Dreaminess dreamy dreamer. World collective mind A dreamer confident in the capabilities of the human mind

The human mind is an unsolved mystery. Today, scientists around the world are joining forces to ensure that this mystery is revealed. Yes, and strange as it may sound, an increasing number of ordinary people are striving for self-knowledge. Thus, the Eastern tradition of studying the soul, karma, has already enslaved Europe today. People began to look for answers to questions that did not interest them yesterday. What is an aura, an electromagnetic field around the human body, why does it arise? How to control your thoughts and make their endless flow stop at least sometimes?

Modern science is also interested in unraveling the mysteries of the human mind. She is worried about how deep memories are stored in the mind, why do prophetic dreams come? And why do people even dream?

For Eastern sages, the answers to these questions have been known for a long time. They are considered dogma in the Eastern world. There is no doubt that the state of the mind, its presence here and now, can stop the flow of thoughts. You need to stop it - it heals the mind, spirit and body, this process is called awareness. In this state, a person is fully aware of what is really happening to him.

In a person’s head, thoughts move in a chaotic order, in order to organize them, you just need to stop worrying about the past - let it go, stop trembling when thinking about the future - give it the opportunity to form in the best way. It is necessary to perceive the situation that is happening at a given moment in time and discard all other, unnecessary moments. Mistakes need to be corrected on the spot, and not think about failures all your life. All the experience that a person has gone through is not in vain, everything is needed for further development. If, of course, a person is ready to perceive life experience as something positive and necessary.

Scientists have long established the ability of a person to transmit thoughts at a distance. How often it happens that a person transmits thoughts and images to another without even being nearby. How does a person enter another's dream?

According to the theory of sleep, which Jung once propagated, a person does not actually sleep, but goes beyond the boundaries of his shell. He becomes something more. He becomes himself. He leaves the limits of the body and tunes into the universal mind. This is the name of the world biofield. Scientists have proven its existence.

There is a scientific theory that claims that the fate of a person, the fate of his past reincarnations - all this is written on his outer shell. This outer shell is called the information and energy field. The information field contains all the information a person needs. Then why do people make mistakes? Why do they succumb to the influence of other people and ruin the lives of themselves and those around them with doubts, resentments, and insecurities?

The whole point is that a person is suggestible. Oddly enough, most people are easily suggestible. They are easily influenced by others, and at the same time lose their individuality. Scientists conducted an experiment, as a result of which it was found that if a person proves his point of view for a long time, then in the end he will believe in it. A group of people was told a story about how they allegedly got lost as children in a supermarket. And that an elderly man found them all. Of course, the subjects could not remember this, since this fact is just a fiction. But as a result of a long conversation on this topic, many began to supplement the story with their own facts. They not only believed in it, they experienced this situation.

This experiment explains why during an argument only those who know how to persuade will win. Scientists have proven that a person’s thoughts are material due to the fact that by instilling certain truths in himself, a person forces events to meet him and, as they say, dreams come true. But there is a scientific explanation for all this. Firstly, there is a category of people who are more sensitive to fluctuations in the energy field. Such people can read information from it and find out details of the past and future. In everyday life they are usually called psychics, mediums. Also, for example, how does tarot card fortune telling work? Cards are a conductor of mental images that have already been formed on the energy field of the fortuneteller and the questioner. The fortune teller reads information from someone else’s energy field and the better configured her contact and conductive element is, it could be a crystal ball, candles or wax - the more accurate information she will voice to the questioner.

It would seem that the system is clear and understandable. But why then is man not his own helper? Why can’t each person read information in this way and help themselves in solving difficult situations in life? Not every mind is so sensitive to the bioenergetics of other people. For example, lovers, because in a couple there is always someone who loves more. It’s just that this person feels his partner better, he predicts his desires and thoughts.

Today, scientists have proven the fact that love does not arise instantly; in order to develop between people, it takes time. Very often marriages break up within a year or three after their conclusion. The whole point is that falling in love passes. Love comes much later, with the acceptance of a person, understanding his needs and respecting them. Some couples experience love even after several years of marriage, and after ten years. Scientists say that people’s marriages are not easy. That once they met and did not live a long and happy life together, people separated in past incarnations. In this incarnation they are given one more chance and if they miss it, they will have to meet again.

This is why lovers often say that they have known each other forever. But it is so. Information about their past meetings is recorded on their information shell. They experience a déjà vu effect. This increases the attraction between lovers.

Today, scientists continue to study the human mind. They want to establish the causes of telepathy, jealousy, and unravel the mystery of the transmission of thoughts at a distance, and every day they are getting closer to solving these mysteries.

Anyone who dreams of independence and material wealth must develop the consciousness of a successful person. Consciousness of a successful person is a state of mind tuned and open in a certain way, allowing you to see success and opportunity.

A successful person has no room in his mind for thoughts of failure. A loser sees only obstacles and limitations on the path to the desired goal. He will see the shortcomings of current situations in everything.
Disadvantages of the world around us, people and, of course, our personality.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: what matters is the courage to continue. (WINSTON CHECHILL)

The path to a successful personality - 10 steps:

Self-esteem.
Many would agree that healthy self-esteem is important for achieving an adequate understanding of one’s own worth, and, accordingly, for the formation successful personality.>
But how to achieve it?

In order to see and understand the path to normal self-esteem, let's analyze some of the mechanisms of its formation.

How do relationships with men affect women's money? The development of relationships with money and their business depends on how a woman’s relationships with men are built inside her. We enter into relationships with a certain set of expectations and fantasies. It's no longer a secret that a woman looks for a father and a mother in a man...

About luck and lucky people In my practice, I advise people who consider themselves failures in general or in some area of life. Comparing themselves with others makes them lose their meaning...

The foundation of our self-esteem is laid in childhood, and what it will be (adequate, underestimated or overestimated) largely depends on the life values embedded in us:

relationships between people around us, in particular parents,>
how adults perceive us, >
presence of love and support,>
peer relations, etc.>

Unfortunately, these aspects of our life do not always pass under the “+” sign. Often adults (parents, grandparents...) from the beginning ignore our own opinion, which is still young and fragile, and then do not take us seriously. Or even worse, they laugh at us or scold us, instead of supporting or explaining their point of view. The age difference automatically means the rightness and privileges of an adult.

The saying “through the mouth of a baby the truth speaks” appeared quite a long time ago and is very justified. It’s just that adults don’t want to realize that the child may be right, to realize that it hurts their personal “point of view” (an unresolved psychological problem), which they don’t want to part with.

When we become self-sufficient and conscious individuals, we have the opportunity to correct the mistakes of our childhood.

To improve our self-esteem, we must learn to think differently.
Think the way a successful person should think. There are three concepts for this:

Step 1
Each personality is unique.
No one can think like you, no one can do anything better than you. You are good just the way you are. Respect and love yourself with all your strengths and weaknesses and you can be sure that you will receive reciprocity from others.

Step 2
A person can achieve anything he wants.
A person’s possibilities are practically limitless and only the person himself limits himself to his own, often negative, attitudes.
“I won’t be able to do it”, “It’s not possible”, “I have never had and cannot have such abilities, qualities, skills”, etc.
Think about how much you can do: learn a foreign language, write a book, learn a new profession, change your life...
Every Person has unlimited potential.

Step 3
A person has unlimited power over himself.
No one can tell you how or what to think. Only you determine what and how you will do. Only you can create, build and stabilize any area of your own life.
Remember, with your thoughts you shape your life, your reality. What you think of yourself is what you will be.
Timid thoughts create a timid person, confident thoughts create a confident person, weak thoughts create a weak person, strong thoughts create a strong person.

Thinking.
The consciousness of a successful person is distinguished not only by positive thinking, but also by self-confidence and faith in achieving what he wants. Many thoughts come to us in the form of mental statements, positively or, conversely, negatively colored.
For example: “The meeting will be successful!”, “I will succeed!”, “I will succeed!” or “This is not possible!”, “I will fail!”, “I always lose!”. Thus, we program our consciousness as the consciousness of a successful person or a loser.

Affirmation is one of the simplest mental techniques that can unconsciously or consciously influence our brain, our consciousness. Such techniques have been used for centuries in religion and magic in the form of prayers, mantras, etc.

When making a statement, you must always remember:
We must sincerely believe these statements. The statement must be positive. When forming it, it is necessary to avoid the particle “not”.
Our brain ignores its presence and, in our opinion, the positive statement “I won’t worry!” ultimately sets us up for “excitement” and subsequent “failure.”
The statement should be brief. A short and simple statement that will not be difficult to say and repeat.

The mind of a successful person contains four basic beliefs.

Step 4, belief 1
This World is full of riches!
Loser consciousness believes that all people are fighting for the same goals, that there are so few opportunities around to achieve what they want. “Everything around is so expensive and there’s always a shortage of money.”

The consciousness of a successful person knows that the Universe is full of everything necessary and this “good” is enough for everyone. Nature, one of the manifestations of the Universe, is always generous and rich. The seas and oceans are filled with its waters, the fields are strewn with flowers, the forests are green, stretching for many kilometers, the endless sky is covered with its stars.

Be sure that both the Universe and Mother Nature always remember about their capricious child - man, and always give him what he really needs, but we can only accept these gifts.

Step 5, belief 2
Life brings joy and satisfaction!
In the mind of a loser lies the belief that life is incredibly complex and full of problems. With such a conviction, life cannot be different. If a person is looking for difficulties, he will always find them.

In the mind of a successful person is the knowledge that life is wonderful.
He knows that under many of life's difficulties, or so-called problems, there are always many opportunities hidden. It just so happens that Life disguises its gifts as obstacles.

Step 6, belief 3

Life contains an unlimited number of possibilities!
In the mind of a loser, there are beliefs that the current situation is hopeless, there is no point in doing anything. The loser accepts this “fact” and floats along the current he created. The loser is convinced that there are no opportunities, that all the best positions are already taken and he won’t be able to get through, that he won’t find his other half since all the good ones are already “busy”, that he can’t come up with something new, because all the “worthwhile” ideas already belong to someone.

There are opportunities always and everywhere. Our true possibilities are limitless.
In order to maintain good health, create new relationships, a family, move up the career ladder, build your own business and simply live an exciting life, you just need to go all the way.

Step 7, belief 4
Our success depends only on ourselves!
Success, if we do not achieve it and do not strive for it, do not take active steps to achieve it, will never knock on our doors and say “Here I am!”
Step by step we move towards it, day by day we bring the moment of our success closer with our decisions, actions, actions, thoughts and beliefs.

Step 8.
Faith.
Faith is like the engine of our desire. Everything we believe in sooner or later becomes real. We certainly believe that the sky is blue, that the sea is salty, and the sun gives light and warmth. Why? We have heard and seen this since childhood, we have been told this more than once, we have been convinced of this more than once. For us, these are indisputable facts that do not need proof.

Let's think about what prevents us from believing that we will succeed, that we will have or already have a happy family, that we will be healthy? No one but us can give answers to these questions, because we create our own future, because everything depends only on us. We always have a choice: to believe in what others say, according to their understanding of the truth, or to believe in our beliefs, our life principles.
By believing in ourselves, we create our individuality, our personality, and live our lives.
By believing what others say, we live someone else's life.

When we hear some negative statements addressed to us, we must understand that this is a subjective opinion, often based on envy and personal problems and the worldview of another person. By giving this meaning, putting our faith in it, we give another person the opportunity to become a real and integral part of us. It is according to this scheme that the consciousness of a loser works, while the consciousness of a successful person, of course, believes in his success and strives for it.

Step 9.
Challenges are the source of opportunities.
Problems begin when we begin to perceive current situations as problematic.
It has always been believed that in order to get something you need to give something. From the perspective of the problem, the role of what we give can be anything, for example, we can lose our job, our money can be stolen, or what seems like a loved one can leave us. The consciousness of a loser perceives this as a collapse of hopes or a dead end in life. A loser does not want to look at the situation more broadly and into the distance. He sees only what is directly in front of him, and there is nothing there except a “broken trough.” He will never think about the fact that maybe the trough broke because it is high time to buy a washing machine?

