He entered the Perm State University at the Faculty of Biology. In the 3rd year he was offered to move to the Moscow State University at the Faculty of Biology, at the Department of Molecular Biology. After graduating from Moscow State University, he was left in graduate school and after 3 years he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the study of the structure and physico-chemistry of one of the complex proteins.

In 1997, he defended his doctoral dissertation on this topic at the Moscow State Technical University. Bauman through the VMAK line. The theory of the Linguistic Wave Genome was created. Classical geneticists are sure: DNA heredity molecules are the material matrix in which the “word” is written – our development program, the genetic code. Garyaev believes that this is not entirely true.

“From the standpoint of wave, or quantum, DNA genetics work not only as a substance, but also as a source of electromagnetic and sound fields. You have to look for them,” he says. - It can be compared with audio-video recording.

We put on a CD, we see and hear what is written on it, and this record somehow affects us. But it is not the substance from which the disk is made that affects, but the light and sound recorded on it.

You won't get through anything. The end of the world, right in a month or two, was also predicted, they even called the numbers, and nothing, they are alive. Let's start with dry scientific data. The euphoria of the first decades about the discovery of the structure of the double helix of DNA and the decoding of the genetic code somehow disappeared imperceptibly. It turned out that the genetic code, on which so many hopes were placed, made only one modest achievement, explaining how proteins are synthesized. But the genes responsible for the production of proteins are one thing, and the genes that determine the spatio-temporal structure of biosystems are quite another. And this other, most important, again eluded the researchers. At the same time, such phenomena of the genetic apparatus became a strange separate reality, which had to either be accepted and explained, or referred to as “paranormal” and, depending on the baggage of scientific conscience, interpreted as “pseudo-scientific” or tried to understand at least something.

It was necessary to give a physical and mathematical formalism and a theoretical and biological basis, reflecting the subtle mechanisms of distant wave information contacts of this kind in the space-time of the biosystem, as well as beyond it. It was also necessary to develop these experiments and their methodology. We tried to solve these problems to some extent. The following goals were set:

1) Show the possibility of a dualistic interpretation of the work of eukaryotic genomes at the levels of matter and field within the framework of physical and mathematical models that combine the formalism of the phenomenon of soliton formation in DNA using the example of the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam return phenomenon and the holographic memory of the chromosome continuum as a biocomputer.

2) Show the possibility of normal and "abnormal" modes of operation of the eukaryotic genome using phantom-wave figurative-sign matrices, as well as endogenous and exogenous semiotic-linguistic components.

3) Find experimental evidence of the correctness of the proposed theory of wave figurative and figurative-linguistic matrices of the genome.

The result of the research was to be a new understanding of the work of the genome of higher biosystems, synthesizing the ideas of the material and wave levels of its functions, which could give more developed worldview ideas about the phenomenon of Life as a cosmo-planetary phenomenon. It was necessary to go in the direction of creating a methodology for soft regulatory entry into the previously unknown semiotic-semantic material-wave layers of the genome of higher biosystems in order to treat, create hybrids, prolong life, and form the human body as a structure that is harmonious and resistant to adverse factors. Another strategic goal is to create artificial DNA-logic devices (biocomputers) using wave (holographic and soliton) principles of memory comparable in mechanisms and capabilities with genetic memory. In this regard, a theoretical analysis of some difficult-to-interpret phenomena of life forms was begun. Among such unusual and incomprehensible phenomena are the so-called. phantom effects of genetic material, which we experimentally studied, and which can be considered as one of the types of epigenetic field memory of biosystems at the molecular level. This memory of the genome, which is realized both as an associative holographic memory and as a memory of the DNA aftereffect, gives other versions of the work of chromosomes that complement the already known mechanisms, and translates the problem of biological morphogenesis into other epistemological planes. This problem is considered in theoretical-biological and physical-mathematical aspects. The existence of a gene-semiotic sector of the chromosomal continuum is postulated, in which the dualistic splitting of the semantic sequences of DNA into the levels of substance (RNA and protein replicas, symbolic topologies of chromosomes) and fields (sign acoustics and electromagnetic radiation of the genome) occurs. Based on this, the coding hierarchy of the eukaryotic chromosomal apparatus can be represented as follows.

SUBSTANCE: chromosomal DNA as a one-dimensional coding structure - a triplet genetic code; "speech" fractals of polynucleotide sequences longer than codon triplets and encoding at the "word"-shaped level. Chromosomal DNA as a multidimensional structure of sign (also coding at the figurative level) topological forms of a liquid crystal, a particular case of which are the holographic lattices of the polynuclear coherent continuum of the genome.

FIELD: (as well as quasi-consciousness): "ideal" or "semantic" (figurative) series of speech-like fractal polynucleotide sequences of chromosomal DNA, the subject of generation and "understanding" of which is the genome as a biocomputer; Figurative electromagnetic and (or) acoustic structures "read" from the polynuclear holographic continuum of the genome and setting the spatio-temporal parameters of the biosystem.

