The topic is rather unusual, not everyone believes in all this. I will not prove anything, I will just give facts from my life.

I started thinking about the wish board after reading the book "The Secret" (by Rhonda Byrne, who doesn't like to read - the movie "The Secret"). And it all started with a very strong desire to buy an iPhone 4. It was probably somewhere in 2011, then it had just appeared. For me this phone was an unaffordable luxury, it cost more than 20,000 rubles. I knew why I needed it, imagined how I own it. Then I just put the image of the 4th “iPhone” on my desktop.

And you know what? It took just a couple of months, I was very lucky and in an instant I was able to find this amount of money. I don't remember exactly whether the advertisement was bought in bulk for a long time, or something else. My dream was already in my hands after I realized that I really want it !!! Before that, I thought that “it would be nice to have an iPhone 4”, but then, when I learned everything that can be done with this phone, my thoughts changed to “I want this iPhone!” and immediately.

From that moment on, I understood how to formulate my dreams in my head and how to visualize all this.

Then I wanted a brand new iPad 2 (at that time it was the latest model). But I was terribly sorry to give 30,000+ rubles for it. So I tried to win this tablet in competitions. And imagine, I managed to do it! True, not immediately, but on the third attempt, but still, thanks to his zeal. And again before that I visualized, on the desktop of my computer there was an “apple tablet”.

Why is there an eye on the desktop? At the moment, my goal is eye surgery (not cheap). Just tired of wearing lenses. Oddly enough, the fact that on the desktop - everything comes true. I want awesome vision!

Then I simply began to remember what I still dream about. To be honest, I didn’t remember, I knew what I wanted. Foreign car. Before they took me into the army, I managed to sell my green 99-ku. After the army (and in the army) I really wanted a car. I remember, for the first time I recorded a live video with the sounding of my goal, set a rigid framework and promised to give out 30,000 rubles to readers if I didn't buy a car by March 1, 2014:

By the way, after this marathon I really managed to reach a completely new level of income. So public promises and so on - very much move forward.

On February 14, 2014, I drove my brand new Kia Rio out of the car dealership. Yes, in the video I talked about the Mitsubishi Lancer, though used. But in the end he took Kia, but a new one. And only then I remembered (a colleague reminded me) that for a whole year in the army, I had exactly the Kia Rio on my phone desktop, which I desperately wanted. It's fucking easy. I even forgot about it.

Further, after the appearance of the car, I remembered that I had always dreamed of a European tour. The movie of the same name is probably to blame for this. 🙂 I started to print all my wishes on my printer. And now in front of me was a map of Europe with a route of movement. And you will not believe it: everything went awry and I already began to think that this dream would not come true that year, but as a result, the circumstances turned out exactly as it should. Already in June last year, I was sunbathing in Italy, looking at my "Baby" (so I call my car 🙂) and wrote to my favorite blog with the help.

What my wish visualization board looks like now

There is a magnetic board in front of my bed. There are images that I printed on my color printer and attached with magnets to this board. And in the place where the TV usually hangs, I have a wish board:

That is, I wake up and fall asleep looking at this board, at my desires, dreams. Often visualization occurs in my brain, I directly feel like I am lying on the seashore and a warm sea breeze blows over me. I will briefly describe each picture on this board and what they mean to me:

There is a certain girl in the center. Moreover, she is about the same appearance that I would like to see next to me. Believe it or not, at the beginning of this year I met a charming girl. Once, having come to my house, she studied my board with interest. And I was freaked out that this girl is really VERY similar to the one hanging on the board. She even confirmed this herself and was surprised to note the similarity. Eye color, face shape, well, almost everything. Mystic. 🙂

Unfortunately, we couldn't really build a relationship, somehow everything did not work out. Well, judging by the fact that this photo is still hanging on my board and I associate it with it, then maybe not all is lost and we will be together. 🙂

As you can see, the sea is a hot country. I will not say what kind of country it is and what sea, let it remain a secret for now. In July, you will find out for yourself. 🙂 I want again, of course, this year at sea. 🙂

Yes. The next car I want is Mazda 6. White. Well, I really like her. Note, I also really like the Audi A7, but for now I understand that it is better to wish for something more achievable and get it than to constantly dream about something and not achieve it.

This is probably the ideal male physique for me. I strive for this. Of course, this is the result of more than one month of training, but still. Monday, Wednesday, Friday - gym; Tuesday, Thursday - swimming pool; Saturday - football - all of this should bear fruit.

I remember that in place of this body there was a desire - to push up from the floor 100 times and push a 100 kg barbell from the chest until the end of 2014. He squeezed out 100 times, but pushed all 110 by the end of December 2014. Guys, this really works! Believe me.

