On March 9, an informal and very closed meeting of bloggers with the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko took place. Due to the large number of “insider” meetings took place without cameras, voice recorders and telephones, so alas - I will not please you with photographs.
The purpose of the meeting, oddly enough, sounds like acquaintance. Virtually, of course, we follow the life of the President, and he no less virtually reads what we write on Facebook. He reads and likes, only under a different account (he did not admit which one). He reads later in order to understand the mood of society not from bulletins and reports of others, but from the first hand.
And now, after three years of mutual reading, the time has come to virtualize and ask each other questions. It turned out funny: the "gunboats", who usually protect Poroshenko on the Internet, in real life bombarded him with uncomfortable questions, complaints about poor communication with the authorities, a poor information policy, "we will all die," etc. - they looked shorter than typical zradophiles :) Yeah, the optimist is not the one who shouts “cheers” first, but the one who last says “Tryndets”. This mood was partly because such a meeting had to be held in 2015, and not now. All these years, the "gunpowders" have only a common name - there is neither funding from the authorities, nor "temniks", nor like "botofarm" - nothing of what we are attributed to low-cost media owners. Perhaps something will change in the future, but as a result of the meeting, the optimism of the bloggers did not go through the roof - despite the fact that Peter Alekseevich admits the failures in the information policy and really wants to correct them. Wait and see.

Why did they take Ruban just now?

Partly because we cannot afford dictatorship - we will lose the support of the world community. Partly because Poroshenko realizes that dictatorship is a one-way trip. Authorities in a democratic country are forced to submit to court decisions. If there is no reinforced concrete evidence for someone (there is Ruban for it), then it makes no sense to go to court.
Politicians in a democratic country are forced to take into account popular sentiment. If the protesters have significant popular support, politicians are forced to reckon with them. And vice versa - you need to let the people make sure that the next populist is just a populist, not a messiah, and wait until his popular support is reduced to zero.
Therefore, Saakkashvili was allowed to run around the rooftops, stir up the people with populism - exactly as long as he did not violate a number of laws and until he imitated popular support for Kurchenko’s money. The bomzhatnik near Rada would not have the right to disperse if they had not found weapons there. Sobolev will be imprisoned only when the evidence on him will be irrefutable. And so on.
This is unpleasant in the sense that the country is constantly in a state of nervous tension due to assholes who have chosen hysteria as the main political tool. The system carefully, without breaking laws, eliminates one asshole - in its place new ones come. Their task is to radicalize the situation so that they kill some well-known oppositionist and plunge Ukraine into bloody chaos. The task of the special services is to give assholes a complete squash and keep the protest in a peaceful way. How exactly this is done can be traced on the cases of Saakashvili and Ruban.
Yes, continuous hysteria is unnerving. But realistically, there is only one alternative - dictatorship. And this is not an alternative.
Martial law, as an option for a temporary dictatorship, is also a bad idea. First, the EP will kill the economy. Secondly, a hybrid war, like the Cold War, can last for decades, so that the “temporary” EP will be permanent.
By the way, perhaps you remember how a number of politicians demanded the immediate introduction of martial law in the spring of 2014. It was a trap from Putin: the EP would not allow for the election of the President, and the Cabinet in the person of acting ministers would have turned into the very illegitimate "junta" that the Kremlin so diligently called us. The 2014 elections were an extremely important step in the fate of Ukraine.
What awaits us in the economy?
Withdrawal tax. This is a very drastic reform, replacing income tax, simplifying business, reducing the tax burden and stimulating investment. This is the real economic bomb that business is waiting for.
Poroshenko is a supporter of this reform and will actively promote it in the near future. But, firstly, he still does not pass laws - this is the work of BP. Yes, there is the largest fraction of his name, but it consists of "gopher-bitch-personalities" a little more than half. Take, for example, Naim and Leshchenko, who, being members of the BPP, are radical opposition to Poroshenko.
Secondly, not all businesses support the withholding tax. Transnational corporations like Coca-Cola do not like him at all, so wait for their attack in our most honest media, through the lobbyists of the IMF, EBRD, etc.
Get used to the fact that not everything that the IMF says is automatically correct. The interests of Ukraine and the interests of its donors may coincide (and then complete harmony), but may not coincide in some areas. Such points are resolved through discussion, and this is normal. And to say that we must silently do everything that they order is just abnormal.
And yes, we can already afford a discussion with the IMF. Because this is a "reform of the do-not-do-it-yourself" thing for zradophiles, but in reality we are quite strong. And then it will only get better.
More from the laws of 2018: we are waiting for 100% currency liberalization. Removing all restrictions on the purchase and sale of foreign currency, as well as on the right to open accounts abroad. Citizens of Ukraine can have an account with any bank in the world, independently notifying the tax on additional income. This is the case in all developed countries, so it will be with us.
The ban of the 3rd group of FOP: Poroshenko does not support this law. This is just an example of complete confusion in the BPP, where individual deputies earn extra money in other people's projects.
In the next 2-3 months, 4G connection will work in Ukraine. Poroshenko believes that coverage and speed are important for the development of the Ukrainian IT industry (hmm?) And for the translation of public services online. When it is possible to draw up sales documents from anywhere on a smartphone or vote on elections, for example, then citizen-official contacts will be minimized, which means that the main cause of corruption will be destroyed.
Also, fast Internet is needed for the implementation of telemedicine - so that even a medical assistant in the village can get specialist advice. By the way, the very money of Yanukovych will be spent on this project, the use of which is so enthusiastically prevented by NABU. For the same money, 184 hostels for the military are being built across the country — so modern that the language doesn’t dare to call them "hostels." In general, this year there will be a lot of reform laws and initiatives - because the year is pre-election, and because it is only possible to interrupt the flow of iron from each iron (IMHO will not help, but the President believes so).
And what about Russia, will we liberate the Donbass and Crimea with a decisive blow?
No, we will adhere to the same strategy as now. The Minsk agreements (which Russia does not comply with) and the sanctions (which Putin receives for this) are slowly but surely draining the aggressor’s economy - while we are growing stronger. Let me remind you, two months ago, Russia emptied its reserve fund and began to eat up the rest. Investments in its economy are becoming toxic, capital is being withdrawn at an increasing rate. And our losses in this case are calculated in units of lives per day, and not in thousands, as would be the case in the case of an attempt to knock patsaks out of Donbass and Crimea right now.
Everything will be Ukraine, you just need to be able to play long.
So what happened - gunpowders will now be on the salary of the bank?
No, they will not do. I’ve been trying to understand for a long time, and why, in fact, Poroshenko doesn’t want to hire those who have been taking the protection of information space all this time? Now, it seems, I understood: because he is the same. He immensely respects what we do, that we donate time, money and effort to the struggle, but he does the same. One example: in 2014, when the war with Russia seemed very likely, the famous C-300 air defense systems guarding Kiev were inoperative. They were sawn into metal a long time ago and there was nothing stupid to protect themselves from an air intrusion. Poroshenko spent 600 million of his own money to quickly restore the air defense system. And this is only one episode, and in general, the costs personally Poroshenko and Roshen companies are estimated in billions of hryvnia.
Why is he doing this? He simply loves Ukraine and does not want it to turn into Russia. The motive is simple, but iron.
He considers us and our motives the same. And if so, then what kind of "salary of gunpowder" can we talk about? ..
Not that I completely agree with this approach. “Pokov tovstii shudny, thin zdokhne” - the ordinary info-volunteer does not have so many resources in reserve that for years to fight without support. Therefore, we agreed to send new projects for consideration - the President is interested in them. But I doubt that he has a sufficient number of sensible performers, and rely on us - well, where do we still have the load, we barely pull this.
So optimism is very restrained in this matter.