In this regard, (a) informational relations between the system of extracellular matrices, the cytoskeleton, the protein-synthesizing apparatus and chromosomes are considered in detail from new positions, taking into account the author's experimental data on the isomorphic wave states of these biostructures, (b) the contribution of endogenous physical fields to biomorphogenesis. The role of endogenous physical fields in the embryogenesis of biosystems is discussed from the point of view of solitonics and holography, and the idea of isomorphic-homomorphic mappings at the level of field functions of the genome with its ability to spatiotemporal coding of the structure of an organism is put forward. For this purpose, physical and mathematical models are proposed that formalize the ideas of the wave functioning of the genome of higher biosystems to describe the holographic memory of the chromosome apparatus and the process of soliton formation in the framework of the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam return phenomenon. A formal model of the holographic mechanism of the phantom leaf effect is derived as a realization of previously unknown mechanisms of the epigenetic memory of the genome of higher biosystems.

Another model of DNA memory is also considered, implemented through the functioning of DNA solitons, for example, breathers, the internal oscillatory structure of which is a multiplex static-dynamic hologram that reflects a given spatiotemporal status of a developing or regenerating organism. The formalism of this version, which develops the stated purely holographic version of biomorphogenesis, follows from the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam problem, which arose as a result of a computer study of the dynamics of oscillations in chains of nonlinearly coupled oscillators. It turned out that, contrary to any expectation, the energy of the initial perturbation of the extreme oscillators in such chains did not thermalize, but, having been distributed over higher harmonics, then again gathered into the spectrum of the initial perturbation. With an increase in the number of oscillators in the chain, the pattern of energy return remained unchanged. This problem is called the Fermat-Pasta-Ulam (FPU) return after E. Fermi, D. Pasta and Z. Ulam, who were the first to study this problem. Subsequently, the return of the FPU was experimentally discovered in long electric lines with nonlinear elements, in plasma, and also in the dynamics of waves in deep water. A remarkable property of the return of the FPA turned out to be the presence of a "memory" in its spectrum to the initial conditions of its active modes. This problem can be considered in a slightly different aspect. To do this, the model of the dynamics of electron density waves in the DNA molecule changes somewhat. Both single polynucleotides of the DNA double helix are considered in the form of two chains of coupled oscillators having the same frequency w equal to the beat frequency between periodic oscillations of the electron density in the structure of complementary nucleotide pairs. Such chains of oscillators can be described by the Klein-Gordon equation. The proposed model indicates the possibility of the existence of a continuum of spherical solitons (breathers) around the DNA molecule in the composition of the chromosomes, which can integrally display the sign (code) structure of the chromosome continuum and move beyond the DNA and cell nuclei or oscillate relative to the equilibrium position. The breather continuum, moving in the liquid-crystal space of the chromosome continuum of cell and tissue groups, can record in its internal oscillatory structure the static-dynamic holographic gratings of the total genetic material. In turn, such grids can be considered exogenous with respect to the biosystem and (or) endogenous acoustic and (or) electromagnetic fields, which will result in the formation of wave fronts that play the role of regulatory, in particular marking, field structures necessary for the self-organization of the biosystem in own space-time. We believe that, in general, the genome of multicellular biosystems operates as a soliton-holographic computer that generates a system of wavelike structures, i.e. static-dynamic models of a biosystem, which is both relatively stationary and dynamic. In terms of the primary theoretical analysis of the proposed hypothesis, we obtained the results of mathematical modeling of solitons (breathers, kinks) on DNA within the framework of the Englander-Salerno-Maslov model with its development in relation to the types of excitations of solitary waves and the effect of DNA sequences on the modulation of solitons.

The formalism introduced by Salerno is based on the position that the rotational movements of DNA bases around the sugar-phosphate backbone in the representation of the sine-Gordon equation model the nonlinear dynamics of a chain of elastically connected pendulums, each of which, as an oscillator, is represented by a canonical pair containing genetic information (nucleotide sequence) in the form of a certain potential function. It reflects the specificity of hydrogen bonds between base pairs. Since the hydrogen bond is double for the AT pair and triple for the HC pair, a simple rule is obtained for creating a chain corresponding to DNA sequences, i.e. it is possible to fix the ratio between the strength of the potential functions of AT and HC pairs as 2:3, while the ratio between anharmonicity (nonlinearity determined by the rotation of the bases) and dispersion (sugar-phosphate elastic tensions) is found as a free parameter fixed in the experimental data. As a result, we found that different sections of natural (natural) DNA behave differently with respect to the soliton wave excited on them. In addition, unlike Salerno, we probed natural and arbitrary DNA sequences with breather-type solitons.

The Salerno model considers the degree of freedom, which characterizes the rotation of bases in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the B-form DNA helix around the backbone of the molecule. Such rotational dynamics play an important role in the functioning of DNA, since in certain cases it leads to the opening of the hydrogen bonds of complementary base pairs and their exposure to the sphere of influence of external ligands. Strict theoretical, calculated and experimental data based on the kinetics and equilibrium states during hydrogen-deuterium exchange in solutions of DNA and synthetic polynucleotide duplexes made it possible for Salerno to propose a realistic model for the opening of coherent, mobile DNA segments. Such extended (10 base pairs or more) open regions of DNA can be thermally activated (at physiological temperatures of biosystems) soliton torsional excitation of the double helix. The model of this excitation (motion) assumes that each base forms a pair with a complementary (sterically compatible) base with the same hydrogen bonds, which form elastic retarding forces. At the same time, anharmonicity of these bonds is formed, since the alternation of double and triple bonds in natural DNA sequences is heterogeneous.