Someone may notice that there is clearly not enough desire for their own real estate. Yes, I agree with that. But I would like to discuss these issues with my soul mate, with whom I will live. 2. Decide on desires

Next, you need to decide on your desires. With true desires. You must find a fine line, these desires must seem unattainable, and at the same time attainable. That is, you have to find the boundary of it all. Try to plan mini desires too (that is, if you just think of a cool house, Lamborghini, yacht - you are unlikely to get all this in the near future). You need to achieve goal after goal and be charged with the fact that it all works, your dreams come true.

And, of course, you shouldn't set low dreams: a new phone case for 2000 rubles? Rave. 🙂 You need something serious, very significant for you, your life. And dreams don't have to be material.

3. Find images associated with desires

After you have decided on your own desires, you need to find images that are associated with all of this. These may be some objects. Personally, photos and pictures work well for me. I just find a cool picture on the Internet that gives me a storm of positive emotions. Which you look at and understand: "Yes, I really want this."

Find exactly what YOU like and not someone recommended. Print it all in the brightest colors possible.

4. Create a wish board

Further, if these are images, as in my case, you need to decide where it is better to hang them. You can simply attach it to the wall with tape, you can also, like me, buy a magnetic board and attach all these images there using magnets.

Regarding the location of desires: there is an opinion that pictures should be located in certain corners, something in style: associated with wealth in the upper left corner, etc. I don’t believe in all this, I consider it nonsense, so I don’t do it all. Wherever I want, I hang it there. If you believe in all this - use it.

In general, I observe only those signs in which I believe. And I only believe in positive ones. 🙂 The right hand itches - money. And, if the left itch, people think that this is parting with money. But I think that this is for love. 🙂 I got this opinion after the expression “No luck in cards, lucky in love”. That is, in fact, for me, the fact that both the left and the right itch is good. I only believe in good omens. 🙂

5. Choosing the location of the board for visualizing desires

It should be prominent. You don't have to do all this and hide it in closets. The ideal place is where you spend the most time. Near the desk, or near the bed, as I did. I open my eyes and immediately see my dreams opposite. I instantly receive a surge of energy and strength to implement my plans.

Honestly, I used to be shy about this board in case guests came. I felt uncomfortable. Now, on the contrary, for some reason I am proud of all this. Especially after the previous dreams came true, about which everyone was also aware. Plus, this is an additional responsibility to others: everyone knows what you want and you need to prove to everyone that you get what you want.

6. Desire \u003d purpose

Of course, if you sit every day and “stupidly” look at your desires, nothing will come true. In addition to visualization, you need to do something. To begin with, turn a dream into a goal, if possible, break it down into small goals. For the main, set an end date and it is imperative that there are deadlines and for sub-goals.

And, of course, do it. Do everything to achieve the goal. Always set SMART goals for yourself.

S (specific) - specific. That is, you do not need “I want to be rich”, but “I want to earn 1 million rubles”.
M (measurable) - measurable. The result of the goal must be measurable. I got something specific: I didn't just get thinner, but I lost 10 kg, etc.
A (achievable) - achievable. You must be prepared for this goal. At the very least, there must be an insane desire to do something.
R (realistic) - realistic. If you now have an income of 20,000 rubles a month, you cannot become a billionaire in 3 months. There is no need to set such goals. But “to create a financial cushion in the amount of 50,000 rubles” is quite realistic.
T (timed) - limited in time. The goal should have an end date for its implementation, specific deadlines. "I want to have at my disposal 1 million rubles by November 6, 2015"

I have formed my desires, translate them into goals and go through the SMART principle to see if all the rules are followed. If all is well, take action. After all, it is actions that will fulfill all your dreams. It often happens that you just need to do some basic things and your dream will come true. But for this you need to leave your comfort zone. And this is already scary.

7. Remember your desires

The main thing is not to lose enthusiasm. It often happens that the first week is hyperactive and that's it. Have arrived. You must remember about your own desires, work to make them come true. It is in such cases that thoughts will start spinning in your head, ideas of how to translate all this into reality.

You yourself will not notice how your brain will begin to generate a lot of different ideas to achieve goals. The main thing is to listen and do something, and not put it off until tomorrow. After putting off everything until tomorrow, you can reach the point that you never get what you always wanted.

Yes, you can have all this in a dream, in fantasies, but do you need it? What do you really want? Formulate all this on a piece of paper and it will become easier for you. Write about what you want. Maybe you want a car and are in doubt? Describe all the pros and cons for what it is to you and will you really be happy? Maybe you have offended a loved one? Formulate your thoughts on paper why you did this and convey to him and what you would like in the future with him. It is highly likely that he will familiarize himself with everything, accept your point of view and forgive you. Why am I asking you to do everything on a piece of paper? Because putting your thoughts on a piece of paper is much easier, it seems to me.

You need to fight for happiness, not put it off until later. Therefore, you should specifically know what and who will make you happy.

I suggest choosing pictures on the Internet and printing them on photographic paper, rather than cutting them out of magazines. It looks very neat and beautiful, it is possible to adjust all the pictures to the same scale, and also choose from the whole variety exactly what suits and finds a response within you.