Life always places signs on our path, we just have to look at them and understand them.
We lost our jobs not only because our superiors did not appreciate us, but because life tells us that we will achieve proper success elsewhere. Money was stolen not because people are evil, but because we do not always manage it correctly. Your spouse left not because you are bad - he’s just not the person who truly loves and deserves your love.

Step 10.
Positive thinking.
This is the last and most important step towards achieving the consciousness of a successful person. It includes all the previous nine points and can be said to be based on the principle “Repetition is the mother of learning.”

Whatever happens, know:

You are a unique individual to whom the World is ready to offer all its riches as a reward for your faith and hard work. You have unlimited power over yourself, your consciousness and you have the power to do whatever you want. Rest assured that there are no problems in life, only an endless source of opportunities. Believe in yourself, and life will bring you only joy and satisfaction!

7. MIND POWER

Components of personal achievements

“A wise man will be the master of his thoughts; the fool will be their slave"

The greatest indictment against the present system of education is that most people come into this world, live in it and leave it without ever realizing the power of their thoughts and the fact that everything in life is created and destroyed by the power of thought. Worse, we are taught everything, but almost never taught to use the power of thought to achieve the only necessary form of wealth - spiritual harmony. This is covered in this book.

One of the definitions of personal potential is given by the equation:

[VS + PS] x [T] x [O] = LR

The first two letters - BC - indicate your innate abilities. This is what you are born with, your natural genetic heritage, your natural inclinations and mental abilities in general. It is very difficult to change anything here.

The next two letters - PS - indicate acquired abilities. This includes the knowledge, skills, experience and abilities acquired and developed through growth and maturity. You can develop, improve and change acquired qualities over time as a result of study and practical work. But this requires patience, discipline and significant effort. The letter T symbolizes labor. LR means personal result.

The letter O stands for attitude, that is, the type of spiritual energy you put into the combination of your abilities and work. This is the dark horse component of the personal achievement formula. Since the quality of your attitude can be improved almost indefinitely, even a person with average innate ability is able to perform well by having a positive mental attitude towards the task. But your attitude is controlled by your will. Therefore, it is important to know how attitudes are developed? By expecting good events, you have a positive attitude towards people and events. Expectations are the only quick way to make quick and deep changes in your own life and the results achieved.

Law of Psychic Magnetism

Your consciousness, like a stream, rushes forward, leading or taking you away from the goal, depending on the degree of mental control that you yourself establish.

If you think you can't succeed, you probably won't succeed. Do you really consider yourself worse than others? Too many people answer this question in the affirmative. Fear and anxiety are the closest relatives to feelings of inadequacy.

Thought is the driving force behind actions, just as electricity is the force that lights houses. In addition, regardless of whether we translate thoughts into real actions, the thought itself already produces some effect. I call this influence the law of psychic magnetism. According to this law, we attract to ourselves those circumstances, those people that we need.

Luck and luck accompany only confident people. With your thoughts you cannot attract random events and incidents of life to yourself, but you can create the so-called circumstances of life and become more confident. It is obvious that people constantly use the law of psychic magnetism. This is due to the fact that they are constantly thinking. The brain is always working. But some attract illness and misfortune. Don't do this: repress destructive thoughts. You have the power to force your brain to work in a certain direction.

Many people tend to see their future to a certain extent as bright and beautiful, full of friends, happiness and peace. But the future often disappoints hopes. Does this indicate a violation of the law of psychic magnetism? No. The reason is that people do not define goals clearly. You can say: “I don’t want to be sick, but I am sick.” But what do you think about most persistently? Where do you direct your main attention? Maybe for illness? Isn’t it better to inspire: “I am healthy”?

Each positive desire corresponds to the opposite, negative, which we are afraid to admit, but very often we focus our attention on it. We want it to be good, but we think about the bad. The law of psychic magnetism is indifferent to our good wishes and whims; it needs clear desires. Moreover, we should not be afraid of these desires.

There are people who claim that they want friendship and love, but their attention is occupied by such things as criticism, hatred, jealousy, envy, vindictiveness. There are people who claim that they want popularity and recognition, but, nevertheless, show their desire for privacy.

So, there are two rules for the correct use of the law of mental magnetism (compare them with the principles of the magnet): first, you need to focus on clear goals, second, the more we do this, the greater results we achieve.

It's tempting to think that we have no control over what comes into our heads, but that's actually not the case. If a thought comes to you that is not useful to you, unpleasant, you can force yourself to think about something else, as a result, according to the law of substitution, the unwanted thought disappears. By changing your thoughts you can change your life! Thought is the only thing you have absolute control over.

Dhamapada: “What we are is the result of what we have thought, it is based on our thoughts and consists of our thoughts. If a person speaks or acts with a bad thought, suffering follows him, just as a wheel follows the hoof of an animal pulling a cart.”

D. Alain: “The vision that you extol in your mind, the ideal that you plant in your heart - by them you will build your life, by them you will become”

The effectiveness of psychic magnetism depends on four parameters. Strengthening any of them speeds up the process of creating the physical equivalent of a mental picture of your life. The first such parameter is frequency. People who achieve exceptional results are characterized by continuous visualization of the desired results. They constantly think about what they are striving for. In fact, the frequency of visualization indicates how great your desire to realize the picture in reality, but also strengthens this desire and the conviction of its feasibility. The second parameter is clarity. There is a direct connection between the clarity of the picture of an imaginary goal or result and the speed of implementation. Lucky people always know exactly what they want. The third visualization parameter is intensity. This refers to the number of emotions combined in one mental picture. Increase the power of the emotions that accompany the visualization, like pressing the accelerator of your own potential. Perhaps this is why R. Emerson wrote: “Nothing great is achieved without enthusiasm.” The fourth parameter is the length of time during which you hold the image of something you want in your mind. The more you imagine a desired future event, the more likely it is to happen.

Everything that happens in your life comes into being in the form of a thought. This is why depth of thought distinguishes all those who have achieved success. As you become a skilled thinker, you begin to use your mental potential in ways that suit your interests. You can train your mind to harbor positive, kind thoughts and through them create a deeper and richer nature that will be the fruit and crown of your creativity. “Successful women and men achieve everything because they have developed the habit of thinking in terms of success” N. Hill.

Law of Expectations

According to this law, everything you expect with confidence becomes a prophecy fulfilled by you. In other words, you don't necessarily get what you want from life, but what you expect from it. Your expectations have a powerful, invisible influence that causes people to act and situations to arise in accordance with what you expected of them. You could say that you are constantly being a predictor of your own destiny, speaking and thinking about how you think a given situation might turn out. Successful people are confident in themselves. They assume their success, they expect a positive attitude towards themselves. People who have not achieved success are characterized by negative expectations, cynicism and pessimism, which somehow lead to the fact that everything happens exactly as they expect.

Harvard University Dr. R. Rosenthal describes how the assumptions of their teachers have a huge impact on students' performance. He also concludes that if students felt that they were expected to perform well, they would perform much better than in the absence of such expectations.

Four types of expectations can be distinguished.

The first is the expectations of our parents. We are all unconsciously programmed to live as good or as bad as we hear about it as we grow up from our own parents. The need for their approval does not disappear even after our parents leave us. I don’t find anything wrong with success being fueled by the energy of striving to realize the desire to be the pride of loved ones. The desire to be proud of you is a very strong incentive to do something, since a person is a deeply social creature. Our parents have the greatest influence on us in this regard. However, the extreme of this influence is the imposition of an inferiority complex, the desire to realize purely personal dreams with the help of children. If the goals of your loved ones are consistent with your beliefs, then do not deny that, first of all, it is the desire to be significant in their eyes that moves you to success.

The second source of expectations that influences our behavior is the expectations of your teacher or boss about the results of your work. People who work under someone with positive expectations are always happier, work better, and get more done than those whose boss is negative and critical. Because you are inevitably influenced by the expectations of the people on whom your income depends, you are unlikely to be happier or more effective under the guidance of someone with a negative behavior and attitude towards you.

The third source is your own expectations of your children, your spouse, your own employees and colleagues. You have enormous influence on the personality, behavior and performance of those who rely on your guidance and support. The more important you are in someone's life, the more your expectations influence that person's performance. The best thing you can probably do for another person is to say, “I believe in you. I know that you will succeed"

The fourth source of expectations is your own expectations of yourself. The wonderful thing about this is that you create them for yourself. Your expectations for yourself are already so powerful that they can suppress all the negative expectations of other people towards you.

You can never rise above your own expectations. Since they are under your complete control, rest assured that your expectations are exactly what you want to happen. Always expect only the best from yourself.

The brain doesn't rest

The function of the brain is thinking: when a person thinks, he retains his mind, and when he does not think, he loses his mind. This wonderful 1.36 kg organ contains more than one hundred billion cells and processes more than one hundred million bits of information per hour. It is known that the average person has about 60,000 thoughts per day. In addition, it is no secret that 99% of them are unproductive and unfavorable random unconscious “noise”. Very few people have made it a habit to identify and reject unconstructive thoughts. Is this why genius, the center of thought, is so rare?

I. Newton is considered to be the greatest of all scientists who ever lived in the world. His discoveries in mathematics laid the foundation for modern knowledge. In his old age he was asked how it happened that he alone could make such a huge contribution to world science. He replied: “I didn’t think about anything else.”

Most people do not use their brains actively and thoughtfully. The brain is like a machine without an “off” button. If we don't keep him busy with something, he doesn't sit idle, he works all the time. If you put a person in a chamber where there are no external stimuli, he will begin to generate internal ones. If your brain is wandering around idle from corner to corner, it starts doing something, and it doesn’t care what it is. You care.

What is the importance of positive thoughts? It is known that thoughts produce similar ones. Think about the word "happy." Focusing on this word can create in your mind images of a wonderful vacation you had, a child smiling, or a funny movie. Whatever you focus your attention on, your mind instantly expands the concept for you. Knowing this fact, isn't it wise to focus on positive pictures? Focusing on positive thoughts often creates new positive thoughts, which in turn helps us succeed in our endeavors. What we focus on, we often mention in conversations. This is how our thoughts turn to those around us.

Many people consider positive thinking to be unrealistic because the person who thinks this way supposedly just wants to avoid problems, tragedies and hopelessness. But that's not the point at all. Positive thinking characterizes the attitude towards one’s own problems and the problems of humanity, and also contributes to their resolution through constructive actions.

Your subconscious mind is like a central processing unit. In this regard, your main task in self-development is to reprogram this block so that everything you think, feel, believe in becomes the exact mental equivalent of what you want to experience, what you want to get pleasure from.

Self-discipline

In Wadi Natrun, in the Thebaid desert of Egypt, in its very center, many miles from water and any living creature, an almond tree grows. Yes, an almond tree in the middle of the harshest and most desolate desert you can imagine. This tree is the fruit of self-discipline. In 346, an old monk named Abba Amoi was praying in the desert with one of his disciples. He tried to teach him to understand what the fruits of self-discipline are, but the student could not understand his instructions. Then the monk took his staff, carved from an almond tree branch, and stuck it in the sand, and then turned to his student named Little John. “Water this staff,” he said. Water it until it bears fruit, and then you will understand what I mean.” That place was located many miles from the nearest well, but at night, when it became cooler, Little John went to the well, filled a jug with water, returned back and watered the staff. He repeated this every night for three years, and at the end of this period the sprouted staff began to bear fruit. Then Little John brought almond grains to the nearest monastery and said to the monks: “Behold the fruits of self-discipline!”

Are you now living in some kind of desert? Are you faced with illness, loneliness, family and business problems, and financial difficulties that make you feel as if you are living in the middle of nowhere? Then let me tell you: this desert can bloom just like an almond tree and bear any fruit with the help of self-discipline. By self-discipline I mean discipline of your mind. Do as Little John did. Constantly monitor your thoughts and train them so that you think only about good things. Give up thoughts of defeat and any negative thoughts. Water your consciousness with thoughts of love, health, joy, peace and harmony and you will receive the fruits of the flowers of self-discipline and turn the desert of your previous existence, whatever it may be, into a blooming garden.