As one of the DNA sequences in which soliton waves were excited according to Salerno, the c-region at the 3'-end of the avian sarcoma virus containing 1020 base pairs (ASV, Schmidt-Ruppin B strain) was taken. We present the characteristic patterns of soliton distribution in one-dimensional space strands of DNA depending on time with excitation of polynucleotide regions in the region of 600 and 650 base pairs.. An excitation shift of only 50 pairs leads to a sharp change in the trajectory of the wave along DNA in time: in the region of the 600th pair, the soliton is stationary, and makes complex oscillations with a specific spectral composition in the region of the 650th base pair.Note that the sites of soliton triggering carry a certain functional load in the regulation of protein synthesis: in the region of the 600th base pair there are two terminator codons T1, and in the vicinity of the 650th pair there is Rep -sequence in combination with two T1 terminator codons A similar phenomenon can be observed in the sequence of the v-mos oncogene of the mouse sarcoma virus (Mo-MuSV, 1547 base pairs). In the regions of the 1000th and 1200th pairs, the spectral composition of the soliton oscillations along the DNA chain differs sharply, but in this case it is difficult to make any connection between its behavior and regulatory codons, since there are none in these DNA regions. Nevertheless, the nucleotide sequence itself, as is clear from the work of Salerno, as well as from these examples, determines the behavior of soliton excitation.

Do other types of solitons respond to the nucleotide sequence? Since for one of the varieties of solitons, the so-called. breathers (bions), it is known that they can move uniformly, accelerate or slow down near inhomogeneities, it was logical to expect that inhomogeneities in the form of alternation of AT and GC pairs in DNA would also modulate the trajectories of breathers in time. Indeed, when we took a DNA segment of 259 base pairs (5"-3" ends) from the same avian sarcoma virus, it was found that the initiation of the breather at a certain initial speed in the central region of the selected polynucleotide segment causes modulations in its behavior - a change in the trajectory in time. This phenomenon was also verified in a model experiment. For this, 240 base pairs were used, in which 120 AT pairs followed the 120 GC pairs, forming a barrier. Excitation was carried out at this barrier; at the interface between AT and GC arrays. Immediately after the initiation of the breather, the breather was reflected from the GC array, moved towards the end of the chain towards the AT array, reflected from the end of the chain (AT and GC ends are fixed), and again reflected from the GC array. Then everything was repeated. If a homogeneous sequence of 240 Hz pairs was taken, then the breather remained motionless. Modulations in the behavior of the breather were also found upon excitation of a soliton wave in different zones of the studied DNA region from the avian sarcoma virus.

We developed the DNA perturbation model in that we introduced local excitations of certain DNA regions, in contrast to what Salerno did, introducing boundary conditions in the form of elastic rotation of all nucleotides to the right of the start of soliton initiation. The perturbations of the DNA chain that we set were diverse both in shape and in amplitude. Using certain initial conditions, it was found that breather-like waves occur on natural and artificial DNA segments even without an exact solution of the sine-Gordon equation for the breather.

Above, the idea of “reading” by solitons of the primary structure of DNA and higher levels of its organization has been discussed more than once purely speculatively. In this part of the work, this idea receives a certain physical and mathematical support. Although soliton waves in DNA are considered under extremely simplified conditions, without taking into account the influence of “water” structured on a polymer, which, in terms of topology, symmetry, and metrics, in its fractal structures should repeat the DNA architectonics (Bul’enkov, 1992) and somehow accept soliton excitation and , probably, to transport it along the water cellular - intercellular continuum. Within the framework of the mathematical experiments carried out, an obvious inverse problem was also identified - if solitons carry out "memorization" of DNA structures in their amplitude-trajectory modulations, then it is natural to consider the generation of this information outside the DNA as practically possible, which correlates with our experiments on the distant transmission of wave morphogenetic signals. In mathematical terms, this should be reflected in the form of a soliton retransmission of the nucleotiode sequence (at the level of large blocks) in an adequate (human-readable) form.

