The creative competition will remain the largest project of the Festival and will continue to replenish its collection with unique works from all over the world.

“For me, the Golden Turtle is a unique project. He was born at the intersection of the most important components of my life: creativity, love of nature, social benefit and the desire to do good. As an underwater photographer, I am happy to support any endeavors that help preserve the beauty of wildlife and bring it to the general public. As a businessman, I am interested in the scale and enormous potential of the Festival. It has already acquired an international status and, thanks to competent management, can become one of the largest and most successful in the world. And, of course, the charitable component of the Golden Turtle is a unique opportunity to do a lot of good deeds, "said the President of the Festival and Founder of the My Equator Charitable Foundation Andrey Sukhinin.

“We have transformed the Golden Turtle from a traditional photography exhibition into the world's first interactive wildlife festival. Our target audience is active, progressive residents of megalopolises who strive to spend their leisure time with high quality and meaning. Surprising them is not easy, but possible. Our festival has every chance of becoming the most trending place in 2017. It will be equally interesting for creative youth, and families with children of primary and school age, and, of course, for all people keen on the art of photography. Our goal is to show everyone that ecology is a trend and an exciting trend. The Golden Turtle is a great opportunity to finally get out of your shell! ”Said Nadezhda Makova, General Producer of the Golden Turtle Festival.

“The festival has grown from an exhibition of photographs reflecting the beauty of wildlife, and in 10 years has become the largest international environmental education project. Now "Golden Turtle" takes care of the fragility of not only the surrounding world, but also of human life. This year we are filling the project, already loved by millions, with special meaning, ”said Maria Gromova, President of the My Equator charitable foundation.