The law of the meaning of the power of emotions

Emotions are forces that energize your thoughts. The more intense the feeling, the greater the effect the thought or situation has on your life. Emotion is like electricity or fire: it can be constructive or destructive, depending on how it is used. It is noteworthy that everything you do is based on one emotion or another.

Before I realized this fact, I used to think that I acted logically, practically, and wisely in various situations. Having learned the law of emotions, I realized that in reality I was simply a slave to my emotions, especially in cases where I did not give myself time to think about which emotions were dominant in a particular situation or decision.

The key point here is this: there are only two main categories of emotions - desire and fear. Most of what you do or don't do is determined by either the former or the latter. And the number of actions you do or don't do out of fear far outweighs the number of actions you do out of desire.

Fear is the main threat to a successful life. Most people are paralyzed by all kinds of fear. They fear poverty and loss. They are afraid of criticism and disapproval. They are afraid that they might be used. The more you fear something, the more likely you attract it into your life. A thought devoid of emotion is unable to influence you in one way or another. Emotion without a guiding thought causes disappointment and a feeling of unhappiness. But if your thought is clear, be it positive or negative, and is accompanied by an intense emotion of fear or desire, then you set in motion all kinds of mental laws and begin the path to achieving your goal.

Be confident of success

It is not so important what happens to us in life, the main thing is whether we use these events to grow. Regardless of your abilities and talents, what you currently possess, you will achieve success in any field of activity, no matter what you choose, if you work every hour. This law has always been confirmed throughout the history of mankind. People who believe in their success until the end of the journey will certainly achieve it. You are destined for a special fate. Do you want to argue with this? Lack of faith is a serious obstacle to success.

Sometimes it is the shortcomings that help you achieve success. For example, it is known that many artists had poor eyesight - their desire to see and realize the beauty of the world prompted them to develop their talent.

How can you discover the significant role you have to play? Whenever you are given an opportunity to express your abilities and talents, welcome it with open arms. It is important to constantly practice what you know and can do.

Success doesn't come immediately. When we set goals and make plans, we need to think big and aim high. As they say, a bad soldier is one who does not want to become a general; It is not failure that is criminal, but the baseness of the goal. On the path to success, ambition can keep us reaching for the stars. Many popular movie and pop stars who have achieved recognition, whose names we see everywhere, worked for many years as secretaries or waiters, waiting for the opportunity to demonstrate their talent, the existence of which they did not doubt. Successful businessmen tried many ideas and failed until they found a successful idea. Many inventions that change our lives were once just a dream of their inventor, who moved forward without retreating or being embarrassed by the dead ends and skepticism of the environment. Life, as it were, tests a person: is he worthy of success? On the path to success, an important ability is the ability to grow, that is, to increase your abilities and improve your knowledge.

It's easy for confidence to creep into you. Even insecure people are usually confident in this too. They are either sure that they are sure, or they are sure that they are not sure. Rarely is there a person who is unsure of his doubts or unsure of his certainties. Such an experience can be created, but it is rare. You may ask yourself, “Am I confident enough to doubt?” It's a stupid question, but once you ask it, your insecurities will be shaken.

R. Hillier said: “The best way is to forget about doubts and get down to business... If you work with all your efforts, then you will not have time to fear failure.”

Suggestion

It is difficult to do something if you do not believe in the success of this business. Suggestion is the only way to believe in success. We often resort to it, sometimes unconsciously, without noticing. Just as to increase motivation, suggestion requires the expression of the final result of actions: “I will win. I can do it. I am strong". I see the point in making wishful thinking a conscious, daily activity.

Suggestion begins to work when one idea is repeated often enough. It is known that if you repeat a statement long enough, regardless of whether it is true or false, you begin to believe in it. So, for example, if every evening before going to bed you repeat to yourself: “I am an interesting person, I am interesting to people,” this will soon lead to the fact that in reality the person will feel more relaxed in public. And this will greatly affect your communication skills.

Suggestion becomes much more effective when you actually see that something is working, when you look for the slightest confirmation that the suggestion is working.

Constructive statements have the following characteristics: they are positive, present tense, and personal. Affirmations play the role of strong instructions to the subconscious. Strong, compelling statements, filled with feeling and repeated with conviction, very often lead to immediate personal change. You can increase your enthusiasm, courage, emotional control, and self-esteem by repeating affirmations about the person you want to become. What you tell yourself has a powerful impact on your subconscious. Your subconscious is very straightforward. The simpler the command, the more impact it will have on your thinking. For example, a powerful affirmation that I advise you to use to polish your mind is: “I believe in a great outcome for every situation in my life.” Verbalization of statements enhances the effect of suggestion. Speaking in front of others about your ability or intention to do something has a powerful influence on thoughts and subsequent behavior. Sports teams use verbalization in front of others to mentally prepare for the game. They cheer each other on before the competition starts.

A fight with a shadow

The famous boxer D. Corbett made the expression “shadow boxing” popular. When asked how he achieved the perfect straight body kick he used against D. Sullivan of Boston, Corbett would usually answer that he repeated the punch in front of a mirror more than 10,000 times while preparing for the match.

Many athletes prefer to exercise in conditions that exclude the slightest external pressure. They themselves or their coaches do not allow representatives of the press to attend training sessions and refuse to provide any details about the methods of preparing for competitions. Everything is done to create a calm/relaxed atmosphere for athletes.

Then, at the critical moments of real competition, they behave poisedly, as if they had no nerves at all. During the preliminary training, they became absolutely cool-blooded, immune to pressure, confident in their abilities, completely relying on muscle memory when performing various learned movements.

The method of “shadow boxing” or training in a relaxed atmosphere is so simple and the results so amazing that some tend to see something supernatural in it.

One elderly lady was terribly nervous for many years, attending various receptions, evenings, and balls. After trying the “shadow boxing” method, she wrote: “... I practiced my “coming out” alone probably at least a hundred times in my own living room. I walked around the room, shaking hands with numerous imaginary guests, smiling and finding a friendly word for each, which I pronounced loudly and clearly. Then I moved among the “guests,” talking first with one and then with the other. I learned to walk, sit, speak confidently and elegantly.

I can’t describe how happy I was and, one might say, somewhat surprised when I was able to have a great time at the official reception. I felt completely calm and absolutely confident. Several episodes arose that I had not foreseen, but I coped with them superbly, improvising on the fly...”

Self-expression is the ability to show abilities, talents, charm, etc. Self-expression is a positive response, and clamping is a negative response to external stimuli; the clamp prevents self-expression. “Shadow Boxing” allows you to train in the absence of inhibitory, restraining factors. You learn the correct movements, form a mental response pattern that is deposited in your memory - a broad, flexible, generalizing pattern. And now you are able to act calmly and accurately. Your nervous system will transfer the knowledge acquired during training to the actual situation. But that's not all. Because your learning process took place in a relaxed environment, free from excessive emotional stress, you gained the ability to improvise, acting spontaneously according to changing conditions.

“Shadow Boxing” helps you form an image of yourself as a person who is able to react accurately and adequately.

An image of your own successful self imprinted in your memory will help you continue to successfully implement your plans. A beginner who wants to learn to shoot accurately with a pistol very often finds that he is able to keep his hand completely still and calm until he tries to shoot. While he is pointing an unloaded pistol at the target, his hand remains stable, but as soon as the pistol is loaded and he begins to aim, the target’s tremor makes itself felt. The barrel of the gun involuntarily moves up and down, left and right, much like trying to thread a needle.

To cope with this condition, almost all teachers recommend training in “shooting” at targets with an unloaded pistol. The shooter calmly, slowly takes aim, slowly presses the trigger and “shoots.” Calmly and thoughtfully, he watches how he holds the gun (whether it’s not tilting), how he pulls the trigger (whether he’s pulling too much). There is no goal tremor, because there is neither over-diligence nor an excessive desire to certainly achieve outstanding results. After many thousands of dry-fire exercises, the beginner becomes convinced that he is able to hold a loaded pistol, just as calmly and confidently performing all the necessary techniques and movements.

Health

You probably know more than one person who talks primarily about health, or rather, poor health.

Such people would rather describe the operation than the benefit it brought them - if they needed the operation at all. Every day they start by looking for symptoms, first from head to toe, then from head to toe, and, of course, they look for “obvious signs” of diseases and begin to bother their friends. They buy all the new medicines, follow all the medical increases of the year, they are hypochondriacs, they imagine their illnesses, fear illnesses and literally inflict illnesses on themselves, for such is the power of a negative mentality.

The list of diseases to which the body and mind are susceptible is almost endless, so your first step towards health should be this: do not think about diseases. Consciousness seeks to transform all beliefs into physical reality. Therefore, you should imagine yourself as a person who is healthy from head to toe.

Even if you are facing any illness, keep the faith that it is just an accident that you will overcome. Faith is a great universal remedy that prevents disease, heals, creates resistance to disease, supports and strengthens. Believe in your health and the disease will die of hunger. Don't talk about illnesses. Don't think about them. Let go of your fear of illness and move forward.

Like others

What is an attractive personality? This is a personality that attracts you. Even the way you shake hands is an important part of your personality and greatly influences the impression you make - whether you attract or repel another person with your handshake. The expression in your eyes is also an important part of your personality, because there are people whose gaze can pierce you to your very heart and read your most secret thoughts. The vitality of your body is also an important part of your personality.

Being liked by others is a natural human desire. People are drawn to you if you reflect love, joy, patience, kindness, loyalty, confidence, gentleness and self-control. Those who have achieved success advise to sincerely love people, but to love sincerely not to satisfy your own pride.

A smile is the first step to winning people over. Smile - and the whole world will smile with you, cry - and you will cry alone. Everyone likes to be around someone who smiles easily and who creates a cozy atmosphere around them. Without this quality it is impossible to achieve success in society.

Most of us are attracted to those who have a positive outlook on life. Feel like an extremely happy being - your whole body will change. Your thoughts, facial expression - everything about you will change for the better. Many experiments have proven that when a person reproduces the facial expressions of some mood on his face, then it is precisely this mood that comes to him.

There is one way in which you can express the character of your personality in such a way that it will always attract people to you: showing sincere interest in the life position of your interlocutor.

Follow the Golden Rule

When we treat others with honesty and kindness, we show them that we care about them. In return, we are treated the same way, because what we give to others comes back to us. The Golden Rule states, “In the measure you give, that will be repaid to you” (Matthew 7:12). That is, we must treat others the way we would want to be treated if our places were reversed. This principle is found in all world religions. In Confucianism: do not do to others what you would not want done to you. In Islam: none of you can be considered a true believer until he wishes for his brother what he wishes for himself. Talk about others the way you would like them to talk about you. Talk about others as if they are present and you want them to hear your opinion about them. Treat people as worthy and they will behave with dignity. Don't think you can fake the Golden Rule. If you only pretend that you are giving something that others need, while you yourself are pursuing some selfish and dishonest goal, your number will not work.

The deeper meaning of this rule is to understand another as you yourself would like to be understood, and to treat them in accordance with this understanding.

Self confidence

If you don't have self-confidence, then it will be difficult for you to succeed, because without self-confidence there is no incentive to succeed. How can you convince the best people to work for you if they see the lack of self-confidence in your eyes?

Self-belief is a process or thought that causes activity. What is the source of self-confidence? It is sometimes said that some people are born with self-confidence. I have a different opinion. Self-confidence can be instilled in people through the efforts of their family or their own efforts.

Some people believe that successful people have constant and unchanging self-confidence. This is wrong. There is not a single successful person who does not worry about anything. However, great people, when they experience fear, are able to cope with it and mobilize self-confidence.

In the present society, where aberration thrives in the crowded cities and their centers of trade and business, there are few people who have not been subjected to an all-encompassing campaign designed to convince them that they are much less important than they even think themselves to be.