Do solitons really exist in DNA and proteins? We have made attempts to detect nonlinear waves of this kind on these biopolymers in vitro by photon correlation spectroscopy. Effects were found that, in a number of ways, correspond, in particular, to the process of spontaneous soliton formation in the framework of the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam return phenomenon. For this purpose, the method of correlation laser spectroscopy of DNA of animal origin was used. It was found that during the transition from a dilute DNA solution to a semi-diluted one, anomalously long-decaying fluctuations in the density of the DNA gel continuum are recorded. Weakly damped oscillations disappear as one passes from a semi-dilute to a dilute solution and as a result of a decrease in the length of DNA fragments. These data confirm the assumption that the phenomenon of self-organization of wave (acoustic) processes in DNA can be expected only under such physical conditions, when cooperative processes at the level of the macromolecular continuum of DNA molecules, approaching the structure of chromosomes, play a significant role. The more the structure of DNA solutions differs from the architectonics of DNA in chromosomes (in the experiments presented, these are short polymer fragments), the less significant are the collective long-range (on the scale of macromolecular lengths of a polynucleotide) interactions between DNA strands, which are so important for the epigenetic functions of the genome. The key link in these experiments is the clear registration for DNA of the fact that was previously found for agarose and collagen, namely, the practical undampability of biogel oscillations and periodic repetitions of autocorrelation functions of laser light scattering intensity. This makes it possible to consider nonlinear dynamics of this kind for DNA and other informational biopolymers as a manifestation of soliton properties within the framework of the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam (FPU) return phenomenon. The nonlinear dynamics of DNA, its hydrodynamic behavior and acoustics are extremely sensitive to external physical influences in vitro - enzymatic restriction, dilution-concentration, heating-cooling, ultrasonic treatment, weak mechanical influences, irradiation with an IR laser field, electromagnetic field of an FPU generator with a broadband spectrum . These and similar factors can and should to some extent affect the genetic apparatus under in vivo conditions, distorting the normal epigenetic functions of chromosomes, which is also confirmed in our experiments. Concerning data on circular supercoiled and linearized plasmids. A sharp difference in diffusion coefficients for plasmid DNA has been found, which is important for understanding the mechanisms of controlled “piloting” and precise “landing” of DNA transposons (plasmid analogs) within the liquid crystal superviscous and superdense continuum of chromosomes of higher biosystems. This task is within the framework of the general and unsolved problem of molecular biology - the problem of self-organization of intracellular, intercellular and intertissue structures, their "mutual recognition". It is clear that knowing the wave, hydrodynamic and other mechanisms of precise piloting of such important transposons for humans as oncogenes and the reverse transcriptase genome of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, we will be able to correct them in the necessary direction, excluding pathogenesis. No less significant is the discovery of nonlinear DNA dynamics with signs of soliton behavior similar to the FPU return phenomenon. This also contributes to the understanding of the principles of macromolecular and supramolecular mutual recognition in the space of an organism along the line of soliton-resonance long-range interactions and makes it more realistic to try to give a new version of the work of the eukaryotic genome discussed above.

The previously unknown phenomenon of DNA aftereffect and DNA phantom memory, which we have discovered, seems significant. They pose the problem of new types of genome memory. Perhaps this phenomenon is closely related to the so-called. phantom leaf effect (PLE) and phantom DNA memory (fpDNA or fDNA), which will be discussed below, and probably also with the memory of the cerebral cortex. But if for PLE and associative cortical memory we and others have given physical and mathematical models in terms and concepts of holographic and soliton processes, then fpDNA is a far from clear phenomenon and needs a deeper study and careful interpretation. At the same time, it is important to establish: is fpDNA biologically active, genetically significant, including in PLE? In our theoretical model, FLE received a physical and mathematical formalism and a biological interpretation, but regarding the fpDNA itself, realized by isolated preparations of cell nuclei and pure DNA, our ideas are exclusively speculative. Our studies in this area testify in favor of the regulatory role of fpDNA, which acts directly and directly on the DNA itself, modulating its dynamics in the composition of cell nuclei. This effect was registered by us during dynamic laser light scattering on preparations of highly purified nuclei from chicken erythrocytes. The experiments were carried out in such a way that at first they made control measurements of background light scattering for 1 hour in the absence of cell nuclei. The background values of autocorrelation functions (ACFs) were 600–900 conventional units, which is close to the values of the dark current. A preparation of a suspension of native or physically modified donor nuclei from chicken erythrocytes (NC) with a concentration of 50 mg/ml in highly purified glycerol was poured into a 12x12 mm cuvette in an amount of 1 ml and placed in the cuvette compartment of the MALVERN spectrometer. The residence time of the UC in the cuvette compartment during the ACF measurement was about 10 min. After that, the cuvette compartment was considered exposed to UC and fpDNA was tested within the cuvette compartment of the spectrometer by ACF modulations of the initial (control) preparation of the UC acceptor used as a probe test. As a result, the effect of the DNA phantom on the DNA acceptor placed in the zone, which was exposed to the hermetically sealed preparation of the UC donor, was found. The effect manifested itself in a sharp change in the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the DNA-acceptor similar to that of the DNA-donor.

What is DNA phantom memory (fpDNA, fDNA)? After removing the DNA sample from the cuvette compartment of the Malvern spectrometer, the laser beam continues to scatter on the “empty” place of the cuvette compartment approximately as it would have happened if the probing of the previous DNA sample had continued, but with a significantly lower signal and a specific form of ACF in the form trapezoids with modulated tops. This effect of a DNA phantom (fDNA) after a single hourly exposure to a DNA preparation lasts about a month or more and then gradually disappears or goes beyond the resolution of the equipment, but can be reproduced again. Similar phenomena were observed by other researchers (Allison et al, 1990, Maromolecules, v.23, 1110-1118) and called it "MED-effect" (Mimicing Effect of Dust), i.e. An effect that mimics dust. It was also detected by the method of correlation laser spectroscopy and also on DNA preparations, more precisely, on restrictive DNA fragments of a strictly defined length. In these experiments, as well as in ours, DNA behaved in an “anomalous” way: probing photons diffracted not only on DNA molecules, but also on “foreign” dust-like particles, which were obviously not present in the solution, which was specially provided before introducing drugs into the solvent. DNA. This uncommented effect made it very difficult for the authors to attempt to explain the dynamic behavior of DNA in terms of the seemingly well-developed theory of polymers in aqueous solutions. It seems that in this case, light scattering occurred not only on real DNA fragments, but also on DNA phantoms left by the armoring molecules of this superinformational biopolymer. In contrast to our experiments, these DNA phantoms were recorded in an aqueous solution, while we recorded this phenomenon in the air phase of the cuvette compartment of the spectrometer.

