same. This is generally a very effective way to expand the circle of friends, make new friends and often find a family.

If you are interested in moving to a new material level, then begin to mentally concentrate on what you can earn. If you constantly think about it, while reading the inspiring stories of other people (and now there are a lot of them), then ideas will certainly come up.

A new business, a new circle of communication, new hobbies, any movement forward will give an energy boost.