Your sense of self-worth may be reinforced by others, but it originates within you. E. Roosevelt noted: remember that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Unfortunately, many people behave like thermometers. Their self-esteem, like a column of mercury, rises and falls in accordance with the temperature of others' opinions of them. When others have a high opinion of them, such people feel good about themselves. Remember that no one knows our full capabilities, therefore, it is important that you decide for yourself how to treat yourself.

Comparison is a sign of low self-esteem. A person who compares himself to others lives in constant fear. He is afraid of those whom he considers higher or smarter than himself. Feels unable to defend his point of view. He also experiences fear of those who, as it seems to him, are below him, because he believes that they are aiming for his place.

Success-oriented people feel the need to believe in themselves because the frontier of the unexplored lies within themselves.

Ignorance towards himself was demonstrated by one young man who asked for a position with a very famous businessman. At first he made a very good impression. But it completely evaporated after the manager asked the candidate what salary would suit him. He replied that he had not thought about a specific amount. The manager said: “We will pay you what you are worth and give you a week of probation.” “I cannot agree,” answered the candidate, “because I received more than I am worth in my previous position.”

B. Mills: “Dreamers and doers - the world usually divides people into these two categories, but the world is often wrong. There are people who seek admiration and respect from others. These are worthy people. Dreams are just another word that means planning, thinking, calculating. A persistent soul that remains faithful to the ideal seen in dreams, plus a strong will aimed at the successful completion of any undertaking, can turn any dream into reality. Put your mind and your will into practice. They will work great for you if only you give them the opportunity.” Remember that a successful life begins with the fact that you consider yourself worthy of success!

Pay attention to what your heart tells you. If you strive for prosperity and harmony, be sure to believe that you are worthy of it. This inner conviction, together with appropriate actions, can bring you the fruits that you so desire. Remember: what you think is who you are!

A. Dumas: “A person who doubts himself is like a person who joined the ranks of his enemies and took up arms against himself. He ensures his own defeat because he is the first to be convinced of it.”

Jewish proverb: A person who is doing badly should look much better than someone who is doing well.

Edelstein's advice: “Don't worry about what other people think of you. They are too concerned about what you think about them.” Remember that you have the right to manage your life in your own way.

“The best bait for fish is the one the angler believes in. If you believe in your bait, you fish with confidence. You will succeed if you believe. Even the fish knows who is confident" (professional fisherman)

Firmly understand that a low opinion of yourself is not a virtue, but a vice.

Identify yourself with the image of success

Identifying yourself with the image of a successful person can help overcome lack of confidence in your strength and the habit of failure.

When you have the thought of turning and running away from trouble, think of the characters in the books you admired and move forward. Another way to change your world is to get into the habit of “mentally consulting” with someone who inspires you to make good decisions. Maybe in your room at home or in your wallet there is a photograph that can give the right answers to important questions in your life. It could be a photo of your mother, father, wife, husband, or a picture of a saint.

Start acting like the person you want to see yourself as - with a strong character and a good reputation. Your speech and demeanor, clothing and posture, attitude to life and actions - everything should become an expression of your strong character. In modern society, people are greatly influenced by everything they hear and see around them. People need cues to distinguish good from bad, set priorities, and make decisions. In various situations of everyday life, you yourself tell the people around you how they should perceive you. If you speak well, dress smart, smile often, work hard, and don't complain about anything, you will make the best impression on people. Never demand from others what you would never do yourself. You must always be fair, firm, friendly and reliable. If you must correct someone's mistakes, do so in confidence. You will succeed as a leader when your team performs as well in your absence as it did under your direct leadership. Always look for heroes around you to admire and emulate. Adopt their style of action. And then lead by example.

Great heroes are humble

Once it seemed to one of my interlocutors that he gave me a feeling of superiority, for which he received a fair lesson: do not take yourself too seriously if you do not want to be cursed by others.

Humility is underrated in today's world. There is an opinion that humility is good for the devout, but in the real world it will not get you very far. Many people view pride and aggressiveness as virtues and humility as a weakness. This happens because they do not understand the essence of humility. They may equate humility with self-destruction and feelings of inferiority, when in fact it is not true humility.

Those who achieved the deepest respect were those who recognized that their greatness was not their own achievement, but the result of a higher power operating within them, an unknown mystery. The real meaning of humility is the awareness that your personality is a vessel for a higher power. Sir I. Newton, one of the world's greatest scientists, said the following shortly before his death: “I feel like a child playing on the shore, and before me lies a great ocean of as yet undiscovered truths.” Another great scientist, A. Einstein, also became famous for his childish simplicity. Despite all the recognition his achievements received throughout the world, he maintained a sense of deep humility.

A humble person understands that he is smart, but not omniscient; he recognizes that he has certain powers and abilities, but not omnipotence. Humility is a manifestation of wisdom.

Lack of humility closes the door to the mystery that lies within every person. Humility brings reward. By recognizing that we know only a small part, we do not become agnostics, we are open to new success and new knowledge.

Love yourself

The advice has long been known - and it is absolutely true - that dressing well and taking care of yourself increases your self-esteem and strengthens your ego. In addition, a presentable appearance always contributes to success. A famous fashion designer who sews suits for Ukrainian presidents says: “80% of success is your clothes, 15% is the ability to get along with people and only 5% is your mind.” He says that they not only greet people by their clothes, but also see them off. It has long been observed that the one who looks more respectable receives the greatest concessions. Sloppiness in many ways diminishes you in the eyes of others.

We are taught that we should love our neighbor as ourselves, but truly, to love others, we must love ourselves. If you are used to putting yourself down, it will be difficult for others to accept you. An insecure person causes a lot of trouble to those around him! Healthy self-esteem is not the same as narcissism. The narcissist spent the rest of his life oblivious to those around him, absorbed in himself. He looks like someone who sits in front of a mirror for hours trying to style his hair perfectly. But behind this is that they do not consider themselves good enough in their natural form.

Some of us grew up believing that loving ourselves means being arrogant and arrogant. But in fact it's the other way around. A superiority complex, arrogant and arrogant behavior are all manifestations of low self-esteem and lack of self-love.

Believing that you are less worthy, less attractive, less intelligent, or kind keeps you away from those who would love you. Feelings of inadequacy, shame, and self-pity swirl your energies into an emotional tornado that destroys your relationships with others. If you think you should stay the same, you are anti-growth. If you are sure that your family and environment are responsible for who you are today, then you are abdicating responsibility for your actions and character, and this is unacceptable. The belief that our lives are determined by society is a delusion. If you wish, you can reject the behavior, positions, and views imposed on you that you consider unacceptable. Although you cannot eliminate the negative influences that are part of your life experience, only you can decide whether it is allowed to remain in your life.

A. Einstein: “Try to be not a person with success, but a person with merit.”

“Egoism does not mean living the way you want, it is a requirement for others to live the way you want” (O. Wilde)

Loving yourself is very nice. In fact, without this, effective relationships with others are not possible. After all, you cannot expect that someone will love you more than you love and respect yourself.

One of the most powerful formulas you can repeat to build self-esteem is: “I like myself!” When you say this with enthusiasm, the subconscious mind accepts it as a command. It sets to work erasing or canceling any previously recorded messages that are inconsistent with high self-esteem and productivity. Once you say this you will feel very good and by repeating it again and again you will feel better and better. Believe me!

Subconscious

Many people believe that working longer hours and working harder is the only way to make money. In practice, this approach turns out to be a dead end. A more correct approach is to organize work more intelligently, to use the power of your brain instead of physical power to achieve your goals.

The subconscious mind has exceptional power. Using it properly, you provide the kind of accelerated progress towards achieving your goals that you can only dream of. You can use your own subconscious to create or destroy, for good or evil. You can be a prince or a pauper, depending on how you use your subconscious mind. To realize your potential, you must learn to access it and use it constructively and intelligently to achieve your goals.

Your subconscious is a huge data bank. Its power is practically unlimited. It stores everything that constantly happens to you. By the time someone reaches the age of twenty-one, he has accumulated more than a hundred times the contents of the complete Encyclopaedia Britannica. Older people under hypnosis can often remember events that happened fifty years ago with perfect clarity. Our subconscious memory is perfect. What is questionable is our ability to consciously remember.

Our subconscious is subjective. It does not think or draw conclusions, but simply obeys the commands it receives from consciousness. If you imagine the consciousness as a gardener sowing seeds, then the subconscious will be a garden or fertile soil for seeds. Our consciousness commands, and the subconscious obeys. Our subconscious mind also practices homeostasis in the mental realm, keeping our thoughts and actions consistent with what we have previously said and done in the past. It remembers our comfort zones and signals an attempt to get out of them. The subconscious causes a feeling of emotional and physical discomfort every time we try to do something in a new way, in a different way, to change established patterns of behavior. Even the thought of a new task puts us in a restless, tense state. The subconscious mind functions as a balancer, keeping us in a state of constancy consistent with previously programmed instructions.

Trying to find a job, pass an exam, or make a responsible decision, we experience awkwardness and nervousness, and feel that we have left our comfort zone. The main difference between leaders and followers is that leaders always push themselves out of their comfort zone. They know that comfort is often a trap; they know that serenity is the greatest enemy of creativity and future opportunity. To ensure your own growth, you need to be willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable for a certain initial period of time. The work of the subconscious is described by the following three laws.

The law of creative activity: every idea or thought accepted by your consciousness as truth will be accepted without question by the subconscious, which immediately gets to work to translate it into reality. The subconscious mind makes you sensitive to the information you need. For example, let's say you decide to buy a red sports car. And immediately you begin to see red cars at every step. You begin to come across articles and posters about cars. Your subconscious mind draws your attention to the things that are necessary to make your desires come true. Thinking about a new goal is perceived by your subconscious as a command. It begins to adjust your words and actions so that they work towards achieving your goal. You begin to speak and act correctly, do it all on time, moving towards results.

Law of Concentration: Everything you think about increases in size. The more deeply you think about something, the deeper it enters into your life. This law is a paraphrase of the law of cause and effect: it is impossible to think about one thing and end up with something else. Success and happiness are given to those people who develop the ability to completely focus on one thing and not leave it unattended until the process is completed. They have enough discipline to think and talk only about what they want, and not be distracted by what they don’t want. R. Emerson: “A man becomes what he constantly thinks about”

Law of substitution: consciousness can only hold one thought at a time, and one thought can be replaced by another.

Let us now move on to consider ways to accelerate the activity of the subconscious.

In the material world, wanting to hammer a nail into a board, we achieve what we want the faster and with the greater depth of penetration, the harder we hit the nail. But if we want to develop a new style of thinking, then the opposite will be true: the more we relax, that is, we do not make efforts, the faster the result of thought or the final goal in the material world is achieved. This is hard to believe because it looks like a contradiction, but this phenomenon has been confirmed by many experiments. For example, the effectiveness of autogenic and heterogeneous training. These are very powerful and dangerous methods if used improperly. Many athletes who win medals at the Olympic Games use something similar.

More recently, it was found that creativity, insight, and intuition manifest themselves precisely when the brain is relaxed, its activity is reduced from normal “beta” frequencies (15-75 waves per second) to “alpha” frequencies (7-14). In deep meditation, “theta” frequencies (4-6) are achieved; in sleep, “delta” frequencies (1/2-4) are observed. When the brain operates at a frequency of 8-12 waves per second, it has the greatest ability to learn. Using this observation, psychologist G. Lozanov in 1979 was able to teach a specialized group three thousand foreign words per day, which is equivalent to fluency in a foreign language. After 6 months, these students still remembered 67% of what they had learned.

The first method for accelerating change is writing affirmations. Write a present-tense description of your goal or task as you would like it to be in the future. After writing it down, try to imagine the events of the future, get the pleasure that would accompany the achievement of your goals. Keeping notes is a powerful way to imprint your goals into your subconscious. Many people have the habit of making a list of their goals for the year on January 1st, then re-reading the list at the end of the year, discovering that most of those goals were, in fact, achieved. The more often you write down your goals, the sooner they will materialize. Write them down daily: it takes a few minutes, but as a result you are programming yourself for many hours ahead.