In direct connection with genome phantoms, we obtained results on the distant translation of an artificial signal from DNA to DNA, possibly with the participation of fDNA. Registration of artificial signals was carried out by the method of correlation spectroscopy of photons diffracted by DNA-acceptor preparations. It is possible that the key mechanisms of fDNA formation, their informational structure, and methods of long-distance transfers are associated with the generation of DNA microleptons (axions) produced by all bodies and carrying information about them. The idea of microlepton alienations makes it possible to explain the phantom formation of DNA as an axion analog of the Mandelstam-Brillouin scattering of light by hypersound, in which coherent photons diffract on acoustic vibrations of microlepton macroclusters, reflecting the epigene-sign dynamics of DNA. The other side of the phenomenon under study comes to hypothetical vacuum energy-informational structures, since axions are candidates for primary elementary particles generated by vacuum (GI Shipov, Theory of Physical Vacuum, 1993).

However, the phantom memory of DNA and its spatial transpositions are still quite exotic, their adequate interpretation is a matter of the future. Closer to real physics are wave processes in DNA that fit into well-formalized concepts of solitonics, for example, into the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam (FPU) return properties. Based on the physical and mathematical models of the FPU return phenomenon, we managed to create a model of wave processes in DNA using a radio-electronic device - the so-called. FPU generator (authors A.A. Berezin et al.). We used it to transfer supergenetic information from Xenopus laevis embryos to early gastrula ectoderm tissue culture of the same type of biosystem. Thus, a distant (from 20 cm to 2 m) translation of a morphogenetic signal in the form of a soliton field was demonstrated, which triggered cytodifferentiations, histo- and morphogenesis of biological tissue in a mode similar to its being in the composition of a full-fledged egg. The control “clean” field of the FPU generator was neutral with respect to the acceptor embryonic tissue. Once again, the postulate of Gurvich - Lyubishchev - Kaznacheev - Dzyan Kanzhen about the biofield level of gene information has been confirmed by independent methods. In other words, the dualism of the combining unity “wave-particle” or “substance-field”, accepted in quantum electrodynamics, turned out to be applicable in biology, which was predicted in due time by A.G. Gurvich and A.A. Lyubishchev. Gene-substance and gene-field are not mutually exclusive, but mutually complementary. This is natural and logical, since living matter consists of non-living atoms and elementary particles, which combine these fundamental properties in a “paranormal” way, but these same properties are used by biosystems as the basis for wave energy-informational “metabolism”.

There is another hypostasis of sign processes in the genetic apparatus of higher biosystems, associated with its quasi-speech characteristics, as well as with the genetic attributes of word formations in natural human languages. It turns out that the development of languages and human speech obeys the laws of formal genetics (see, for example, M. M. Makovsky, Linguistic Genetics, M., Nauka, 1992). In fact, the "texts" of DNA (quasi-speech) and the writing of people, their conversations (true speech) perform the same managerial, regulatory functions, but on different fractally separated scales. DNA works at the level of the genome of an organism, human speech is used on the scale of a social organism. We managed to move away from the previous metaphorical use of the concepts of linguistics in relation to DNA, when the terms “words”, “tests”, “punctuation”, “grammar” are used without justification. This departure was facilitated by the successful application of fractal theory to DNA sequences and the structure of human texts. It turned out that DNA and human speech have an identical strategic fractal structure. Probably, this somehow correlates with the fractal structure of the soliton acoustic and electromagnetic FPU field generated by the chromosomal apparatus of higher biosystems. It is for this reason that we were able to register control effects on plant genomes caused by a specially transformed human speech that interacts with DNA in vivo. This result is of great methodological significance both for the analysis of such a symbolic object as DNA texts and the genome as a whole, since at present the symbolic structure of the genome is known only at the level of the triplet genetic code. Other information areas of this object have not yet been studied. Biology still has a long way to go before the picture of the sign series of the genetic apparatus becomes relatively clear. However, even now the methodology we propose makes it possible to compare various natural sequences of DNA and RNA with an assessment of the measure of their similarity and difference, as well as the degree of relative complexity of their sign structure. The same ideology is probably applicable to the analysis of human speech. If we are right in our logical and experimental constructions, then in general, new strategic motives are opened in understanding thinking and consciousness through its reflections in symbolic (semantic) series at different levels of organization of Living Matter - at the level of human speech (the highest form of consciousness) and quasi -speech of genetic molecules (quasi-consciousness of the genome). This is in good agreement with the ideas of Chomsky (Chomsky N., Essays on Language. N.Y., 1975), who postulates universals that underlie any language and which are combined into a “universal grammar”. Such a "universal grammar", according to Chomsky, is innate, i.e. has genetic determinants. This is an extremely important circumstance, which once again suggests a possible relationship between the sign structures of DNA and speech formations. To some extent, we have confirmed this statement by showing the relationship between DNA fractals and human speech. This is adequate to Chomsky's idea that the deep syntactic constructions that form the basis of the language are inherited from generation to generation, providing each individual with the opportunity to master the language of his ancestors. The fact that a child masters any language is explained precisely by the fact that, at its core, the grammars of all languages are the same. The essence of human language is invariant for all people.

