Create your own Windows events in the log. Requirements for filling out the journal Assessment system in primary school

Such a task is unlikely to come from users, but it may come from administrators. Let's say we have an entry in the registration log about a change in the directory item "Products" on a certain date.

In the screenshot above, the recording time is "10:38:39". And so, for reasons that we will not describe in the article, the administrator asked us to change the time to “09:00:00”. Well, the task has been set - let's complete it!

We carry out

To begin with, it is worth mentioning the way the log is stored by the 1C:Enterprise 8.x platform. Regardless of the infobase operating mode (file-based or client-server), log data is saved to an external file. For a file database, the log is stored in the file " *.lgp", located in the "1Cv8Log" subfolder of the infobase directory. The exact name of the file depends on the period for which the data is saved to the log.

For a client-server database, the log file is stored in the application data directory, regardless of the infobase.

It is for the client-server version of work that we will consider solving the problem. First, let's open the log file in a regular text editor.

As we can see, the log file has a regular text format, in which each event is recorded as a record according to certain rules. We will not consider these rules in detail, so as not to complicate the example. The screenshot shows the path to searching for the desired record in a file by recording date and data presentation. Using the values of these fields, we have uniquely identified the text in the log file that relates to this event.

All that remains for us is to change the date of this event. In the screenshot below you can see the result:

Now, if we open the registration log using the platform, we will see the changed entry:

The timing of the event has changed, which is what we wanted. But an attentive user will definitely notice one oddity - the date of the event, for a strange reason, does not correspond to the chronology of the occurrence of other events (see the dates of the event above and below the entry). This drawback can be overcome by placing the entry text in the correct place in the log file.

Attention

We were able to change the log file, but this does not mean that its reliability and the validity of the data in it should be questioned! To change this file, you need the appropriate privileges, as well as the ability to close all sessions with the database or stop the server service for the client-server version of work, otherwise when you try to write the file, the error “The file is in use by another process” will appear.

From this point of view, the logbook is very reliable.

On the other hand, when transferring a database to another server (in a client-server version), you also need to transfer the log files, otherwise the data will be lost. And this is a big minus.

It is also worth noting that a separate log is maintained for each 1C:Enterprise server cluster. All this reduces its reliability, since when viewing the log on one cluster, we will not receive reliable data about the activities of sessions running on other clusters.

A good solution would be to keep a log of user actions in a separate database, but that’s a completely different article.

Then in the “Homework” column it is written: creative task and the nature of the task is indicated. If the task is of an individual nature, then in the “Homework” column you can write: individual tasks. If there is no homework for a particular lesson, the column remains empty. In the line “Homework” the following abbreviations are allowed: S. - page, p. - point, ex. - exercise.

31. When recording topics “Repetition”, “Problem Solving”, etc., a specific topic must be indicated.

32. When conducting excursions, on the journal page on the left side the number is written down as many times as the number of hours the excursion lasted, and on the right side the number and topics are also written down as many times as the excursion lasted, but the topics are written down line by line.

33. At the end of the year, on the page where the material covered is recorded, the teacher writes down the number of lessons taught “according to plan” and “actually” and certifies this with a personal signature. An entry is made: “The program has been completed,” “The following topics have not been completed...” or “The program has been completed with adjustments” (in the event that the number of hours in the program does not coincide with the actual number).

34. The topics of NQF lessons are written in the column “What has been completed” as follows: NQF. Topic in the event that the study of the NQF topic is designed for the entire lesson. If the NQF is used only for part of the lesson, then the NQF is written in the upper left corner of the “What was completed” column, and the topic is written in the work program.

35. The teacher is obliged to systematically check and evaluate the knowledge of students, as well as mark those who are absent every lesson.

36. In the marking boxes, the teacher has the right to write only one of the following symbols: 2, 3, 4, 5, n, n/a, zach., osv. Placing dots and marks with a minus sign is not allowed.

37. Marks for oral and written answers are placed in the column for the date on which the work was carried out. Retrospective marking is prohibited. Marks for written work are given within the time limits specified in the “Regulations on checking notebooks” (local school act, adopted by decision of the pedagogical council).