The second method is expedited approvals. This method is practiced by many actors, spoken word artists and leading businessmen to prepare for the upcoming important event when they need to show their best. This technique takes less than 30 seconds and can be used anywhere. Close your eyes and formulate a statement that represents the ideal outcome, visualize it, color it with emotion, and then get it out of your head. See and feel the successful development of events. And then go to the event in a state of peace and confidence. An important feature of this method: it can only be used before a non-repeating event.

T. Hopkins method: “Every evening, write down the six most important things you must do tomorrow. Then, when you sleep, your subconscious mind will work on better solutions to your problems. The next day will go more smoothly."

Sixth Sense

The sixth sense is the language of the subconscious, a guiding thread through life, which warns of impending dangers and informs about chances that should not be missed. One can, of course, be skeptical about intuition, but aren’t there complex and unknown miracles in nature? And perhaps denying this miracle will close the door to your insight.

What makes people imitate their idols, faith in which allows them to embody them in the future? What secret power allows people not to die in difficult circumstances? Where do faith and hope come from? Out of fear of death, and perhaps all this is suggested by a sixth sense. I am convinced that the sixth sense is real to some extent for those who believe in it.

I know only one way to make the sixth sense visit you as often as possible, it follows from the law of gratitude: you need to feel a sense of recognition to your inner voice - and then it will not keep you waiting long.

Superconsciousness

This part of the book may seem the most unreliable, but in my opinion it describes the most powerful mental tool for achieving success that I have ever heard. In addition, there are no scientific facts that refute the existence of superconsciousness.

Superconsciousness is an infinite intelligence, access to which largely determines the success of outstanding people. All types of classical art, music, literature stem from the activity of the superconscious. When I listen to the musical works of Brahms and Kreisler, I feel the breath of eternity, which makes something stir deep inside - in a similar way I come across the creations of superconsciousness. Superconsciousness is also responsible for new inventions and breakthroughs in science. The superconscious mind is the source of inspiration, motivation, and excitement that you feel whenever you get excited about a new idea or opportunity. This is a source of hunches, intuitive discoveries, flashes of insight. The superconscious uses information from the subconscious, but selects only true data and tells you only the necessary and correct answers. The superconscious mind also has access to knowledge and information outside of you! It is hard to believe.

How to distinguish between superconscious decisions and insights? They always light up like a flash, accompanied by an explosive feeling of energy, enthusiasm and fun.

Your superconscious mind increases its abilities to the extent that you use it and trust it. The difference between someone who has an idea that he ignores and someone who grabs it and works on it is that the latter has much more trust in himself and is confident in himself and his ability to turn the idea into reality. Once you begin to recognize the value of your own insights, you will be amazed at what ideas come your way, and when the next idea comes to you, try not to ignore it. By doing this, you become more open to the brilliant power of the superconscious - as a result, you may be visited by ideas that go beyond your current experience.

Your superconscious mind works best in a mental climate created by faith and acceptance. Great people are characterized by faith. They have developed the ability to trust themselves to the good will of the world, simply trusting that everything is going as it should, everything will happen in its own time. Their approach is based on calm, confidence and the belief that they are supported by a power beyond their own capabilities. Any negative emotions interfere with the calm, positive attitude your superconscious mind needs to function optimally.

Your superconscious mind allows you to program yourself to remember to do the necessary things in the future. You can program your brain to wake you up at the right time of day or night. This is not a matter of habit.

There are three known ways to stimulate superconscious activity: constant thinking about one’s own goals, meditation, visualization of the goal as achieved.

beauty

Do you consider beauty a necessary component of your life? Beauty is not just pleasing to the eye - it is what helps us lead a happier life. To expect and lovingly demand the presence of beauty in all areas of your life means to deeply love yourself, your world. Beauty is an attribute of success. How would you describe beauty?

Beauty is a quality that brings joy and pleasure due to its harmony and splendor of truth. When we look at an object, it appears beautiful to us in its balanced proportions. This shows order and truth. These qualities stimulate their counterparts within ourselves, and we see true beauty outside and within us.

G. Aquilar: “Beauty is the appearance of truth”

Love of life

Love is the awe of the beauty of life, the uniting power of the uniqueness and diversity of the world. “Love is what unites and holds together everything in the world, which allows everyone and everything to move forward in time and be themselves - amazing or the most ordinary” (U. Saroyan). Love supports itself: it does not need gratitude or rewards, it is free. Love is omnipresent, although sometimes it seems invisible. Our life is fueled by the energy of love. Since love itself nourishes and creates its own energy, we do not need to look for it outside. It lies deep at the center of our being. When we release the energy of love, a chain reaction begins. The energy of love flows into us, changing and growing us. Changes begin in our lives when we begin to love life, ourselves and see love in ourselves.

Love given is love gained. The surest way to experience love is to give it. Thanks to this, you are convinced that you have love: after all, you cannot give what you do not have. There are no people who do not have love to give. There is no need to look for the right people who would see and understand love exactly the way you do. And you shouldn’t expect that those to whom you give your love will give you theirs in return. True love is unconditional.

Appreciate life - and it will love you.

Transformation of sexual energy

Sublimation is the transformation of the energy of instincts into cultural, civilized forms. Opportunities for such transformation are provided, in principle, by any type of activity where there is an element of competition. Competition with colleagues in professionalism, competition in business, competition between students in studies, which is latently present in the educational process, competition between young men in love with the same girl - all these are forms of sublimation of aggressive energy, when the pleasure of success and victory is combined with that or other degree of public recognition.

At the same time, there are a number of professions that by their very nature are designed to sublimate aggressiveness: surgeon, pathologist, athlete, police officer, bodyguard, slaughterer, rescuer, stuntman. These and similar professions are united by the fact that they all sublimate the natural craving for destruction, aggression, and risk.

Of all human feelings, sexual feeling is the most absorbing and powerful. Driven by this feeling, passion, a person can develop in himself a sharpness of imagination, courage, willpower, perseverance and creative abilities hitherto unknown to him. Sensual desire so strongly captures a person and subjugates him to itself that he risks his reputation or even his life itself, without thinking about the consequences, just to have the desired goal. If you curb this feeling and direct it in the right direction, then all the attributes of its divine power: imagination, courage and others – retain their sharpness and unusualness. Creative abilities organized in this way can be used in literature, in the visual arts, and in any other work according to one’s vocation. Every person is capable of transforming his emotions into a dynamic impulse that brings success.

The most significant results are achieved by people with highly developed sexual feelings, especially if they have mastered the art of sublimation. People who have become millionaires or have gained wide fame in the field of literature, fine arts, architecture, and industry, one way or another, have reached heights under the influence of love.

Only those who stimulate their consciousness in such a way that it turns to forces accessible to man only through creative imagination become geniuses. The main one of all the stimuli that can be developed for such a “rise” was and remains sexual energy. Simply possessing this energy is not enough to cultivate a genius. The energy of love must be transformed into some other energy, another type of desire or action before a person rises to the level of genius.

Men are simply titans of willpower, masculinity and other outstanding masculine traits, but women choose and “make” them that way.

Some men, of course, realize that they are under female influence - a wife or lover, mother or sister - but they never speak out against such influence, because they are reasonable enough and understand that they cannot be happy if they do not have caring people next to them. and kind women. Men who fail to understand the importance and significance of this truth deprive themselves of the most powerful force that could contribute even more to their successes, in comparison with all others combined. I like people who earn a lot of money, have a lot of power and at the same time express their admiration for their wife.

The source of lasting wealth is precisely the source of all life force.

Meditation

Meditation is viewed with great distrust. What can happen when you just sit and don't think? At the same time, those who have practiced meditation note a huge number of positive changes. In fact, we very rarely in everyday life try to evoke a state characteristic of meditation: a feeling of unity with the Universe, calmness with the absence of any, even the most peaceful thoughts. The bodily state during meditation is characterized by relaxation, and the state of mind is characterized by elation and detachment from external objects and internal experiences.

Meditation is something that happens in a state of complete non-doing; the meditative state arises on its own, and not as a result of active efforts to achieve it. It is believed that trying to achieve a meditative state is much more beneficial than the state itself.

Meditation is for relaxation, healing, balance and information. All this is more than useful for achieving any goals. One of the most common complaints about meditation is: “My thoughts don’t want to leave me alone.” Perhaps your mind is trying to tell you something really important. If the thought concerns something that requires action, write it down on a piece of paper or on a voice recorder. Then continue your meditation. This step will allow your mind to move on to something else, such as meditation. As the list of things to do fills up, your mind will be freed from worries. If, for example, the thought “call the bank” comes up again, you only need to tell your mind: “I’ve already written it down, you don’t have to worry about it anymore.” He won't. At the same time, it is important to do the things that you put on the list or reflect on what you have written down. Otherwise, after coming out of meditation, the mind will pay no more attention to what is written than you yourself, and in the future it will not succumb to tricks. After finishing the meditation, which itself will be deeper than usual, you will have a very useful list of urgent tasks in your hands.

One insight during meditation can save you hours and even days of mindless work.

Prayer

Are there people of little faith who, at a time when their situation was serious or in great grief, would not cry out to God? Who has not exclaimed when faced with danger, death or an unfathomable mystery? Where does this deep instinct come from, which opens the mouth of all living beings in moments of danger? Is it possible that in a world governed by the laws of nature, a person was given the instinct to cry for help without the great mind not providing for some higher power capable of hearing our calls and responding to them?

Prayer is a recognition of the expediency and genius of the structure of the world, an affirmation that there are no hopeless situations. The eloquence of prayer can be expressed in deeds, and its breath of hope can lift you up, that is, prayer helps to overcome uncertainty and helps to “gather your thoughts”

Prayer is not just talking to yourself. Prayer is a concentrated effort of human consciousness aimed at touching the mystery of life and conducting introspection. The desire to adapt to some sublime point of view, the wisdom hidden within, is an innate property of man. Many people attribute their success to daily prayer, which they resort to before... a meeting of directors, a lawsuit, a surgical operation, that is, before any important event. In prayers, it is common for a person to thank life for something and also ask for something. Prayer helps a person express and understand his desires and aspirations, and tune in to a certain type of activity. We can never demand anything in prayer, we can only ask and hope. There are always one of three answers to prayer: yes, no, or think a little.

Have you noticed that the one who prays most often answers his prayers? I admit that prayer goes somewhere into the Beyond. But I believe that most prayers stay with those who pray and strengthen their awareness of their own human capabilities. When we calm down during prayer, withdraw our thoughts from the outside world and look within, we are essentially renewing our connection to life, creation and abundance. And the results can be surprising.

Successful people pray to cope with the fear and anxiety that are inevitable on their steep path to success. Prayer is a powerful tool on the path to success.

As a child, I dreamed of being taken by a handsome prince... Now my husband too

dreams of being taken away by a handsome prince.

Daydreaming as a personality quality is a strong tendency to regard one’s thoughts and desired figurative ideas as meaning more and deserving more attention than the surrounding reality; an obsessive state that leads into the world of illusions, unfulfilled desires and dreams.

Three cedars grew on the banks of the Jordan River. In their lifetime they have seen a lot of wars, weddings, births of children, etc. One day they started talking about their dreams. One says: “I would like to be made into a throne on which the most just, kind and powerful king on earth would sit.” Second: “I would like to be made into something that would bring good to people.” Third: “And I would like people to always remember God when they look at me.” Time passed, woodcutters came and cut down the cedars. From the first they made a manger and put it in a barn with the sheep, from the second they put together a dining table, which was placed in a simple peasant family. And the third one was completely sawed into planks and thrown behind the barn. It was a shame for the cedars because there was no other purpose for their valuable wood... Time passed and one day a woman and a man came to the sheep shed with a baby in their arms, who was placed in a manger. The star of Bethlehem lit up... Thirty years later, sitting at a peasant table, a man said to his disciples: “Thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal...” And three years later, the same man carried on his shoulders a Cross made from boards lying behind the barn.