Based on works on linguistic genetics and our own research, we believe that this invariance extends deeper, reaching the macromolecular semantic (“speech”) structures of chromosomes. And there are certain experimental confirmations of this, which we have obtained and which lead to practically very significant methodological approaches of soft regulatory entry into previously unknown semiotic areas of our genetic apparatus. This is necessary to create the prerequisites for modifying one's own evolution and, possibly, the evolution of the entire biosphere of the planet. At the same time, such a prospect requires a morally and ethically balanced approach, since arbitrary adjustments here can lead to the rapid self-destruction of humanity and all Life on Earth. In connection with the development of the ideas of wave (and "speech") genetics, a system of rigidly defined prohibitions in experiments in this emerging field of knowledge, similar to the one existing in genetic engineering, is needed.

The idea of a quasi-verbal or, what is the same thing, figurative level of DNA code functions (in the limit - the chromosomal continuum of a biosystem) gives a way out of the limited functional field of the triplet genetic code, which does not explain how the spatio-temporal structure of the organism is encrypted in the genome. The ultimate goal of the proposed analysis is to identify sign units of different levels and understand their semantics in the DNA-PROTEIN functional space, which, at least for enzymes, is extremely heterogeneous (active center, recognition sites, architectonics of hydrogen-hydrophobic forces of self-organization of the peptide chain). The multilingual metabolic "conversation" between the information biopolymers of the cell and their functioning as a result of the exchange of linguistic biosignals suggests two mutually correlated levels of this exchange - material and wave. The real one is well studied (matrix copying of DNA-RNA-Proteins, antigen-antibody interaction, self-assembly of cellular structures), and the wave level closely related to it is studied to a lesser extent. In the latter case, the situation is not so simple, but no less significant. Electromagnetic and acoustic radiation from proteins, nucleic acids, membranes, and the cytoskeleton are well known. It seems that this is the wave level of informational contacts of the cellular-tissue space, which brings metabolic processes into the field dimension with its own language and regulation.

The bioinformation flows under consideration, linked to the metabolism and energy exchange, are not limited to the division of sign series into matter and field, but are multiplied many times by the fractality of these series. For example, in the acoustic-electromagnetic component of the signal functions of DNA, the fractality of the soliton field is observed, which is formally described by equations in the framework of the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam return phenomenon. This further complicates the semantic analysis of protein-nucleic acid and other informational contacts of biostructures. It can be assumed that in living cells there is a hierarchy of material-wave sign structures, where the conditional gradation "letter (phoneme) - morpheme - word - sentence ..." determines the fractality of these structures. And what is a “word” on one scale may be only a “letter” on another, larger one, and so on. Another difficulty is related to the concept of "reading frame". A shift by one letter (or a slight change in phase, polarization, frequency) can completely change the meaning of a read text (perceived image), not to mention the fact that the texts themselves, for example, in the same DNA sequences can be written in different languages . And yet, the proposed logic of working with metabolic bioinformation is inevitable if we want to understand the essence of the phenomenon of life. This does not apply exclusively to the known triplet genetic code. It is convenient as a starting position when the primary level of DNA polycodes, the level of material-matrix gene signals, which make up 1%-5% of the entire mass of genomic DNA, is deciphered. The remaining large part of DNA, which exists in the understanding of most geneticists as "garbage", probably carries strategic information about the biosystem in the form of potential and actual wave signals of soliton, holographic and other figurative-sign, including, possibly, speech-like structures.

Probably, in direct connection with all the considered "anomalous" properties of the genome of higher biosystems, there is a phenomenon of a special kind that requires close attention. This is the problem of the origin of Life and, in particular, on Earth. It has been discussed for a long time. There are many assumptions. We adhere to the panspermia hypothesis, but not in the version that some spores, the ancestors of all life forms, were brought to Earth. It seems to us that the process of natural evolution of the abiogenically arisen "primary soup" from organic molecules - precursors of RNA, DNA, proteins and other essential components of biosystems was combined with the Act of introducing exobiological information into the first nucleic acids. And this information was speech-like. "In the beginning was the word..." And these words were fractal, conventionally starting with a triplet code, which is the simplest language with a 4-letter alphabet. Then there was a translation into the 20-letter alphabet of proteins and into higher languages in the spirit of the discussed ideas. In general, the hypothesis of the artifact of the primary language of DNA has been widely discussed, starting with the pioneering work of V.I. Shcherbak, who showed the artificiality (introduction from outside) of the collective symmetries of the genetic code, the probability of the evolutionary origin of which is close to zero (Scherbak V.I., 1988. The Co-operative Symmetry of the Genetic Code. J.Theor.Biol. 132:121-124). We agree with this position not only because of its beauty and elegant method of proof, where such parameters as nucleon ratios in amino acids and the degeneracy of the genetic code are used as reference units of theoretical analysis, but also because of our own experimental results. Together with the laboratory of L.M. Porvin created a system for registering artificial (“intelligent signals”) by DNA molecules in vitro using the method of correlation laser spectroscopy of a DNA donor in combination with a certain algorithm for appealing to the field of “vacuum consciousness” according to Shipov (G.I. Shipov, 1993, Theory of Physical Vacuum) . In control experiments, regular acoustic vibrations of DNA were recorded in the form of sinusoidal temporal autocorrelation functions, the spectral composition of which is well studied (see references). As a result, states of the DNA acceptor were registered in the "reception mode" of a hypothetical exobiological "message" mediated by special equipment located approximately 30 kilometers from the DNA acceptor. The artificiality of external signals received by DNA acceptor molecules is obvious; moreover, the obvious similarity of their trapezoid shape with similar signals of DNA phantoms attracts attention, which, presumably, is not accidental. However, the "semantics of lexical units" of both fDNA and acceptor DNA requires further research.