38. Putting two marks in one box is allowed. Grades in this case are given by two fractions in one column (5/4, 4/3). A student who receives an unsatisfactory grade has the right to retake the work. In this case, the second mark is given as a fraction (2/4) and when setting the final mark, the teacher must take into account the second mark.

39. The mark n/a (not certified) can be given only if the student missed all classes during the reporting period (quarter, half-year). If the student attended part of the lessons, then it is necessary to organize additional classes with him (due to the non-classroom employment of teachers) and certify the child.

40. Final grades for the quarter and year are displayed in the next box after recording the date of the last lesson. It is not allowed to highlight the final marks (with a line, in a different color, etc.). The annual assessment is entered in the column immediately following the assessment column for the last quarter (half year).

41. Current marks for the next quarter are placed in the box after the final (quarter) marks. Cell gaps are not allowed.

42. Students’ final grades for a quarter (half year, year) must be justified. The procedure for assessing students must comply with the Regulations on the issuance of grades and be recorded in the Charter of the general education institution.

43. It is not recommended to give unsatisfactory grades in the first lessons after a long absence of students (missing three or more lessons), after the holidays, as this hinders the development of success in their educational and cognitive activities and forms a negative attitude towards learning.

44.The class register takes into account that the class in foreign language, physical education, and labor training classes is divided into two groups. Magazines for schools with Russian as the language of instruction devote 15 pages to these subjects.

45. The journal of elective classes (VX-5) is the main document for recording the work of elective groups and is maintained in secondary schools for each elective separately. The requirements for keeping records in the journal of extracurricular activities are similar to the requirements for the procedure for keeping them in the class journal.

46. The replacement of lessons is recorded as follows: on the page of the lesson being replaced, the topic provided for by thematic planning is written down, after this entry the word “replacement” is written and the signature of the teacher who carried out the replacement is affixed. It is not allowed to leave the topics of replaced lessons unwritten so that the sick teacher can write them down later. 47. If you make a mistake when placing marks, you must cross out the wrong mark and put the correct one in the next cell. If an error is made in the final marks or marks for a test, the mark is corrected in the same way as the current ones, and an entry must be made at the bottom of the page: Petrov K. – four (for 05.11) – (signature) and the seal of the educational institution is affixed.

48. If classes are conducted at home, subject teachers conducting classes provide grades (current and final) only in a special journal for individual learning at home. At the end of the assessment period (quarter, half-year, year), these same teachers put only final grades in the class register, which the class teacher transfers to the summary sheet of student progress.

49. It is advisable to record elective courses in a separate journal (especially if the elective course is attended by students from other schools in a network environment or groups of parallel students are formed). The list of students in the group (from different schools, different classes) is filled out by the teacher on the basis of a regulatory document of the educational institution (order). Completing the pages allocated for elective courses is carried out in accordance with the requirements for maintaining class journals. When assessing student learning outcomes in elective courses, one should be guided by the criteria for assessing student learning outcomes laid down by the author in the program of the author's elective course. The decision on the evaluation system for elective courses can be made by the educational institution based on the decision of the pedagogical council. The assessment can be given in the form “ passed" or " not accepted", as well as on a point scale: " 5 », « 4 », « 3 ". Negative marks are not appropriate. If the training course is less than 34 hours, in accordance with the regulatory documents, assessment is possible only in the “pass-fail” system. A course can be considered passed (or graded) if the student:

a) attended at least 80% of the classes in this course;

b) completed any credit work: project, research, abstract.

The journal records the attendance and educational achievements of students depending on the criteria for evaluating the results of educational achievements of students, defined in the program of the author's training course. Training sessions on the subject "Information work" and "Profile orientation" are recommended to be recorded in cool magazine of the corresponding class to the teacher who teaches these classes.

50. The page "Health Sheet" is filled in by the class teacher according to the information provided by the honey. employees.

51. The movement sheet, where all the movements of the student are recorded, is maintained by the class teacher on the left page of the spread of the class journal.

52. On the right page of the spread of the journal, the class teacher records the dates and reasons for canceling classes (quarantine, frost, technical reasons, health days). Duplication of this information on subject pages is not permitted.