According to V. Dahl, dreaming means “playing with the imagination, indulging in the play of thoughts, imagining, thinking, imagining something that is not in the present; It’s nice to think, to think about the impossible.” Previously, people believed that daydreaming arises at the will of an evil force.

Daydreaming is an illusion of life. Daydreaming is a fairy tale made into reality in the mind. Daydreaming is an obsessive illusion that is dissatisfied with the real life of its bearer. In real life, a dreamy person is impractical and unadapted to many situations. A dreamer is a person who forgets about real life.

The trouble with daydreaming is that it is not attracted to specific goals, real plans and actions. She lives in images and situations in which she plays a role that is sweet for her. Like a good screenwriter, she can come up with a “play” in which there is only a situation that attracts her, but she herself is absent. That is, what a person is like, so are his dreams. Vengeful and evil can represent scenes of revenge, killings of people, floods, fires, earthquakes, during which he himself is absent. The glutton will delight his mind with pictures reminiscent of the feasts of Lucullus. In a word, what passions are like dreams.

The very idea of a dream is extremely dangerous - it destroys the mind and intelligence, creates problems in fate, provokes a person to live in a world of illusions, forgetting about the problems of the present. It replaces the target. Instead of persistently and persistently pursuing his goal, a person spends colossal mental energy on fruitless dreams. Dreaminess is a hospitable hostess for its owner, who does not deny him anything. “Having rolled your lip” in the vast field of dreaminess, it’s hard to fall from heaven to earth. The hardest thing is to lose an unfulfilled dream and feel the harsh reality of life. Therefore, daydreaming is a major source of depression, disappointment, despondency and despair. Nietzsche wrote: “The dreamer denies the truth to himself, the liar to others.”

Many women remain single for one simple reason - they have come up with the image of a “prince”, “knight” or fell in love with some film actor and dream of exactly the same husband. At the same time, they endow him with qualities that the actor himself, if they told him, would not even know about and would be very surprised that he is presented like that. The bar is at a fantastic height. They sing from the stage: “Believe in the dream, believe in the dream, believe in the dream soon” and what can she do? Believe: “I believed, I believed and nothing more.” According to fate, she is destined for the neighbor's boy Kolya, but in her daydreaming she neglects fate and makes the wrong choice in favor of some overseas handsome man, oligarch or banker. She should build happiness with Kolya, here and now, and not with Schwarzenegger somewhere in the distant future. This Kolya is the husband given to her by God.

For some, the right to free choice, the opportunity to influence one’s destiny is a great benefit, but not for daydreaming. Daydreaming is a destructive force for consciousness. In the end, the woman does not get married, does not give birth to children, in a word, dooms herself to misfortune and suffering.

The dreamer, with the power of imagination, turns his empty dreams into what he supposedly already has “here and now.” That is, he recklessly spends his piety, squanders what is destined for him by fate. For example, a girl says: “I want to become an actress.” There is a huge gap between “I want” and “I know”. The young, completely unknown Sofia Loren was asked what she wanted to be. She replied: “I know that I will be the most famous actress in the world.”

Many people confuse a dream - “I want” with a firm intention to act, to go towards a goal - “I know”. If you say to yourself, “I want to scratch my ear,” nothing happens. But when you have the intention to do it, the hand immediately implements it. Since this is a fundamental point in understanding the difference between a dream, on the one hand, and the intention to go towards a goal, on the other, which misleads people, whitewashing daydreaming, let us consider an eloquent example. Just each time replace the words “dream” and “want” with the phrase “firm intention to act, to go towards your goal.”

When Monty was 16 years old, he was asked to write an essay about what he wanted when he grew up. Monty suffered for a long time and spent many hours describing his dream. He wanted to be a rancher someday. He wrote seven pages describing the 200-acre ranch in great detail, and drew a layout of all the buildings, stables, and roads. He even drew a very detailed plan of the 4,000 square foot home he would build. The next day Monty gave his essay to the teacher. Two days later, his teacher returned the essay with a bold red D and the note: “Stay after class.” After the lesson, the boy with a dream approached the teacher and asked why he received a bad mark for his essay. To which the teacher replied: “Because such a dream is impossible for a boy like you. You need a lot, a lot of money to buy a ranch like this. What kind of money do you have? None. You come from a very poor family. There is no way for you to achieve your dream. It is not feasible. I'll tell you what. Go home and write another essay in which you describe a different, more realistic dream, and I will give you a different grade.” The boy returned home and asked his father for advice. And this is what he heard: “Son, I’m afraid I’m not your help here. I think it should be your decision alone, and I have a feeling it will be a really important decision for you.” Monty pondered his father's words for a week. Finally, he returned the same essay to the teacher and said: “You can keep a bad mark, but I’ll keep my dream.” Time passed, Monty graduated from school long ago and became an adult. He told the story and turned to the group of people listening and said, “I told you this story because you are all sitting in my 4,000 square foot home in the middle of my 200 acre ranch. And that essay hangs in a frame above the fireplace.” Monty continued: “The most amazing part of this story is that two years ago, in the summer, the same teacher brought 30 schoolchildren here and they camped on my ranch for a week. Before leaving, the teacher told me: “Listen Monty, I can tell you about this now. When I was your teacher, I was something of a thief of dreams. I am very sorry now that I stole many childhood dreams back then. But I’m very glad that you found the courage to defend your dream.”

You see, what a confusion there is in understanding intentions, goals and dreams. Monty, unlike the other students who filled their minds with empty dreams, had an accurate, minutely detailed vision of his ranch. He knew that this would happen and took concrete steps towards his goal. He stood up not for his dream, but for his intentions and purpose. When a person dreams of becoming a rancher, he thinks about how he will spend his millions, and never about how to earn them.

Intention is the combination of desire and action. The determination to act on your own is an internal intention. He is controlled by the mind. To realize our inner intention, we focus on the process of our movement towards the goal. The determination to have is an external intention. Through external intention, we choose the life line on which our desire is embodied. We do not doubt one iota that we will achieve our goal. That the goal will be realized is not even discussed. We become a true creator of reality with the help of external intention. Intention is the inclusion of oneself as a creator. We must have an intention, and life will decide how to implement it.

How important a strong determination to take action is for success is illustrated by the success story of Gilbert Kaplan. When he was only 25 years old, he opened his first magazine. Being a very persistent and purposeful person, he devoted himself completely to his work. Therefore, it is not surprising that over the fifteen years of work, his magazine became one of the leading publications and had a huge circulation. But in order to achieve such success, Kaplan had to work around the clock. But suddenly, at the age of 40, Gilbert Kaplan sells his successful business. What happened? The thing is that one day he heard Mahler’s Second Symphony. The music simply delighted him! The melody touched his soul. It seemed that feelings had awakened in him that had been dormant for a very long time, and he did not even know about their existence. In addition, he decided that Mahler's Second Symphony should be played slightly differently. It seemed to him that this work was actually even more magnificent! What he heard, in his opinion, was not worthy of the name of the great Mahler. Therefore, Gilbert Kaplan sold his company and decided to become a conductor. It was not a dream, but the firm intention of a mature person. All the experts were sure that this was a stupid idea. At this age, it is impossible to start a career as a conductor without any knowledge and skills. Friends simply laughed at Kaplan’s ridiculous idea and called it eccentricity. After all, before this, Kaplan had never conducted, played any musical instrument, or known a single note. But no matter what, Kaplan did not lose his spirit. On the contrary, his goal became even more tempting. He wanted to prove to everyone that he could become a conductor. He raised the bar even higher for himself: he decided that he would play Mahler as no one had ever played this work before him. And he began to work hard. He studied with the best conductors in the world, he constantly, step by step, persistently and persistently walked towards his goal. He had no time to dream. And just two years later the goal came true! In 1996, Gilbert Kaplan played the most successful classical album in the United States. In the same year, as a famous conductor, he opened the festival in Salzburg.

Kaplan's life eloquently reveals the difference between a futile dream and a goal. A dream is the idle work of the mind to create illusions and ideals that destroy fate. The purpose of a dream is to destroy a person’s real life. A dream demands from life something that, here and now, perhaps it is not yet entitled to. She either rushes fate or generally demands the impossible. The result is a phenomenon called “burning fate.” A drunkard or drug addict does not want to first fight for his happiness and then be happy. No. They want to have fun and “go away” right now. The phenomenon is the same - burning through life. In other words, alcohol, drugs and daydreaming affect a person differently, but the result is always the same - burning through life and piety. A dream is always abstract, but a goal is real. Unlike a dream, a goal is, first of all, an action. A person, without including emotions, persistently goes towards his goal along his own path. Daydreaming is alien to the goal, “lying on the stove”, it is busy with useless mental activity, but does not strive for a useful result, only absorbing the most valuable energy. Daydreaming does not really create anything; it serves solely for self-gratification, which often takes perverted forms.

In this regard, psychologist N.D. Guryev writes: “Daydreaming has nothing creative in itself, it serves only self-pleasure, which often takes perverted forms. And if combined with despondency, hopelessness, despair, it leads to death not only mental, but also physical (suicide).” Further, he gives a harsh assessment of this state: “daydreaming can be characterized as mental-intellectual masturbation, leading to mental-intellectual impotence and perversion”

In the system of laws of the universe, nothing happens just like that, “on the ball.” There is a rule in the Universe: first you need to deserve something, that is, replenish your account of piety, and then fate will definitely return it to you a hundredfold. First a good deed, and then a reward. Instead, the stupid dreamer scrapes out his fate ahead of schedule, and then falls from the heights of his dreams into the realities of life.

In the context of these thoughts, Victor Hugo’s view of daydreaming is interesting. In the novel “Les Miserables,” he writes: “If a person has acquired the habit of leaving the house to dream, then the day will come when he will leave home to throw himself into the water... Daydreaming is good, like a narcotic in moderate dose. It calms the fever of the active mind, often cruel, and generates in it a light cool fog that softens the too sharp outlines of clear thought, fills gaps and voids, connects separate groups of ideas and shades their sharp corners. But dreaminess alone floods and consumes everything. Woe to the worker of the mind who allowed himself, leaving the heights of the mind, to completely surrender to a dream! He thinks that he will easily perk up, and convinces himself that, in general, this is the same thing. Misconception! Thinking is the work of the mind, daydreaming is its voluptuousness. To replace a thought with a dream is to take poison for food.”

Greetings, we are the United Circle of Teachers, and today we want to tell you in more detail about what channeling is.

Now many people on Earth are interested in the possibility of receiving new information and many are already practicing channeling on their own. In fact, channeling is an inherent quality of every person, and each of you has it. For many people, this process occurs naturally, such as eating or sleeping; for everyone else, channeling also occurs, but only unconsciously, at the subconscious level. And perhaps this is not bad for most people, because in this case everything happens by itself, but by doing so they limit their range of possibilities that they could have through the use of channeling. After all, it turns out that channeling itself happens unnoticed for most people, as if in secret from themselves, and the opportunities that it can open up for them often remain unrealized.

Today we would like to look at the process of channeling from a new and unusual point of view, which will allow each of you to see the manifestations of this ability in your daily life. With this new approach, if you wish, you can make your channeling process more conscious.

Moreover, by seeing how channeling works in the life of an individual, we can see how it can have a comprehensive meaning for the development of all humanity!

So what is channeling? The name of this process comes from the English word “channel” - channel. It means that in the process of channeling a person creates a channel or path for himself into a new space in which he himself has not been before. And in the process of studying and exploring this space, he discovers something new and valuable for himself.

Of course, it often happens that this space is not new at all, but a long-forgotten old one, and then channeling is a meeting with something very close and dear, but for some reason forgotten. And due to the fact that a person had not visited this space for a long time, the path to it was overgrown with grass and bushes, and then disappeared completely. It is possible that a huge mountain has grown on the way, which is not so easy to get around, or maybe someone has built a high wall. And only then, when conditions changed and a collapse occurred in the mountains, a passage was formed to those native lands located on the other side of the mountain.

What are these spaces that each person finds himself in at the moment of channeling? And how does the process of moving in them take place?

