Template — это шаблон. Играйтесь как хотите или оставьте по умолчанию.
Layout — в одну колонку или в две, прямоугольные отзывы или нет, все дело на вкус и цвет. Оставляем как есть, ведь вид можно изменить позже.
Background — задний фон. Оставляем как есть или играемся по своему усмотрению.
CSS Class Names — а здесь лучше указать свой класс. например my_otziv
Нажимаем кнопку сохранить

Создаем новую страницу, и называем ее — Отзывы . Вставляем туда шорткод нашего первого вида — этот шорткод отвечает за вывод самих комментариев. id — может быть любым.

Создаем форму в плагине Strong Testimonials

Слева, в меню, находим testimonials —> Views, переходим в наши виды и создаем еще один новый. Да, да еще один новый вид.

нажимаем сохранить на страничке и просматриваем ее. Как видим у нас появилась страничка с формой отзывов. Но возникли проблемы. Нужно ее приукрасить и сделать на своем языке. Не устраивает Required Field и Add Testimonial итд…

Заходим в меню -> testimonials -> настройка -> form

выполняем замену описаний форм на свое. Смотрите фото:

Добавляйте отзывы через нашу форму на созданной страничке Отзывы . Заходите в админку -> меню -> testimonials -> и одобряйте или блокируйте их.

Любая мелочь настраивается в этом плагине, например: Как Вас зовут? (имя, или полное ФИО) — это редактируется в полях. Данное выражение можно засунуть внутрь формы. Переставив данную фразу с Label на Подсказка — смотрите справа конструктор!Можно форму отделить от вывода списков комментариев заголовком.

Testimonials WordPress plugin is not to be confused with the previous plugin, Testimonials Showcase. Although both are from Codecanyon, they are made by different developers. This plugin (premium cost at $18) offers to display modern and clean testimonial designs in four ways: grid, thumbnail slider, slider, and list.

Screenshots of each style are found on the product page, and you can also run a demo by clicking the “Live Preview” button. Visual Composer is integrated with the plugin for code-less creation of testimonials and submission forms. AB Testimonial plugin costs $17 and displays testimonials using jQuery sliders. It’s responsive, translation ready and uses shortcodes to show the slider. Two built-in designs are available, and testimonials can be filtered by category and can be limited to displaying a specified number of testimonials per slide.

It also supports user-submitted testimonials via Ajax form, and you can screen them first and control which ones are included in a slide. There seems to be no mention of the option to change design elements like color or text, so this may not be the best choice if you want to have more control over the slider’s appearance.

Clean Testimonials is another free plugin that displays testimonials using shortcodes or PHP code (for developers). In addition to being able to display testimonials in any part of a website, the plugin also enables visitors to submit their testimonials. This is done using another shortcode to display the submission form. Visitors can choose which details to display in their submission, and they can also upload their photo via the form.

The testimonials can be displayed with pagination if WP-Paginate is installed. You can display all testimonials, filter by certain categories or randomly all using different shortcodes or built-in widgets.