Primary School

1). During the period of literacy training in the 1st grade of the educational subject “Teaching

literacy" does not exist. Due to the fact that the BUP has such names of subjects as "Literary Reading" and "Russian Language", during the period of literacy, the entry in the journal should be appropriate: "literary reading"(reading) and "Russian language"(letter), and in the post-letter period "literary reading" And "Russian language".

2). Lessons of extracurricular reading or literary listening are an integral part of literary reading and are not taken out on a separate page. There is no separate assessment for extracurricular reading and literary listening.

Homework is given to students taking into account their capabilities.

execution within the following limits *:

in 1st grade, homework is strictly prohibited;

Homework assignments are required only from 2nd grade.

in 2nd grade – up to 1.5 hours;

in grades 3-4 – up to 2 hours;

in 1st grade, the point (grade) assessment system is excluded; in 2nd grade, grades are given from the 2nd quarter or second half of the year” **. It is necessary to include this information in the explanatory note to the Curriculum and in the Charter of the school.

For physical education, in the column “What was covered in the lesson” the topic is recorded according to the calendar and thematic planning, the main methodological task for the section of the program material, one of the folk, outdoor, sports games is indicated.

* Letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated September 25, 2000 No. 202/11-13 “On the organization of education in the first grade of a four-year elementary school” states that “in the 1st grade homework is not given.” The Letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia indicated above gives the right of an educational institution not to assign homework assignments in the second half of the 1st grade.

** Letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated November 19, 1998 No. 1561/14-15 “Monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes in primary school.”

When conducting three (four times) physical education classes per week, in the column “What was covered in the lesson,” every third (fourth) lesson is recorded according to the calendar and thematic planning, taking into account the passage of the program material as follows: Lesson game…, WITH competition….

In elementary school, final control of learning outcomes is usually carried out by conducting final tests in subjects 4 times a year: for the first, second, third academic quarters and at the end of the year.

* Letter of the Department of General and Preschool Education of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated 06/03/2003 No. 13-51-120/13 “On the system for assessing the educational achievements of junior schoolchildren in conditions of ungraded education in general education institutions participating in an experiment to improve the structure and content of general education”; Letter from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated October 3, 2003. №13-51-273/13

When working with automated scripts, scheduled jobs, or native applications, you may want them to write their own events to Windows logs. For example, when a script runs normally, you want to record a notification event in the application log so that you can easily determine later whether the script executed and completed normally. Conversely, if the script does not work and errors occur as a result of its execution, you may want to store the error or warning event in a log - then you will know to analyze the script and find out what happened.

To create your own events, use the Eventcreate utility. Custom events can be saved to any available log except the security log. Such events may contain a source, code and the necessary description. Eventcreate syntax:

eventcreate /l LogName /so EventSource /t EventType / id EventCode /d EventDescription

  1. LogName - the name of the log to record the event; if it contains spaces, enclose it in quotation marks, for example "DNS Server".
  2. EventSource - indicates the source of the event and can be any string. If the string contains spaces, enclose it in quotation marks, for example "Event Tracker*. In most cases, the source points to the application, job, or script that caused the error.
  3. EventType - specifies the event type. Can take the values Information, Warning or Error. The "Success Audit" and "Failure Audit" event types are not applicable because they are used in a security log where you cannot write your own events.
  4. Event Code - displays the numeric code of the event. Can take any value between 1 and 1000. Rather than randomly assigning IDs, it's better to make a list of common events that might occur and then categorize it. Then each category can be assigned its own range of event codes. For example, events in the first hundred might be general events, events in the second hundred might be status events, events in the fifth might be warnings, and events in the ninth might be errors.
  5. Event Description - specifies a description of the event and can be any string. Don't forget to enclose the string in quotes.

Using Eventcreate with a few examples

  • Create a notification event in the application log with the source Event Tracker and event code 209:eventcreate /l "application" /t information /so "Event Tracker" /id 209 /d "evs.bat script ran without errors."
  • Create a warning event in the system log with the source CustApp and event code 511:eventcreate /l "system" /t warning /so "CustApp" /id 511 /d "sysck.exe didn"t complete successfully."
  • Create an error event in the system log on MAIL with the source SysMon and event code 918:eventcreate /s Mail /l "system" /t error /so "SysMon" /id 918 /d "sysmon.exe was unable to verify write operation."