Of course, the person does not physically move anywhere at this moment, he remains where he was. The movement occurs at the level of his consciousness, and the spaces into which he moves are also part of his consciousness. Yes, yes, we can say that at the moment of channeling a person explores himself!

That is, in essence, a person does not travel anywhere, and does not move into any new worlds - he simply transfers his attention from that part of his consciousness that is familiar and familiar to him, to the one in which he is less likely to experience it. This is similar to how in a house where a person lives, there are many rooms and floors, and for everyday life a person only needs a bedroom, a kitchen and a hallway. But then he needed some old things, and he remembered that they were lying in the closet, where he had not looked for a long time. Once in the closet, he discovers a lot of interesting things there, things that he hasn’t remembered for a long time.

Or guests should come to him and he remembered that he has a wonderful living room in his house, spacious, cozy, with many unusual things on the shelves and racks. Then the man decided to look around his house, and discovered that he had a basement, a second floor, a third, and on each there were many rooms for different purposes, in which there was just everything. Climbing higher up the stairs, he suddenly realized that his house had many more floors, moreover, it was the tallest skyscraper, and it was possible that his whole life would not be enough to climb to the very top of this huge building. In addition, the man noticed that his house was connected by many passages to all the neighboring houses. And it turns out that his house is not only the tallest tower, but a real metropolis that has no end and edge, and of course, in this huge city, the size of the entire universe, he does not live alone. His cohabitants are everyone who exists in this huge, amazing and diverse world!

That building of limitless dimensions in which man found himself is nothing more than his own consciousness. And he himself, walking around the rooms and floors, is his own attention, with which he is in some part of his consciousness.

Those rooms in which a person is accustomed to living are the part of his consciousness that he uses for everyday life. And, on the one hand, perhaps he does not need other rooms, but as soon as a new idea or need appears, the person remembers them and finds what he needs there.

This is how the journey called channeling takes place, which actually takes place in the domain of the person himself. And, in fact, every person who travels with his attention across the expanses of his consciousness is channeling.

Of course, none of you will look around, trying to see the majestic building of your consciousness and its inhabitants. After all, everyone knows that consciousness is something hidden and invisible that cannot be touched or seen. But how then do people travel through their consciousness if they cannot even look at it, and how do they communicate with its inhabitants if they cannot hear them?

This journey is very similar to how humans navigate and explore physical reality. In the material world you move with the help of the physical body and explore it with the help of the physical senses. In this case, you simply direct your attention to some physical object or process, and perceive the information that enters your organs of perception. The analogue of the physical body at the level of consciousness is the imagination, with the help of which you can, as it were, connect to different parts of your consciousness. And as soon as this invisible connection occurs, your attention begins to perceive the information that exists in this part of your consciousness.

In the physical world, you first need to receive a signal through the organs of perception, and only then can you perceive the information that it contains. At the same time, you, as it were, transfer information from the physical level to the level of your consciousness, which you feel with the help of your thoughts and emotions. Then, when you travel through the back streets of your own consciousness, you are already with your attention inside it. And therefore you do not need to process the signal - the information immediately appears inside you in the form of new thoughts and emotions.

We can say that every moment when you pay attention to your thoughts and emotions, you are making a journey through your consciousness. And if you consider that every moment of time you are thinking about something and feeling something, then this journey occurs continuously, every second. Of course, it all depends on how fully you are immersed in it. After all, when your attention is directed outward - to the physical world, your thoughts and emotions are a background that implicitly exists within you. But then, when you go inside yourself, that’s when your journey through the building of your consciousness begins.

Of course, this journey happens differently for each person. Someone moves very purposefully, and knows exactly where and why he is going. Having found what he needs there, he returns back to the physical world and uses his acquisition. The entire consciousness of such people can be compared to a comprehensive system of knowledge, where everything is divided into floors and compartments. Often such people perceive their consciousness at the level of thoughts, clear and extremely clear. It is this form of perception that helps them not to get lost in the labyrinth of their spaces and make their movements in it effective. For such people, the greatest value is the information itself, and they are like scientists who collect and analyze it. We will call such people who perceive their consciousness in the form of structured thoughts and ideas as Thinkers.

Others go into their consciousness as if in free swimming, and move through completely different spaces, considering the diversity of their thoughts and emotions. However, they do not have to have a specific goal in order to begin exploring their consciousness. Of particular value for them is the journey itself that they make and the impressions that come to them. What is important to them is not even the information itself, but the colorful form in which it appears to them. Therefore, they pay more attention not to thoughts, but to the emotions, feelings and states that lie behind them.

Often their contact with the spaces of their consciousness manifests itself in vivid and unusual images with which they can contact and communicate at the level of feelings. Their entire consciousness can be compared to a fairy-tale world, paradoxical and incomprehensible, amazing and beautiful. Which you can admire endlessly without taking your eyes off his fantastic paintings. Perhaps in this unusual world of their consciousness there is no clear structure, but such people do not need it, because any structure will be similar to the borders that will appear between countries and cities in the fairy-tale world of their consciousness. And then that free flight of fantasy in which they find themselves during their travels will no longer be so interesting for them. After all, the colorful energy that visits them at such moments is a continuous and indivisible flow of impressions.

The variety of these impressions arises due to the many spaces through which this flow passes, and in which it finds everything most valuable for the manifestation of its unique energy. It is for this energy, which is a source of inspiration and new states, that such a person comes into the worlds of his consciousness. And the more spaces with which a person can emotionally contact during his travels, the richer and more interesting the state that he will find. We will call such people, living in the world of their consciousness in a continuous stream of their feelings, Dreamers.

Thus, all people interacting with the spaces of their consciousness can be divided into two groups - Thinkers and Dreamers. Thinkers contact their consciousness through thoughts and ideas, while Dreamers live there at the level of their emotions. However, this division is not strict and each person, in fact, is both. After all, everyone has both thoughts and emotions, which means the Thinker and the Dreamer are simply two different forms of perception with the help of which he can contact his consciousness. And it all depends on what form of perception a person pays more attention to at the moment - mental or emotional. If he lives by thoughts, then he is a Thinker, and if by feelings, then he is a Dreamer.

At the same time, the Thinker and the Dreamer cannot live without each other, because thoughts themselves are inseparably linked with emotions. And then, when these two forms of perception are used together, a person gains the most harmonious contact with the spaces of his consciousness. In this case, the Thinker and the Dreamer become reliable partners and begin to complement each other with their capabilities. Thanks to the qualities of the Thinker, a person can see the big picture of everything that is in his mind and collect information most accurately and impartially. The abilities of the Dreamer will color his perception, as if they will revive the information that the Thinker will receive, and will also make a person’s stay in the world of his consciousness especially valuable, interesting and unforgettable.

Thus, channeling is nothing more than the process of any contact of a person with his own consciousness. And the Thinker and the Dreamer are the two main tools that every person uses in the channeling process. Each of you is improving in these qualities every day and every second, and therefore are excellent channelers.

You might say, “Well, why complicate things then? We already think and dream every day, and why call these simple activities with some unfamiliar English term - channeling? Here we come to what we already mentioned at the beginning of the article. Indeed, every person is fluent in channeling, because everyone is capable of thinking and dreaming. At the same time, a new point of view on this simple and familiar process can reveal its new and unusual possibilities.

What is this new point of view that can open up new opportunities in obtaining information? It is, first of all, connected with how a person looks at his own consciousness.

For example, for someone, his consciousness may be perceived as something implicit and inexplicable, standing beyond his physical perception. The thoughts and emotions that arise in it appear as if from nowhere, and also disappear into nowhere. In this case, consciousness is perceived by a person as a “black box”, unpredictable and incomprehensible. Therefore, he tries to turn only to those parts of his consciousness that he already knows, and not to walk through spaces unfamiliar to him. Over time, he can even build a high fence inside his consciousness, fencing off the comfortable part of his existence from other, unknown spaces. Of course, this gives him a sense of security, because his thoughts and emotions become more predictable for himself. At the same time, by doing so he closes the way to himself and to the many possibilities that his own consciousness holds for him.

On the other hand, a person can look at his consciousness as a multidimensional picture, consisting of an infinite number of different spaces, and go on reconnaissance to those places where he has never been before. Thanks to this, he will discover new and interesting information in which he can find value for his life. And then the many fences and borders that he previously supported will no longer be needed by him. Those possibilities of consciousness that previously remained outside the scope of his attention will again open up for him.

For example, when a person is about to prepare food, his attention falls on that part of his consciousness where the necessary information is located. And usually he acts like a Thinker, finding in this space a recipe for a dish known to him and starting cooking.

However, in the human mind there is more than just this space in which the finished recipe is stored. There are many other spaces in his mind that contain an infinite number of variations of this dish, with all its flavors and methods of preparation. And a person can turn on his Dreamer, using his fantasy and imagination, and with inspiration begin to compose a completely new type of this dish. At such a moment, the boundaries of a person’s perception expand, and he begins to perceive his consciousness much more fully and multifacetedly than before, when he prepared this dish according to a previously known recipe. He enters the state of creative flow that the Dreamer opens for him, and this flow begins to guide the person forward, helping him to best select the ingredients for the dish he is preparing.

In such a creative state, a person may be visited by ideas that have never come to him before. Moreover, they can replace each other so quickly that a person will not even have time to be surprised by them, because he will try to make them a reality as quickly as possible. And then, when the creative flow ends, a beautiful dish already stands in front of him, delighting with its appearance and aroma. And only when a person begins to eat it, he begins to think and wonder how it all turned out so unusual for him. And if he likes what he achieved during such a spontaneous experiment, then he remembers the new recipe. And when he gets ready to cook a similar dish again, he will turn on his Thinker and turn to exactly the information that came to him last time. This way he can cook exactly what worked well before. At the same time, in his own mind there are many other cooking options, unusual and surprising and, perhaps, even more delicious! And then, when a person again allows his Dreamer to manifest himself, a new dish may be born, striking the perception with its beauty, sophistication of taste and aroma.

Probably, each of you can remember such episodes in your life when you were in such an inspired and creative mood. When thoughts and ideas seemed to come from nowhere, and your state itself seemed to carry you forward, helping you in the best possible way to realize what you had never tried or could not do. And perhaps, for some, such a creative state is generally the main and most beloved state in life. And it is not at all necessary that this be associated with creativity in the usual sense. For example, someone gets such a state when communicating with a loved one, and he begins to compose poems or wonderful compliments on the go, or a brilliant plan appears in his head for where they will go tonight. This state may come to another person while doing what he loves, and non-standard creative solutions come to him, opening up valuable opportunities in what he is doing. Someone else can simply walk down the street, and his soul will feel especially good and pleasant, and the inspiration that he will feel inside will color his entire perception with new colors. And then the whole world around him will turn into a new, unusual side. The houses of the street along which he has already passed many times will change, because he will notice those features that previously eluded his gaze. Peering into people's faces, he will see echoes of his own mood in their expressions, and will feel his special spiritual closeness to each of them.

How are such special states born that seem to themselves lead a person forward, helping him to realize something new and valuable in his life? And why are they most often bright glimpses against the background of the rest of life, and not the natural state of every person?

The fact is that when a person encounters some familiar situation, the first thing he does is turn on the Thinker and turn to a certain part of his consciousness for the necessary information. This action in itself is habitual and therefore happens as if automatically, the person does not even need to pay attention to how it happens. In those situations that are already known, this is even useful, because this method of accessing one’s consciousness saves time and simplifies a person’s life. But in those moments when a person encounters a completely new and unfamiliar situation, he cannot act in the usual way, turning on the Thinker. After all, he does not yet know in which part of his consciousness the necessary information lies. And then he turns on his creative flow and begins to explore his consciousness in search of new solutions. His attention expands, and where he previously saw only familiar options for action, new ones begin to appear. We can say that with such a spontaneous exploration of his consciousness, a person erases the boundaries of his usual perception. He himself had built these boundaries earlier in order to make his movement through the nooks and crannies of his consciousness simpler and more understandable.

