When examining the belt removed from the engine, it seemed a little strange that the belt looked quite tolerable, and its teeth were cut off. 
Having put a new belt, the engine was traditionally scrolled with a key, and it turned out that the camshaft was sticking in one position. At first they thought that the valve was bent, but it did not look typical for this. In agreement with the client, it was decided to remove the head and see what happened. There was a chance that the engine bent the valves, so it was worth checking.
When disassembling the motor, we found traces of human intervention, traces of sealant, and most importantly, the culprit of a broken belt. This bolt made it very difficult for the camshaft to rotate, which caused the timing belt teeth to cut, and we sinned on his old age.
Having taken out the bolt, having examined the cylinder head for some other gifts and surprises, they tried to start the engine. He started up and purred merrily. The client was lucky, it was no longer necessary to disassemble the motor and see what happened there. And the engine did not need to be repaired.
If the bolt had not caused the teeth to be sheared, the belt would still not have lived for a long time. During the previous timing belt replacement, the seals were not changed and they became hard and ready to leak. And the belt does not like getting oil on itself.
And how the bolt got under the valve cover, we will never know, either by the gouging of the locksmith who repaired the engine, or by the kindness of the Samaritan who threw the bolt into the oil filler neck. These are the gifts that sometimes happen.

My daughter smiled slightly and raised her hand to her mouth in embarrassment. "Oh yes. I look around a lot.”
Before she could feel the slightest bit of shame or failure, I landed on my knees and looked her straight in the eyes. And then I spoke the words, putting into them all the conviction I felt. I wanted her to not only hear those words, I wanted her to feel them.
"Yes. You look around a lot.
You noticed Carter scratching his knee on the field trip, and you consoled him.
You noticed a little girl who couldn't climb a haystack, and you helped her.
You noticed Banjo's nose was running and the vet said it was good we got him on time.
You notice the breathtaking view every time we pass the bridge.
And you know what? It was you who taught me to notice.
And I don't want you to stop doing it. This is your gift. This is your gift that you bring to this world.”
From the look of blissful satisfaction on her face, one would think that she just took a bite of caramel ice cream, covered with gummy bears and chocolate chips. She literally glowed. Glowing! And even when she tried to suppress a smile to look serious, she failed.
“Okay, Mom. I won't stop noticing," she vowed solemnly, with a precious toothless smile. And I was lucky, because I knew that her teacher - one of the most extraordinarily loving teachers I was lucky to know - also wanted this child to retain this ability.
In life, we often have to make decisions in order to understand what is really important. These solutions are not always popular; they are not always the status quo. They can be looked down upon by outsiders and rejected by “experts”. But after you make them - the decisions that your intuition told you - you always get confirmation. Sometimes it takes days or weeks, sometimes even years, but it comes. And when that happens, you know that you made the right choice for your child, for your family, for yourself. Fortunately, confirmation of the correctness of my choice, which I made in connection with that report, came within a few days.
I just got a new haircut. It was shorter than usual and I felt a little insecure. I walked out into the living room, still in my pajamas, with this new hairdo.
“Wow, Mom. You look so great! I like your hair."
It was the voice of my observant child. I smiled casually and immediately felt better. And, apparently, my girl felt that her words calmed me. For what she said next made me freeze.
“You were just waiting for someone to notice, right?”
I covered my mouth with my hand to hold back the thrill of joy and tears.
My God! Yes. Yes. We're all just waiting for someone to notice - notice our pain, notice our scars, notice our fear, notice our joy, notice our triumph, notice our courage.
And the one who notices this is a rare and amazing gift.
Thank you my sweet child. You are only six years old, but you are so wise. And through you, I too am learning to see the good before I see anything else:

To notice the good - always the good - before anything else... and more than anything else.
Responsiveness and compassion is something that school cannot teach children. Be responsive and your children will be kind!!! Mutual assistance and compassion can also help develop in acting circles. When a child is imbued with a role, he begins to feel the insults inflicted on his hero. But the foundation is laid at home.