In a sense, this observation is in good agreement with our experiments on the translation of the verbal information of a human operator into the plant genome through the soliton structures of the electromagnetic field of the FPU generator (see References: Garyaev et al., 1994, Verbal-semanic modulations .. .). This correspondence is observed in the fact that the genome (DNA) of higher biosystems (in this case, wheat and barley seedlings were used) accepts (recognizes) sign field structures synthesized by human consciousness and displayed in the structure of the carrier soliton field. In other words, we have created a situation in vivo with the introduction of wave information into the genome, similar to that which we observed in vitro during the acceptance of an “exobiological” signal by DNA molecules. It is noteworthy that in vivo, not only the adequacy of the reaction of plant genomes to the semantic charge of codes was registered, but also its invariance with respect to the language, which corresponds to Chomsky's theory (Chomsky N, Essays on Language. N.Y., 1975) about the universality of all grammars, and also illustrates our idea that the "texts" of DNA and human speech are close, at least in terms of their own fractal structures. It automatically follows from this that the anthropogenic electromagnetic “smog” surrounding our planet is dangerous precisely because of the high probability of random synthesis of electromagnetic analogues of “harmful” lexical structures used by the wave genome of the inhabitants of the Earth. The artificial effect on the DNA acceptor, mediated by the instrumental complex 30 kilometers from the place of registration, was reproduced by us in the short-range version, when the introduction of signals was regulated in the immediate vicinity of the DNA acceptor at a distance of 2-3 meters.

If such “modes of reception” by DNA molecules of “semantic solitons” from a person and exobiological signals from a hypothetical “field of consciousness” according to Shipov are not the result of an experimental error, a unique situation arises when it is necessary to recognize as real some Intelligent manipulations with the Earth’s gene pool, which were either carried out at the dawn of evolution, or are carried out now. The Earth's biosphere is a testing ground for exobiological influences at the level of wave genes with a speech-like structure. This is a dire warning. The home of the planet Earth is inhabited not only by its living beings, but also by a subtle information structure, possibly alien to them. The study of wave quasi-intelligent attributes of the Genome of Higher Biosystems and the methodology of information contacts with them associated with them automatically leads us and has already partially led us to an understanding of a new potentially dangerous supergenolanguage on a global scale, and, consequently, to its use. For what purpose?

1) There are wave languages of the eukaryotic genome similar to those of humans.

Fact or phantom?

In the mid-1970s, Soviet scientists V. I. Inyushin and V. G. Adamenko reported some phantom effects observed in damaged plant leaves when photographed using the Kirlian method. Recall that it is based on the so-called gas-discharge visualization, discovered about forty years ago by Soviet scientists S. D. and V. Kh. Kirlian.
The arguments of criticism boiled down to the fact that, firstly, the results, according to the authors themselves, had low reproducibility (out of 100 attempts, no more than 5 were successful), and secondly, the high-frequency generators used were not unified, and the circuit diagrams in publications were not presented.
The arguments of the critics boiled down to something completely different: it turned out that the leaf leaves traces of its cellular metabolism (which the torn off leaf also has) on the glass slide in the form of vapors containing organic residues, which continued to glow on the glass after part of the leaf was removed. If the sheet is shifted to the side, then the glow remains in the old place, and the cut off part no longer glows on the new one. That's the whole point.
As will be seen below, this reason is not considered in any way in the article, and all conclusions are made without taking into account the glow of the traces left by the leaves.

We practically cannot say anything about how a fertilized egg "remembers" all the details and dimensions of the organism developing from it, what controls the recovery processes in it, what is the mechanism for obtaining an exact copy of the whole organism from a single precursor cell during vegetative reproduction.
However, we can. To do this, it is not at all necessary to memorize at the genome level, but all the information. The fact is that the very environment in which the cell develops, in addition to direct genetic information, affects the result, largely determining it. This has been well known for a long time. It is worth changing its characteristics and some details of development will change. It is precisely due to this that the cells of the body from universal stem cells specialize: the differences are determined by the environment of neighboring cells and the physiological environment. A change in the environment can lead to severe deviations from normal development up to the impossibility of functioning. Garyaev nowhere considers the influence of the environment (chemistry, physical characteristics) on development and uses a new entity for explanation: a certain information field. Given that there is no need to create this new entity.
Evolutionarily survived organisms that had an existing set of genetic information, which in a given environment led to the formation of a certain form of organisms with certain properties. This genetic information is not designed and implemented for any other conditions. Those. conditions are an integral supplement to this information. According to Garyaev, the conditions should not have such a strong influence if the whole thing is in the information field.

The phantom on a geranium leaf reproduces not only the trajectory of the edge of the missing part of the leaf, but also the internal structure of the cut. It is curious that this phantom disappeared as soon as the sheet was turned over to the other side.
This is not just curious, but it should not be if the effect is explained by some info fields associated with the sheet. But since the effect is explained only by the glow of traces of metabolism, it is clear that by turning the leaf, we change the conditions under which the traces of the leaf remain.
Analyzing the "portraits" of non-existent parts of the leaves of various plants, one would like to conclude that we see nothing more than an electric (or field) plan for completing a part of a leaf to a whole.
If it's a field, how can it interact with another field, causing it to glow? That doesn't happen. A high-frequency field can only cause the glow of material objects, and not other fields. Moreover, Garayev promotes the concept of generating precisely electromagnetic fields ("laser luminescence"), and such fields do not interact with other fields in any way, causing the observed glow effect. It glows traces left from the leaf.