    Writes the redo log buffer to a redo log file on disk

    Performs recording:

    • When the redo log buffer is one third full

      Before the DBWn process writes modified buffers to disk

      Every 3 seconds

The Log Writer (LGWR) process is responsible for managing the redo log buffer, storing entries in the redo log buffer in a redo log file on disk. LGWR records all replay records that have been copied to the buffer since the last record.

The redo log buffer is a circular buffer. When LGWR writes redo entries from the redo log buffer to the redo log file, server processes can then copy the new entries over the entries in the redo log buffer that have been written to disk. LGWR usually writes fast enough to ensure that buffer space is always available for new writes, even when redo log access is heavy. LGWR writes one contiguous portion of the buffer to disk.

LGWR writes:

    When a user process commits a transaction

    When the redo log buffer is one third full

    Before the DBWn process writes modified buffers to disk (if necessary)

    Every three seconds

Before DBWn can write a modified buffer, all redo entries that are associated with changes to the buffer must be written to disk (write ahead protocol). If DBWn detects that some redo entries have not been written, it signals LGWR to save the redo entries to disk and waits for LGWR to finish writing the redo log buffer before it can write the data buffers. LGWR writes to the current log group. If one of the files in the group becomes corrupted or unavailable, LGWR continues to write to other files in the group and logs an error in the LGWR trace file and in the warning system log. If all files in a group are corrupted, or if the group is inaccessible because it has not been archived, LGWR cannot continue.

When a user issues a COMMIT statement, LGWR places a commit record in the redo log buffer and immediately writes it to disk along with the redo records. Corresponding changes to data blocks are deferred until the moment comes when they can be written in the most efficient way. It is called quick locking mechanism. The simplest persistence of a redo record containing a transaction commit record is the single event that determines whether the transaction was committed. The Oracle database returns a transaction commit success code even though the data buffers have not yet been written to disk.

If more buffer space is needed, LGWR sometimes stores redo log entries before the transaction is committed. These records become permanent only if the transaction is committed later. When a user commits a transaction, the transaction is assigned a system change number (SCN), which Oracle Database records along with transaction redo records in the redo log. SCN numbers are recorded in the redo log so that restore operations can be synchronized across the RAC and distributed databases.

During times of high activity, LGWR may write to the redo log file using group commits. For example, suppose a user commits a transaction. LGWR must save redo records to disk. When this happens, other users issue COMMIT statements. However, LGWR cannot write to the redo log file to commit these transactions until it has completed its previous write operation. After the first transaction records are written to the redo log file, the entire list of pending transaction redo records (not yet committed) can be written to disk at a time in one operation, requiring less I/O than transaction records processed individually . Therefore, Oracle Database minimizes disk I/O and maximizes LGWR performance. If commit requests continue at a high rate, each entry (LGWR) from the redo log buffer may contain multiple commit entries.

Accurate and systematic work of the class teacher with school documentation helps to avoid problematic and conflict situations in communication with the administration, colleagues, students and their parents. We present the experience of maintaining documentation in educational institutions of Moscow.

The deputy is responsible for the educational process in primary school. Director for educational work of the first stage of education. Therefore, all issues of organizing the educational process, diagnostics, intra-school control, legal and methodological support for the activities of participants in the educational process are under his jurisdiction. This also applies to those educational institutions in which, according to the staff list, there is a deputy. director in charge of foreign language teaching issues.

When filling out a class journal, you must remember that it is primarily a financial document. It fixes the number of lessons that corresponds to the curriculum and, accordingly, is payable.

The way this document is designed depends on the assessment of the work of the teacher and the class teacher according to various criteria, such as:

  • mastering the program in all academic subjects;
  • density and student survey system;
  • objectivity in issuing current and final grades;
  • compliance with the norms for conducting control, verification, independent, administrative work, practical and laboratory classes, lessons-excursions, etc.;
  • homework dosage;
  • compliance with the requirements and recommendations recorded in the “Health Certificate”;
  • accounting for comments on keeping a journal made by a representative of the administration or during external control, and a mechanism for their elimination;
  • thoroughness in filling in information about the number of lessons missed by students;
  • the correctness of payment for actually conducted lessons, consulting hours, individual-group lessons, electives;
  • correct payment for replacement lessons.