Now, freed from restrictions, different spaces of his consciousness begin to interact with each other and resonate with each other. During such resonance, a special energy is created, in the vibrations of which information from different spaces is woven into which a person has never been with his attention. Then, in the form of a creative state, this energy comes to a person who perceives it in the form of a stream of thoughts and emotions that continuously replace each other. And then, when he begins to act, embodying his new ideas, he does not even have time to evaluate what is happening.

His perception seems to dissolve in this creative flow and easily floats forward in these vibrations. At such a moment, you don’t even need to evaluate or decide anything, because this energy already contains all the necessary information. And only later, when the creative flow has ended and is embodied in a person’s actions, he begins to evaluate and analyze what happened. The Dreamer is again replaced by the Thinker, who analyzes new information, numbers it and puts it on the shelves of consciousness in a certain sequence, so that next time it will be more convenient to access it.

At the moment when the creative flow created by the Dreamer has already done its job, the actions of the Thinker are more than appropriate. The Thinker is able to analyze and retain new information, remembering the path to those spaces that have opened up from a new side, thanks to the spontaneous research of the Dreamer. And therefore, those valuable opportunities that unexpectedly open up at the moment of the arrival of a creative flow can be used in the future. But if the Thinker comes at a moment when the creative flow is still being realized in human actions, then his purely analytical approach can interrupt the harmonious course of events. The thinker begins to take apart the subtle energy that at this moment flows freely in a person’s consciousness, determines the place where this or that piece of information came from and tries to return it back. Essentially, the actions of the Thinker stop the creative flow that was previously started by the Dreamer.

Therefore, although the Thinker and the Dreamer can complement each other, and the combination of these two ways of obtaining information can give a person the best result in exploring his consciousness, most often it is difficult for them to act simultaneously. They are like two opposite sides of the same process, whose actions lead to completely opposite consequences. And then, when they act simultaneously, they can interfere with each other. The success of the joint actions of the Thinker and the Dreamer depends primarily on how much they manage to agree with each other. And then, when they manage to best distribute responsibilities among themselves, their tandem gains real strength. In those cases when they fail to agree, the actions of both may turn out to be inappropriate. For example, the Dreamer will try to come up with something new and non-standard at such moments when the Thinker needs to get together and clearly act according to a pre-prepared plan. And the Thinker will break into the exalted state of the Dreamer, calling him to order and prudence, and also criticizing his ideas, divorced from the usual reality.

Of course, it is worth agreeing that the criticism of the Thinker is often useful, and thanks to it it is possible, as it were, to bring the unusual ideas and desires of the Dreamer down to earth. After all, the information that the Dreamer gets from the storehouses of consciousness often turns out to be so new that at first there is not even a place for it in a person’s perception. That is why it is easier for the Dreamer’s ideas to come in the form of feelings, emotions and images, bypassing harmonious logical structures. And, of course, after the creative process of generating new ideas is over, the Thinker does make a valuable contribution with his reasoning.

However, it also happens that the Thinker’s criticism turns out to be too pragmatic and completely debunks all the bright hopes of the Dreamer. This may lead to the fact that the next time the Dreamer comes not so willingly, and his condition will no longer be so easy and multifaceted. Or he will no longer come at all, having decided that his unusual ideas are no longer needed by a person, and that a strict and judicious Thinker is quite enough for him.

Such features of the relationship between the Thinker and the Dreamer are manifested to one degree or another in the life of every person. This is due to the fact that the Thinker's capabilities are very well adapted to physical reality. Moreover, the Thinker once appeared in people’s lives precisely in order to connect their consciousness with the material level of reality. After all, its task is to make connections between the information contained in the spaces of consciousness and a specific situation in the physical world. This instrument became widespread in people's lives only in the human era, which began several million years ago. At this moment, people moved away from the subtle emotional reality and connected their existence with a more manifested one - physical, and of course the use of the Thinker became especially relevant.

The dreamer is a more ancient way of interacting with one’s consciousness, which appeared in an earlier era of human existence - the fairy tale. And by Dreamer we understand not only what allows people to dwell in fantasies and dreams, but is the ability to communicate with their consciousness in the language of feelings and states. The dreamer transmits information from consciousness at the level of emotional energy; it is the flow of this energy that opens a creative state that implements new information in a person’s life.

The thinker transmits information in separate portions. This is similar to how information is read from a computer's hard drive when it is used by one of its programs. Actually, human thinking is very similar to the work of computer programs. After all, computers and all their programs are created to support people in their thinking processes, to make them even more efficient.

And, on the one hand, thinking is very convenient for everyday life, since it can occur automatically, without additional expenditure of human attention. But on the other hand, it does not open access to the flow of emotional energy that the Dreamer has. This means that it does not give rise to that creative state that is capable of expanding people’s perceptions and giving birth to completely new views on things.

In the fairy-tale era, when the entire existence of people was very closely connected with emotional energy, the Dreamer was the main form of receiving information from consciousness. And the creative flow itself, which opens at this moment, was the natural state of every person. All the new ideas that were discovered at such moments could easily be embodied in emotional reality, and people practically did not need to use the Thinker. But then, in human times, people began to master the physical world, which is also the external world for every person. Emotional reality remains at a more hidden, deeper level of existence within a person, and is the inner world that you feel at the level of imagination. It is there, in the depths of each of you, that your Dreamer lives, and on the surface, in the outer world, the Thinker most often manifests itself.

Due to the fact that the Thinker is better suited for actions in the physical world, it is he who is given preference in most cases. And although the Dreamer is most often given the second role, he still finds the opportunity to manifest himself. It comes to the fore during periods of falling in love and in moments of creative impulses, while doing favorite and especially pleasant things, as well as communicating with loved ones. In general, it comes when there is no need to think or act according to a clear plan, and it becomes possible to live at the level of emotions and states. Moreover, the Dreamer constantly acts through you, and even if he does not have the opportunity to manifest himself in the outside world, he finds ways to communicate with you through your inner world, acting through your subconscious. The dreamer comes to each of you during sleep, in moments of your dreams and fantasies. Then, when you suddenly become aware of your desires, the images of which seem to emerge from your depths. And this subconscious form of the Dreamer’s manifestation is perhaps the most common, because in this form he can manifest himself in everyone’s life, regardless of external circumstances.

Thus, the Dreamer’s unusual creative projects do not always manifest themselves in physical reality. However, if the Dreamer manages to come to an agreement with the Thinker and find a form of expressing himself in the outside world, then this can bring a person many pleasant impressions. Indeed, at such moments, a person opens his inner, deep source of high vibrations, and physically feels the state of the creative flow that the Dreamer shares with him. And for this, a person needs to find the area of life through which he wants to develop this state. Perhaps many people don’t even need to search, because they, feeling the inner need for this state, have long found a form of its expression. It can be anything where a person feels good and comfortable, and where he is able to release the flow of his feelings, manifesting it in the physical world. This can be any creative process, any activity for the soul, and for some it can be a favorite activity or even the work of a lifetime. In any case, such a choice is very individual, and depends on the spiritual needs of each person.

Of course, the ability of the Dreamer to express the power of his creative flow also depends on whether the Thinker can support it. First of all, the Thinker needs to physically organize such a possibility. For example, a musician organizes his entire life in such a way as to externalize his creative state. A businessman organizes his own business, during which inspiration comes to him and new interesting ideas are born. And a person in love organizes a date with his soulmate, where he can show the flow of his wonderful feelings. Thus, the Thinker, as it were, creates a physical space in which the Dreamer can manifest physically.

The second thing the Thinker needs to do is step aside at the moment when it is the Dreamer's turn to open his creative flow. At the same time, he can observe this process from the side, but not interfere in its course. And then, when the creative process is completed and the Dreamer goes into the inner world, the Thinker will again enter the arena, and then he can already express all his pros and cons.

And, perhaps, the logical arguments of the Thinker are the third and no less important way in which he can help the Dreamer. After all, his analytical approach will allow him to adapt to physical reality what was presented to the world by the Dreamer. For example, a poet can edit and publish his poems written in the creative flow. In addition, the further actions of the Thinker will be able to reproduce the result that was created by the Dreamer. For example, a musician will be able to write down the composition that he composed in the form of notes and play it to listeners.

What opportunities can a successful arrangement between a Thinker and a Dreamer open up in a person's life?

In fact, all the talented people who made a significant contribution to the development of all humanity were precisely those who carried out such an internal agreement. Thanks to this, their Dreamer was able to manifest in reality, and the Thinker helped to consolidate this new and valuable result. This happened in the lives of all great composers, poets, artists, actors, politicians, scientists and many other talented people.

Of course, the particular success of most of these people was due to the fact that their need to express their creative state was so strong that they simply could not live differently. That is why they found opportunities to realize their creative energy in the physical world. Moreover, often the souls of such people prepared for such incarnations for more than one physical life in order to manifest their inner beauty so powerfully and on a large scale. And therefore, their inner Dreamer had special opportunities to realize their energy.

However, even in the lives of such people, the Dreamer did not appear at any moment, but only when favorable conditions were created. For example, Mendeleev saw the final version of his periodic table in a dream, when his Dreamer could convey to him the necessary information through imaginative perception. Or, for example, Newton discovered his law at the moment when an apple fell on his head. At that second, his Thinker was suddenly pulled out of the sequence of usual events, and his thoughts stopped. The Dreamer took advantage of this mental pause, revealing to Newton a new depth of understanding of the law of gravity.

Many poets, composers and artists have created their masterpieces when they were in love, or when they were especially impressed by some event in their lives. During such periods, their Dreamer received powerful energetic support, and their creative state was especially strong.

In general, every talented person found such physical conditions when his Dreamer could breathe freely and start the energetic process in his consciousness. The same thing is happening now. Moreover, we are sure that each of you, looking back into the past, will remember many moments when, being in a state of creative flow, you created something unusual and valuable for your life. Or, in this state, ideas came to you that you had not even suspected before, and which influenced the entire course of further events.

So what is channeling in terms of the relationship between the Dreamer and the Thinker that we have just looked at?

Channeling is the process when the Thinker and the Dreamer come to an agreement with each other, when the Thinker steps aside for a while and becomes an observer. And that creative flow of the Dreamer, which brings new information and opportunities into a person’s life, is directly the process of channeling.

Of course, the capabilities of the Thinker can also support this process of obtaining new information, but they are only auxiliary. They are needed rather in order to embody in concrete form the new information that comes to the channeler through his imagination - in the form of images and sensations. The form of expression of these inner experiences can be any, and depends on the inclinations and preferences of the channeler. For an artist, a form of expression of new information will be his painting, for a poet - his poems, and a businessman will show his ideas in the development of his business.

Thus, channeling manifests itself in the life of every person, has many variations and manifestations. This tool opens up many opportunities not only for an individual, but for all humanity. And not only because during moments of channeling, each person is present in high vibrations and reveals their creative talents and abilities. The special value of channeling is that at this moment new possibilities appear that previously lived only at the level of people’s emotional states. In the process of channeling, they find such a form of expression that they can be understood and perceived not only by the person himself, but also by everyone around him. Therefore, channeling is the process during which those valuable opportunities that the Dreamer stores inside each person acquire concrete manifestation in the outside world.

We would like to note that the Dreamer of each of you is able to manifest many of your strengths and talents into reality, many of which you already know, and some may turn out to be a pleasant surprise for you and those around you. Moreover, nowadays the Dreamer of every person is receiving more and more energetic support. This is due to global energetic changes on the planet, during which the intensity of emotional energy on Earth begins to increase. This means that soon many people on Earth will open up new opportunities to be present in a creative state. Thanks to this, they will be able to realize many of their spiritual needs and develop many abilities and talents. And through these qualities - to reveal new and valuable information to the outside world in a form in which it can be perceived by others!

In we will describe in more detail the process that occurs at the moment of channeling at the level of consciousness. We will also tell you about the opportunities that may open up in the near future for all of humanity thanks to the conscious use of this tool.

With respect and love to each of you,

United Circle of Teachers.