Having set up a series of experiments using special photographic plates for nuclear research, we made sure that whole leaves weakly radiate in the dark and illuminate the plates even if thin mica pads are placed between the photographic layer and the object. In this case, images are formed with the smallest details of the structure (though not at any time of the year). The most important thing is that in a number of cases, real phantoms formed in the places of the cut off parts.
Just as the methodology for conducting the above experiments did not take into account the influence of metabolism (in general, this technique is not described in detail), so the illumination of the plates needs to be detailed so that anyone can be able to reproduce this experiment, which is not. Incidentally, luminescence in high-frequency fields is one thing, but the leaf's own chemiluminescence is completely different. I cannot say what exactly causes it, but if it is also inherent in traces of metabolism, then the result becomes still explainable.

Holograms also have associative memory. Any fragment of a hologram (not less than a certain size) "remembers" the image of the whole object imprinted on it. The redundancy of information and its noise immunity inherent in associative memory make it possible today to study the brain as a carrier of holographic memory. This is also a delusion. Garayev takes root not in his diocese, about which he has insufficiently clear ideas. How exactly the memory of the brain is organized today is not a secret. In addition, I would like to understand what is the "associativity" of the hologram? What kind of associations can we talk about there?

As for the medium on which the hologram is fixed, the role of such can be played by the chromosomal material, which has the properties of liquid crystals. Most likely, the role of the carrier of bioholograms is performed by "egoistic DNA", and the meaning of the mobility of its sections is that they change the local structure of chromosomes and thereby contribute to or prevent the "reading" of phantoms from the body's chromosomes. So directly! Some sections of DNA are lasers, others nearby are already a medium for recording holograms. What is the recording like? After all, the chemical molecule does not change in any way, remaining strictly the same. In addition, "dead" fragments are dispersed mixed with "information". Taking into account the generally optically small dimensions of the DNA molecule, it is completely incomprehensible how the conditions for the superposition of optical radiation wavefronts on a medium that remembers this phase portrait are realized in general. And, I repeat, what exactly in a DNA molecule can this phase profile fix? There is NOTHING in it capable of interacting like this (like a photosensitive film) with the light front.

In essence, any hologram is a special filter - a transducer of electromagnetic or sound fields, which is not true at all.. And this transducer can be created in at least two ways. The first is when two beams of laser light intersect each other, and the object of interest to us is in the path of one of them. The picture of the interaction of laser beams laser beams (like any fields) do not interact with each other in any way. in the form of a special pattern (holographic grating) is projected onto a sensitive medium (for example, gelatin) and "remembered" by it.

Holography is a method of recording, reproducing and transforming wave fields based on wave interference. Light interference is possible only on the surface of the layer, because the surface itself reacts to the sum of the intensity of the superimposed waves, but not in space in the form of the interaction of light with itself :)

Thus, the structure of the organism became dependent on the optical properties of its own chromosomes, that is, on the presence of holographic codes in them.
Although the linear size of a DNA molecule, for example, in humans reaches almost 2 m, the diameter of the cell nucleus does not exceed 0.01 mm. The wavelength of ultraviolet (which was mentioned above) does not exceed 0.0003 mm. Those. even on the area of the cell nucleus, only 300 wavelengths can fit, and if we talk about individual sections of DNA designed to remember the phase profile, then nothing at all. Although there is a common misconception that each section of the hologram stores all the information of the entire hologram, in fact, as the size decreases, the quality deteriorates proportionally, and at least some specific information, except for a few bits, cannot be recorded at all in a section of several wavelengths. Thus, with the help of such a medium as DNA, it is impossible to record any significant amount of information, even if layers of holograms are used under different illumination angles.

Wave genetics as a reality

After the discovery of the structure of DNA and a detailed consideration of the participation of this molecule in genetic processes, the main problem of the phenomenon of Life - the mechanisms of its reproduction - remained essentially undiscovered. The gap between the microstructure of the genetic code and the macrostructure of biosystems was not closed; it is still not clear how the spatio-temporal structure of higher biosystems is encoded in chromosomes.
It is not true, researchers are well aware of the limited information encoded in genes and how and by what mechanisms the differentiation of developing cells occurs, despite the fact that each of them contains the same genetic information. Here we also see a powerful prediction of the coming awareness of the phenomena of Living Matter, such as a multidimensional understanding of genetic memory, associated with the theory of physical vacuum (G.I. We believe that, in general, the genome of multicellular biosystems operates as a soliton-holographic computer that generates a system of wavelike structures, i.e. static-dynamic models of a biosystem, which is both relatively stationary and dynamic.
But at the same time, one somehow forgets that all the information, presumably, should still be at the level of each individual cell, and not in general in the holographic tissue profile. And here there is one serious argument against: the amount of information that a fragment of a hologram can make up is always less than the entire hologram, in proportion to their ratio. It is, and there is nothing you can do about it. Therefore, the following joyful conjecture (which does not follow from the logic of reasoning) is clearly reckless.