The teacher daily writes down in the classroom journal the teaching hours upon their completion. It is unacceptable to record lessons in advance. When distributing teaching hours, each educational institution is guided by its own curriculum.

Distribution of pages in the class magazine

Deputy The director for educational work gives instructions to primary school teachers (class teachers) on the distribution of the pages of the journal allocated for the current record of the progress and attendance of students for the year in accordance with the number of teaching hours allocated in the curriculum of the educational institution for each academic subject. Guided by these instructions, the class teacher draws up a “Table of Contents”, where he writes down the names of all academic subjects in accordance with the curriculum. The administration must strictly calculate the number of pages in the class magazine for a particular academic subject according to the table of contents.

New career opportunities

Try for free! For passing - a diploma of professional retraining. Training materials are presented in the format of visual notes with video lectures by experts, accompanied by the necessary templates and examples.

Number of pages depending on the number of hours allocated to the subject:

  • 1 hour per week – 2 pages;
  • 2 hours per week – 4 pages;
  • 3 hours per week – 5 pages;
  • 4 hours per week – 7 pages;
  • 5 hours per week – 8 pages;
  • 6 hours per week – 9 pages.

For foreign language classes, by decision of the school administration, special pages are allocated in the classroom journal or a separate journal is created. However, educational institutions are prohibited from allocating a separate page in the class journal to fix the topics of one of the components of the course "The World Around" - "Road Safety Rules".

Also, in the class journal they do not start a separate page for studying the course "Fundamentals of life safety" (letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated 05/22/1998 No. 811 / 14-12 "On the organization of teaching the basics of life safety in general educational institutions of Russia", letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated 03/25/1999 No. 389/11-12 "On teaching the basics of life safety in elementary school").

Requirements for making entries in the class journal

All class journal entries should be written clearly, neatly, and in blue or purple. If a mistake is made, you must cross out the incorrect entry, correct it legibly, sign next to the correction and put a round school seal. It is unacceptable to use “shading” and other coloring means when correcting in a class journal.

On the left side of the unfolded sheet of the journal, write down the name of the subject (in small letters) in accordance with its name in the program and curriculum, and on the right side write the full name (in full) of the teacher teaching this subject. The name of the subject in the curriculum must correspond to its name in the program. It is advisable to record the full name of the author of the textbook (program) in the class journal after recording the name of the subject.

Lists of students (full names or initials) are recorded on the pages of the journal by the class teacher in alphabetical order (according to the first, second and subsequent letters of the Russian alphabet) after verification at the school office.

Changes in the list of students (departure, arrival, training at a sanatorium-forest school, etc.) can only be noted in the journal by the class teacher after an order from the school. The date and number of the order are entered in the journal on the line of the serial number where the student’s last name is written.

“General information about students” is filled in using data from personal files. The personal file number corresponds to the student number in the School Alphabetical Book. On the “General information about students” page, you must enter detailed information about the place of residence of parents (persons in their place, legal representatives).

The teacher is obliged at each lesson to mark the absent students and timely set marks for all control, verification and other final work. On the page of the journal where marks are made and the absence of students in the lesson is recorded, there should not be any extra signs, except for symbols opposite the name of the absentee.

According to the letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated November 19, 1998 No. 1561/14-15 "Monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes in primary school" (hereinafter - the letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia No. 1561/14-15), it is not allowed to make any notes in pencil or put dots in the journal , pros and cons - such evaluation marks do not officially exist.

Recording absences from lessons by students

The date of the lesson on the right side of the expanded sheet of the journal should be affixed in Arabic numerals: 31.01 .; 05.02.; 17.05. The dates on the left side of the spread must match the dates on the right.

The log records the number of lessons missed by students during the school day, quarter, year, as well as their total number for the quarter and academic year. Medical certificates and notes from parents regarding students’ absence from classes for one reason or another are kept by the teacher and the school’s medical worker for all four years of study. During the school year, all certificates and notes are kept in the class register (in a large envelope pasted at the end of the class register).