Map Center - "Health Sector"

Place our photo in this sector right in the center.

Most importantly, the photo should make you feel happy! Never take pictures of sad events or moments when you were unhappy.

Further in the same sector, along the perimeter of the photo, we place all the pictures related to health, sports, and beauty. Do you dream of a beautiful snow-white smile, a fit athletic body, good health? Find matching pictures and place next to your photo. You can see how it should look below.

My example. I always wanted to pay enough attention to sports, but the gym never attracted me, and group fitness did not bring the desired result. I wanted to try myself in yoga, but it was not clear where and to whom to go. I put my wish on the board. Less than a month later, I won a monthly yoga membership. So I found a suitable group for myself and still continue to study.

Upper Right Sector - "Sector of Love and Relationships"

If you are looking for:

Pick up pictures of happy couples in love, you can just have a photo (unfamiliar to you!) Of a person whom you would like your future companion (companion) to be like.
Do not paste in this sector a photo of a real person who you like, but you do not know if he likes you. And in general, if you stick someone real, then only with his consent, or if this is your spouse, with whom you have been married for a long time.
If in reality there is already a person to whom you feel sympathy, but for some reason cannot say about it, then paste in a photo of someone similar and, for example, from the back.

If you dream of moving to another country, then select a picture of the country you are interested in and glue it into this sector, signing something like this: I have moved permanently to the country I dream of.

My example. When I was making my first Wish Card, I came across a photo of a beautiful cruise ship in a magazine. This photo caught my attention so much that I decided to add it to the Travel Sector. I hid the map in an inaccessible place and forgot to think about the photo of the liner. And a few months later my husband and I received an invitation to go on a cruise!

The most amazing thing is that on my Wish Card there, in the "Travel Sector", the Roman Colosseum was pasted. And our cruise started in Rome!

Lower central sector - "Career sector"

In this sector, we place everything related to work or business. Career growth, sales growth, profit growth, salary increase - don't be shy, turn all your dreams into real goals.

If you dream of starting your own business, decide on the topic and select pictures that symbolize this activity.
If you already have a business and want to develop it, select pictures that show the growth of customers and sales. For example, you have a clothing store. You can stick a picture with a shop window, and next to it there is a queue. You can sign something like this: every day more and more clients come to me.

Lower left sector - "Sector of Knowledge"

This sector symbolizes any knowledge, whether it is getting an education, attending any courses or simply personal growth, spiritual development.

If you are still studying or dream of enrolling, you can stick a picture with the desired diploma or a photo of the educational institution where you want to study.

Also, maybe you have long dreamed of learning a language, then you can safely stick a picture of language courses.

Maybe you want to learn how to drive and pass your license, this also applies to this sector.

If you don't want any knowledge for yourself, maybe you have such wishes for your child? Then you select suitable pictures and sign them with a wording similar to the following: I am glad that my child is doing well in school; I am glad that my child successfully enrolled / defended his diploma / received a license.

Middle left sector - "Family sector"

In this sector, you can glue photos of your children, husband and other family members, including pets.

Choose pictures that reflect happiness and harmony.

If you do not have your own family yet, pick up pictures of the family that you would like to have.

I must say right away that it is NOT necessary to glue here.

Please bypass all these enticing photos of suitcases of money, chests of gold, and so on. Don't take this sector so literally!

If you really want to stick a wad of money or a hand with money, be sure to sign such pictures, because the interpretation can be ambiguous: what money is given to you, and what you give it back.

You can stick here a desire to receive a bonus at work, a salary increase or a business profit. And also any material values: cars, jewelry, telephones, household appliances, electronics, wardrobe items and so on.

My example. My brother, who works as a chef, placed his desire to act in a film in this sector, and after a short time, Channel One invited him to shoot a series of documentaries.

One more example. Thanks to my brother, once, without my knowledge, another wish of mine was fulfilled. He sent my photos in a swimsuit to the competition of a famous men's magazine. Make sure that no sector is empty. This disturbs harmony and creates an imbalance that will lead to problems in different areas.

The sectors should not overlap, and desires should not be located in several sectors at the same time.

Since the Map is a feng shui tool, it must be done on the right days. The best period of the year is considered to be 2 weeks after the Chinese New Year, which will be February 16. But if you missed this period, then the period of the growing moon is also considered auspicious days.

It is best to place the map away from prying eyes. Everyone has their own energy, and it will not be very good for your desires if someone rewards them with their unkind energy.

The validity period of the Wish Card is on average 1-3 years. If your Card has worked out, you can replace it with a new one, but with one important condition: You can only have one card.

Wish Card Activation

After you have finished registering your Card, you need to activate it!

To do this, you post a photo of any symbolic desire that you can fulfill yourself and in a short time. For example: buy yourself ice cream, go to the movies, meet a friend. As soon as you fulfill your wish, your Card starts working!