A person has the right to choose whether to do what he owes to him or not. But is it always right to do in favor of debt? It’s worth thinking about it a little longer. Who has the right to determine his duty for a particular person? There are three possible answers to this question:
- External dictators such as government, father and mother, children, spouse, friends, life circumstances?
- Or maybe the person himself, taking into account the expectations and needs of all of the above, builds his priorities for debt and responsibilities?
- Or does he decide everything, according to personal views and preferences, not taking into account the opinions of others?
The dangerous extremes of determining debt are the first and third options, if we exclude such complex or extreme circumstances of life, such as:
- War;
- The salvation of human life;
- Seriously ill close people, etc.
Debt Mistakes
It must be remembered that duty is what we do according to our own desires and understandings, of our own free will. However, many people, interpreting debt obligations, make important mistakes in their conclusions:
- Obey coercion, considering their fulfillment of duty. Direct coercion, dictatorship, destroy the will of man. Under no circumstances can coercion be considered a duty.
- Dictatorship is followed by manipulation - an even more evil enemy of man. The biggest mistake in life is to meditate on manipulation, to succumb to it, listening to speeches about the high - about conscience, duty and necessity. Behind this lies a lie, and therefore unpleasant consequences: emotional distress, depression, emptiness.
- We show care, sacrifice unnecessarily. This is due to our own ideas about the good of loved ones. Imposing them in good deeds “for the sake of their good”, we do not receive a word of gratitude or a smile in return, we are upset and offended. Although they themselves are to blame for what happened: nobody asked us for anything. It is necessary to fulfill duty in relation to people dear to the heart when there is a need for it.
What will happen?
A proper understanding of duty, guiding one's own motives, interests and principles - these are the basis of success in life. It is necessary to fulfill one's destiny, but not to the detriment of oneself, dying from the severity of the hung requirements or the influence of manipulation.
Do what you should and what happens, do not wait for gifts of fate (they come when they are not expected), but do not harm your sense of duty to your fate, do not rest on your laurels, believe in the best - and in the end you will have more than that that will be, otherwise what do you wish it to be.