Making comments on keeping a class journal

“Notes on keeping a class journal” is filled out by the deputy. director for educational work (director) of a general education institution or an inspector during external control. The entry on this page must contain all comments and recommendations indicating the deadline for the teacher to eliminate the violations committed and strictly correspond to the date of the inspection. The same date is displayed on the pages of the journal that were viewed by the administrator (verifier). The inspector signs on the page in the journal and on the “Notes on maintaining a class journal” page.

We recommend that you include in the section of the journal “Notes on maintaining a class journal” (the first entry at the beginning of the school year) the date and signature of the class teacher and subject teachers of this class about familiarization with the “Instructions for maintaining a class journal in grades 1–4 of general education institutions.” and with the system of requirements and recommendations of the district (district) scientific and methodological center.

Design of the “Health Sheet” in the class magazine

The “health sheet” is filled out by a medical worker of an educational institution. He enters information from the students’ medical records into it.

  • when seating children in desks in the classroom;
  • conducting extracurricular activities;
  • selection of indoor plants for the classroom;
  • carrying out preventive vaccinations;
  • the use of various chemicals in lessons and household chemicals when cleaning the premises in which children are located;
  • while children are on duty in the classroom.

Recording replacement lessons in the class journal

The replacement of lessons is recorded upon the fact of implementation, i.e. on the day on which it took place. The topic of the lesson taught in place of an absent colleague is indicated on the subject page of the teacher being replaced. On the right, where homework is written down, a note about the replacement is made and a signature is placed by the teacher who made the replacement (Table 1).

Requirements for making entries in student diaries

All entries in student diaries must be made accurately, clearly, error-free, completely, and comply with sanitary rules and regulations and the basic curriculum.

The name of the month and the names of academic subjects are written with a small letter. The abbreviation of words when writing lesson schedules and homework in diaries must comply with program requirements.

All types and forms of extracurricular activities in which students are involved must be recorded in their diaries (extracurricular activities and holidays, excursions, etc.). This especially applies to events that are held outside the lesson schedule and are associated with increased danger for students (for example, excursions).

There should not be a single uncorrected error in the diaries. The teacher (class teacher) is obliged to correct all spelling, punctuation and stylistic errors, since this work is an integral and integral part of developing the skill of competent writing and working on errors. This should also be done (after the lesson is conducted) by all subject teachers who work in this class.

All comments, appeals to parents, suggestions recorded by the teacher in the student’s diary must be correct, literate and comply with the standards of ethics and respect for participants in the educational process.

Organizing homework in elementary school

In the first grade of elementary school, homework assignments are not allowed. Heads of educational institutions and class teachers need to take strict control over the availability, volume, nature and degree of complexity of homework in a foreign language from 2nd to 4th grade. Teachers need to take into account that homework is not assigned in subjects of the regional component.

To ensure children have adequate rest during the working week, it is unacceptable to assign homework on Mondays and holidays. This requirement applies to all academic subjects, regardless of the number of curriculum hours per week.

To avoid overloading students, the class teacher should carry out a total count of all homework for a given day. In this case, it is necessary to summarize and calculate the standards for homework (the sum of all oral and written assignments, including foreign language, numbers, pages, paragraphs, etc.), their volume and degree of complexity, taking into account the characteristics of all students in each class. The results of the control count must strictly comply with the standards.

In addition, class teachers and parents of those students who do not attend extended day groups are recommended to record in diaries the time spent on homework upon completion of self-study at the end of each school day. This is also necessary to control the overload of students and the dosage of homework.

The letter of the Moscow Committee of Education dated August 31, 2001 No. 2‑14‑20/15 “On compliance with hygienic requirements for the organization of the educational process in educational institutions in Moscow” states that the amount of homework should not exceed 50% of the classroom load.

Filling out the “Homework” column in the class journal and student diaries

On the right side of the unfolded page of the class journal, the teacher writes down the topic studied in the lesson and the homework assignment.

In the “Homework” column of the journal and student diaries, the content of the assignment, pages, numbers of tasks and exercises are recorded, and if necessary, the content of the assignment and the nature of its implementation are indicated (learn by heart, read by role, etc.). If students are given a task to repeat, then its volume is specifically indicated.

The afterschool teacher needs to check the quality of homework every day. The right to mark a student’s notebook and diary remains with the teacher of the given class (subject).

It is necessary to evaluate the completion of homework, guided by the letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia No. 1561/14‑15, which states that the mark “for the general impression of the work” does not affect the mark “for the correct completion of the educational task.” Thus, in the notebook (and in the diary), the teacher gives two marks (for example, 5/3): for the correct completion of the educational task (mark in the numerator) and for the general impression of the work (mark in the denominator). This allows you to more objectively evaluate the results and “divide” the answers to the questions: “what has the student achieved in mastering subject knowledge?” and "what is his diligence and diligence?"

Grading system in elementary school

The teacher’s assessment activities are based on letter No. 1561/14-15 of the Ministry of Education of Russia. According to this document, in the first grade of a four-year primary school, the point (grade) assessment system is excluded. In the second grade, grades begin to be assigned in the first quarter after the repetition of what was studied in the first grade is completed. These instructions must be spelled out in the explanatory note to the curriculum and in the school charter.

Students’ diaries should be kept from the second grade, since only from the second grade assessment activities and marking of the achievements of younger schoolchildren begin to be carried out.

Giving grades for academic subjects in grades 2–4 should begin not at the very beginning of the school year, but after 3–4 weeks, during which the studied program material for the previous grade is repeated (this also includes starting control in each grade). In addition, a mark as a digital form of assessment is entered by the teacher only when students know the main characteristics of different marks (in which case a “5” is given, in which cases the mark is reduced).

Marks in the class journal, diaries, notebooks for current and test work of students must match.

Grades for behavior and diligence have been officially abolished (letter of the Ministry of Public Education of the RSFSR dated 03/06/1989 No. 10‑135/25 “On grades for behavior, diligence of students in secondary schools, vocational schools, characteristics of 10th grade students”). There is no longer such a section in the summary record of academic performance, although it is indicated in the “Instructions for maintaining a class register in grades 1–4 of general education institutions.”

It is strictly prohibited to assign grades for behavior and diligence in student diaries. The actual state of student behavior in and outside of class should not be reflected in the grade for oral answers and written work.

Marks in physical education, music, fine arts

When assigning grades in art, fine arts and music, the Russian Ministry of Education and Science recommends that educational institutions replace the mark recording of educational achievements of junior schoolchildren with a credit system, in favor of which there are serious arguments:

  • specifics of these educational subjects;
  • recommendations of psychologists, doctors, neurophysiologists;
  • the actual state of sociopsychosomatic health factors of students;
  • the absence at the federal and other levels of standards and recommendations for assessment activities specifically in these academic subjects.

It is advisable to introduce a credit assessment system by decision of the pedagogical council, the council of a general education institution (letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated October 3, 2003 No. 13-51-237/13 “On the introduction of grade-free education in physical education, fine arts, music”).

The credit assessment system involves entering a “passed” / “fail” entry based on learning results in school documentation (magazines, personal files, etc.) and “passed” in state documents (certificates). The absence of a quantitative mark in the certificate does not affect the awarding of gold and silver medals for a secondary (high) school course and admission to higher educational institutions.

Assessment of independent work

If independent work is carried out at the initial stage of developing a skill, then it is not assessed with a mark. Instead, the teacher gives an analysis of the students’ work, which he conducts together with the students. If the skill is at the stage of consolidation, then independent work can be assessed with a mark. Marks can be given only for successful work.

Entering grades for tests into class registers

The final test in primary school, as a rule, is carried out by conducting final tests in subjects four times a year: for the first, second and third academic quarters and for the year.

Students who missed the test due to illness or other valid reason (extra-school competitions, competitions, marathons, parental business trips, etc.) are not subject to testing in the days following the test.

Grades for written work are entered in the journal column corresponding to the day it was completed. If on the day of the test one of the students was absent, then in the class register a corresponding symbol is placed next to his name. Work on errors should be carried out after each control measurement. A mark based on the results of work on errors is placed in the class journal in the column of the day on which it was carried out.

About the form of written work in the journal on the right, an appropriate entry must be made with a mandatory marking of the topic. You should accurately indicate the topic and the number of hours spent on practical and laboratory work, excursions, and written tests. The topic and number of hours allocated for these works and excursions must correspond to the program and thematic planning. Sometimes two marks are given for written work. In this case, both ratings are entered in one column through a fraction: “4/5”; “4/4”, etc. An example of making entries in the class journal is presented in table. 2.

Putting final marks in the class journal and student diaries

At the end of the academic quarter (or trimester), grades for each subject are carefully and clearly marked by the class teacher in the final report of students' progress on the corresponding page of the diary, after which the class teacher and parents of students (persons replacing them) put their signatures. The number of missed lessons per quarter is also recorded.

In class registers, grades for each quarter are given after recording the last lesson in a given subject in the quarter. Quarter grades are entered into the summary record of student progress.

At the end of each quarter, on the right side of the unfolded sheet of the class journal, a summary of the number of lessons according to the plan and the actual lessons given for this period is summed up (Table 3). In the “Homework” column, write an explanation in parentheses, indicating the reason for the discrepancy with the thematic planning.

Final certification of students

To certify (at the end of the quarter) a student in an academic subject for which less than three hours per week are spent according to the curriculum, two marks are sufficient (the required minimum).

When setting transfer marks, give preference to higher ones (letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated February 22, 1999 No. 220 / 11-12, paragraph 2 "On the inadmissibility of overloads of elementary school students", letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia No. 1561 / 14-15). When setting the final mark, the teacher should not focus on the average score, but take into account only the final marks on the topic being handed over, which "cancel" the previous, lower ones.

The legislation stipulates that at the stage of primary general education, students who have not mastered the academic year program and have academic debts in two or more subjects, at the discretion of their parents (legal representatives), remain for re-education, are transferred to compensatory education classes with a smaller number of students per one teacher or continue their education in the form of family education.

Students who, at the end of the year, have an academic debt in one subject, are transferred to the next class conditionally (Law of the Russian Federation of July 10, 1992 No. 3266‑1 "On Education", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2001 No. 196 "On Approval of the Model Regulation on a General Educational Institution ").

Control over the maintenance of working documentation at school

The professional competence of the head of an educational institution, in particular, is determined by the ability to work with nomenclature documentation. The director, deputy director and class teacher are responsible for all violations committed in the class register.

The director of a general education institution and his deputy for educational work are obliged to ensure the storage of class journals and systematically (at least once a month) control the correctness of their maintenance.

Logging control is carried out according to the following scheme:

  • filling out the journal for September 10 includes:
    – design of the title page “Class Magazine”;
    - lists of students on the first pages for all subjects recorded in this journal (the list and name of subjects in the class journal must correspond to the school curriculum);
    – lists of students in the consolidated progress report;
    - table of contents;
    – general information about students;
    – information on the number of lessons missed by students;
    - "Health sheet";
  • The journal is checked monthly for the correctness and timeliness of recording lesson topics in academic subjects, density
    and objectivity of questioning students, dosage of homework, inadmissibility of assignments on weekends and holidays;
  • at the end of each academic quarter, the following is especially carefully checked:
    – actual mastery of the program (compliance with the curriculum and thematic planning);
    – objectivity of current and final grades;
    - the presence of control and current verification work;
    – correct recording of replacement lessons (if any);
    – conducting excursion lessons, generalization lessons and other classes in a non-traditional form (this is especially true for the organization of classes (not in classroom form) during the adaptation period in the first grade);
  • at the end of the year, the class teacher submits the journal for verification to the administrator after the subject teachers report to the deputy director on the results of the year.

At the end of each week, the class teacher and parents of students (persons replacing them) check the diaries and put their signatures on the right side of the diary.

Monitoring the quality of student diaries is carried out by:

  • class teacher: daily and weekly;
  • administration (deputy director for educational work): monthly and quarterly.

Storing Class Magazines

The class magazine is designed for one academic year. Journals of parallel classes are numbered with letters, for example: 1A class, 1B class, 1B class, etc.

At the end of each academic year, the journals are checked and signed by the principal or deputy. director for educational work, are handed over to the school archives. Based on the order of the Moscow Committee of Education dated August 16, 1997 No. 287 “On the approximate nomenclature of affairs of educational institutions,” the shelf life of the class register is 5 years. After five years of storage, pages with data on student performance and their transfer to the next grade are removed from the journal. Cases generated for specific years are stored for at least 25 years.
